  1. What an idiot judge and prosecutor!!! Of course Leslie Udy can say what she heard. That’s just like when a witness says what they saw. Heresay is when someone talks about something they didn’t experience first hand, like “i know Jodi was in town because he told me that she was in town”, for example. Heresay prohibits that statement as evidence of Jodi being in town. But you can of course testify of what you heard just as well as you can testify of what you saw. Leslie should have been able to testify of everything she heard Travis say on the telephone. Ridiculous. I used to think that attorneys were brilliant and correct, but this obvious miss on basic logic on behalf of the prosecution and the judge is unforgivable.

  2. Travis is no innocent. He used and abused poor Jodi. I have faith the truth will prevail. God bless you Jodi.

  3. Why is it any surprise that Travis was a womanizer? Mormon men are known for their polygamy…he just found the forbidden “secular” fruit to be the sweetest.
