Here’s the latest (from ABC15 Arizona) on Martinez’ disciplinary hearing.
It relates to multiple counts of well documented ethical violations & sexual misconduct charges during Jodi’s trial. The hearing which was set to start Tuesday, has now been delayed until further notice:

UPDATE: The JAA Appellate Fund total currently stands at $105,426.47 — so let’s be sure to keep the momentum rolling so the fund total can push on towards the ultimate target of $250,000. That in turn will help towards covering all the legal fees associated with appealing Jodi’s wrongful conviction.
All donations via Justice4Jodi.com go directly to the fund. It is also the ONLY website authorized to collect donations.
In addition, please DO NOT, under any circumstances, donate through any other website or Facebook page/group claiming to be “official” and/or acting with Jodi’s approval or authorization. Based on Alan’s comment on the previous thread, The #MeToo movement hasn’t quite made it to AZ yet, or at least to the DA’s office. Apparently, the courts do not believe that sexual harassment and other bad office behavior should be issues that a Bar complaint should be bringing up. I think many of us privately believed that this was going to happen and those issues were not going to be the main focus of this complaint. The fact that the former head of the FBI was fired over allegations similar to this puts AZ in a very tight spot going forward. October should be real interesting in AZ!

Has anybody heard Jodi mention this in any recent tweets? I found this on the AZ paper website. The article is dated Friday. Hopefully, Jodi didn’t get caught up in this. It seems the AZ prison system has a lot of issues right now.

I may know why.. Another article says there were only five cases and they could have been on another yard which would have isolated that problem to that specific area. Jodi may not have even known about this except through inmate chatter.
