“I have spent probably hundreds of hours studying this case, the relationship of Jodi and Travis, and the trial. Understand this : I am a 47 year old DEVOUT Mormon woman, born into the church, temple endowed, 27 year eternal (temple) marriage, seven children, even have a “high” calling – Relief Society president (LOL…for any who are in the church, these are some pretty huge “card carying” Mormon “credentials”). — Then I decided to just spend some introspective time, and through much pondering, meditation and even some prayer, to put this into perspective for me, I figured it out. TRAVIS ALEXANDER WAS A TERRIBLE PERSON! He was an absolute FRAUD, as far as “real” Mormons go. Sorry, he was. Both trial days of this week have been centered around psychologist Dr Lucia Fonseca – who enlightened the jurors no end with her thoughts on TA’s shameful behavior towards Jodi (and many others). The “You Crossed The Line” email also got another airing, further highlighting the fact that Chris & Sky Hughes were well aware of TA’s antics, despite their back-peddling testimony to the contrary during the first trial. A re-run of Dan Freeman’s initial testimony also confirmed the same. The testimony of Dr Fonseca will continue on Monday.

This is the 12 News Exclusive interview with Maria Schaffer (Jodi’s former defense attorney), who Martinez accused of deleting TA’s child porn stash:

This Motion for Dismissal in itself heralds a major turning point in Jodi’s quest for justice. It’ll show up the State (and their devious cohorts) for what they really are — and more importantly, what they actually did.

You can mark my words on that.

In an unusually long trial day yesterday, we basically had it confirmed that TA was a lying manipulative & abusive POS… and the Hugheses didn’t fare much better either. Nothing new there really, but the jurors seemed impressed.

From AZ Central:

“In Wednesday’s hearing, Nurmi said that his analysis of the computer was ongoing and that he was not ready for an evidentiary hearing. He asked for two or three days of expert testimony later in the month.

“There is a plethora of evidence being uncovered by the expert,” Nurmi said.

Meanwhile, Judge Sherry Stephens granted Martinez’s motion asking that no witnesses be questioned about pornography on the computer until it is sorted out.

The presence of pornography, especially child pornography, matters because Arias claimed that Alexander was attracted to young boys.

June 19, 2009, is the date that current Arias attorney Kirk Nurmi noted in his motion as the time when the massive deletions took place.

And on that day, Martinez wrote, Arias’ first defense team, Maria Schaffer and Greg Parzych, went to the Mesa Police Department to view “a number of electronic items seized during the investigation, including the victim’s Compaq Presario computer.”

“If the history was altered, it was changed by defense counsel, not the state,” Martinez added.

Martinez was present when the attorneys examined the electronic items, he acknowledged in court.

Schaffer, who has represented many high-profile defendants, including “Serial Shooter” Samuel Dieteman and 1991 “Temple Murderer” Johnathan Doody, told The Arizona Republic that she was “livid” at the allegation, but would not comment further.”

Following on from the events of Monday’s dismissal motion filing, today could be very interesting. Could the whole trial actually come to an end over this issue this morning? Well, we know from previous experience that the wheels on this circus act turn v-e-r-y slowly… but we also know that anything is possible.

Word on the street (predominantly from the brainwashed & forever clueless pedo-huggers) is that this whole issue is due solely to a Trojan Horse virus. That theory can easily be explained in one non-technical word: Bullshit. There’s no connection whatsoever.

Defense files to dismiss all charges based on State evidence tampering

“Attorneys for Jodi Arias filed a motion Monday to dismiss all charges against Arias, alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

The motion says a computer-forensics expert hired by the defense discovered that thousands of files, mostly of pornography, were deleted from Travis Alexander’s computer while the computer was in custody of Mesa police.

As an alternative to dismissal, the motion asks that the intent to seek the death penalty against Arias be dropped, which would end the current trial.

Neither the prosecutors nor Mesa police would comment on the allegations.”

It includes interviews with: Zach Billings, Amanda McBrien, Ashley Thompson, Enrique Cortez, Lisa Andrews (Diadone), Mimi Hall, Dallin Forrest, Michelle Lowery, Clancy Talbot, Ryan Burns & Chris/Sky Hughes… plus some interesting initial observations from Flores in relation to the camera and Dr Kevin Horn’s autopsy report.

My own observations include the following:

The week before last, Flores (asked by Nurmi) stated he had no specific knowledge of the shell casing found on the bathroom floor. In his 2008 report, he states the casing was a Winchester .25 caliber.

His report also mentioned a very long hair fiber found near the shower baseboard. Strange that he noticed a long hair but never noticed the boot print. Neither have been tied to anyone specific as far as I recall.

He also mentioned a latent fingerprint “in blood” on the bathroom hallway wall (?)

In his 6/18 interview, Enrique Cortez, he stated he’d seen TA on a conference phone call on the evening of June 4th between 6pm-6.30pm.

The Camera: Flores talks about the memory card found in the camera. Heather Conner (during her trial testimony) stated the camera & memory card had been found separately in the washing machine.
