Corinna Flores — for tweeting the sealed hearing stuff and inadvertently outing Gloria Esteban.

Kermit — for all his award-winning acts of prosecutorial misconduct and evidence tampering… plus his seemingly effortless ability to coerce the initial trial jurors to return a guilty verdict, without ever producing any real or valid evidence to back it up.

HLN — for finally kicking JVM & VP’s fat clueless asses into touch.

Judge Pickles — for being instrumental in making sure Jodi’s trial may well be the longest & most expensive in AZ’s history.

Pretty uneventful yesterday, with countless sidebars and way too much BS & penis pic waving from Kermit. It just goes to show how little he really has to work with… not withstanding all the stuff he’s broken, lost & had deleted.

Overall, it was good “filler” for the media & tweeters, but it served no real purpose. Dr Fonseca once again gave as good as she got during cross — including the much anticipated “memory problem” jibes we’ve all grown to know & love…

Make no mistake… we were certainly on a roll last Friday as Martinez’ corruption & misconduct was clearly laid out & detailed for all to see – courtesy of Bryan Neumeister. Just a shame the jurors weren’t there… but I’m sure they’ll get wind of his antics before this judicial farce is over.

After all, when you obtain a conviction by perjury & evidence tampering, then you’ve gotta get called out and held to account for your actions at some point. That time will come.

And by the way — When all the phones were confiscated by Mesa PD, all the SIM cards were in place and intact. Now they’re all “missing”. How strange is that?

Day 14… and the Evidentiary Hearing turned out to be way more eventful than we expected. The computer forensics expert – Bryan Neumeister – soundly & squarely sank Kermit on his lily pad with his analysis & reporting on TA’s laptop hard drive, and all the incompetence & evidence tampering surrounding it. The latter having been systematically detailed in the Motion to Dismiss filed earlier by the Defense.

It could only be classed as a monumental meltdown of the prosecution’s case, followed closely by an equally spectacular Kermit & Pickles meltdown to finish off the day.  Priceless :mrgreen:

Judging by that unfortunate after-trial tweet, if Jeff Gold (or anyone else) can’t even differentiate between teen porn & child porn, then he’s probably got a fair amount of both on his PC… but nowhere near as much as TA had.

Also take into account that today’s hearing wasn’t specific to TA watching porn, but rather all the porn that was found on his PC after the prosecution flatly denied its existence and based a lot of their initial trial BS around it.

So, we’re back again on Monday with the jurors, for what looks like being the only trial day of the week, due to the holidays.

A continuation of today’s Evidentiary Hearing is scheduled for Thursday December 4th.

Finally, today was the first time (during the trial) that we heard there were two different memory cards found for the camera (in the washing machine) – but there was only ever one memory card produced as evidence. The plot thickens.

With another 2-day trial week out of the way… and the jurors sent home until Monday… today will be centered around the Evidentiary hearing in relation to the recently filed Motion to Dismiss, and the legendary child porn stash on TA’s laptop hard drive.

“I have spent probably hundreds of hours studying this case, the relationship of Jodi and Travis, and the trial. Understand this : I am a 47 year old DEVOUT Mormon woman, born into the church, temple endowed, 27 year eternal (temple) marriage, seven children, even have a “high” calling – Relief Society president (LOL…for any who are in the church, these are some pretty huge “card carying” Mormon “credentials”). — Then I decided to just spend some introspective time, and through much pondering, meditation and even some prayer, to put this into perspective for me, I figured it out. TRAVIS ALEXANDER WAS A TERRIBLE PERSON! He was an absolute FRAUD, as far as “real” Mormons go. Sorry, he was. I am a faithful member of the church, Travis Alexander was as far away as one can get from being a faithful member of the church! What in the HELL does anyone see in this young man?? Both trial days of this week have been centered around psychologist Dr Lucia Fonseca – who enlightened the jurors no end with her thoughts on TA’s shameful behavior towards Jodi (and many others). The “You Crossed The Line” email also got another airing, further highlighting the fact that Chris & Sky Hughes were well aware of TA’s antics, despite their back-peddling testimony to the contrary during the first trial. A re-run of Dan Freeman’s initial testimony also confirmed the same. The testimony of Dr Fonseca will continue on Monday.

This is the 12 News Exclusive interview with Maria Schaffer (Jodi’s former defense attorney), who Martinez accused of deleting TA’s child porn stash:

“Attorneys are not allowed to file bogus allegations. That in itself would be misconduct. So you have to assume that if they are filing these allegations it’s because they’re true. Prosecutor Juan Martinez is someone who has a reputation. They have talked about him in the AZ Supreme Court.” – Michael Kiefer

Here’s the bottom line: Anyone still expecting this evidence tampering issue to miraculously blow over is gonna be disappointed, big time. Just like the DP verdict that the ever-dwindling band of pedo-huggers hopelessly cling to, it ain’t gonna happen.

This Motion for Dismissal in itself heralds a major turning point in Jodi’s quest for justice. It’ll show up the State (and their devious cohorts) for what they really are — and more importantly, what they actually did.

You can mark my words on that.

The State Circus returns to town again this coming Monday, 11/17 @ 9-30 am MST.
