Vladimir Gagic – Jodi Arias live radio show reminder

So after a 2-day trial week, finished off with an awesome testimony from Dr Richard Samuels… it’s no wonder the feeble minded TravisTown Pedo-Huggers (and other timid souls) are hanging their heads in shame & running for cover. They are losers. They should be used to losing. It’s all they’ve ever done. It’s all they ever will do. Nothing changes. It’s programmed into their DNA.

Following on from that…

Vladimir Gagic will be hosting another live online radio program (via Blogtalkradio) today, Friday 3/15 @ at 1:00 PM AZ/Pacific Time – this weeks subject being: “Why the Felony Murder Allegation against Jodi Arias is Nonsense“.

Here’s an excerpt from Vladimir’s latest post – “Why the Felony Murder Allegation against Jodi Arias is Nonsense”:

“The prosecutor does not allege Ms. Arias entered into Travis Alexander’s home with the intent to kill him or commit any felony, for that matter, at the moment of entry. How could he when all the evidence shows Mr. Alexander invited Ms. Arias into his house? The evidence is clear she spent at least 8 hours in his house, and during that time together they had sex multiple times.

Instead, the prosecutor’s argument is that felony murder applies because at some point Mr. Alexander revoked permission from Ms. Arias to be in his house, and at that point, she was “remaining unlawfully in… a residential structure”. This is where things get quite silly for the government’s felony murder allegation: if in fact at some point Jodi Arias was still in Mr. Alexander’s house without his permission (we can call that point T1), what felony was Ms. Arias’ intending to commit at T1? If she was intending to kill him at T1, then that would be the exact same thing as count one, murder in the first degree intent to kill, premeditated murder.

The defense filed a motion to dismiss the felony murder charge, stating quite correctly the allegation makes no sense. In response, Judge Stephens ruled Ms. Arias’ intent at T1 could have been assault, not intent to kill Mr. Alexander. I believe that ruling is in error because of something called the merger rule. To count any death that occurred during the course of an assault as felony murder would obliterate the distinction between assault and murder. And even more importantly, there would be no distinction between second degree depraved indifference murder and first degree intent to kill murder…”

Kudos to Jodi for standing her ground yesterday, and doing an awesome job as always. Not withstanding his ongoing temper tantrums, his wayward Book of Mormon misquotes and his intermittent hearing problems, Jodi once again showed the little guy up for the piss poor excuse of a prosecutor he really is.

Reminds me of one of my earlier posts – “Prosecutor Fail – the long and the short of it…“, which I’d recommend you read if you haven’t already. I think that was the same post where I quoted from his bio, and stated he was the seventh of eight children born to illiterate Mexican farm workers. I also inadvertently upset 3 illiterate Mexican farm workers in the process… but hey, these things happen. It wasn’t intentional.

Remember — WE ARE TEAM JODI… and WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS.

Never question it.

Here’s a statement we just received from the Arias family that clarifies our position, and hopefully puts any further BS rumors firmly to rest:

I’m not too sure where Leiberman is going with his “slandering & libeling a dead person” BS. We exposed the actual court documents (on public record) from the Riverside website. Plain & simple.

Leiberman needs to go brush up on his knowledge of the law and quit being a lying asshole – or just stick with doing his voiceover gigs instead.

TA’s Criminal Record Report:

Click here to access the page from the Riverside Superior Court website – then click the RIM418038 link in the Case Number box at the bottom of the screen.

Certain people are stating it was a case of “mistaken identity” and the record was subsequently “erased” within the hour… however it is still accessible. Interesting to say the least.

The Shoe Impression:

We are still no wiser – and maybe we never will be.

Here’s the shoe impression pic again (from a tile just inside the bathroom). It was taken from a screenshot when the picture was shown in court during Heather Conner’s testimony:

I’d still say that shoe print belonged to Zach Billings, and he “discovered” TA in the bathroom several days PRIOR to the big find on June 9th… which would explain how he managed to “miss” all the signs something was not right, including (but not limited to) the decomp stench for those full 5 days.

As far as I recall, Zach Billings was the only guy with access to all the keys. He was also the guy that let everyone in to the bedroom after unlocking the door on 6/9.

Maybe law enforcement did match it up to someone (obviously not Jodi/TA or they would have said) – but they decided against stating WHO the shoe print belonged to in case it upset their apple cart and opened an even bigger can of worms (?)

Following on from Thursday, it would appear Martinez’ whole case is now resting on a Walmart receipt and a gas can. We’ve been here before… yes or no? right? Sure we have.

“The Knife”:

Put basically… if the knife was put in the dishwasher as Jodi stated, and it also came from a knife block in TA’s kitchen, that would mean she did not bring the knife with her.
