4. For me, this was the day when it became intolerable to watch or listen to Martinez. I only managed to get through it later by turning the volume down low. Still loud enough to hear Jodi, but it seemed to suppress that nasally nails-on-a-chalkboard note in Martinez’ voice.

     Every fucking time he opened his mouth it was torture. Besides the decibels of his screeching voice, the malakies (sorry, had to say it in greek – explaination below) that were coming out of his mouth caused my brain severe pain, just trying to make sense of what the hell he was babbling about! He was all over the place. No train of thoughts, whatsoever. pffff

     Malakia:
     Greek Slang
     “Malakia” (abstract noun, plural “malakies”) is used as
     -The literal act of masturbation
     -A slang word for semen specifically produced by that act.
     -It also can be used to describe nonsense.
     -An item considered worthless
     -A mistake, or (ironically and degradingly) a time-consuming non-productive action. The parallel exists since these actions are a way to consume excessive energy and satisfy a desire, more or less like wanking.

6. Just saw this tweet from Michael Kiefer: “Judge vacates Jodi Arias’ March 17 trial date because of conflict Juan Martinez has with an older case of a man who killed Glendale cop.”

   • I kinda thought that might happen – that judge was putting his foot down and was not ABOUT to let the Arias case postpone his yet again.

   • Vicky, all I can do is roll my eyes the samantha way….

7. Hi everyone! I wrote Jodi another letter yesterday and updated her on some things. I also wanted to tell you that we’re getting some pretty bad weather here in the Carolinas tonight and the next couple of days with another ice storm. So please try to keep us in your thoughts and prayers and hopefully any damage will be minimal.

   Re-watching the first part of the cross examination, I thought to myself: WHY?!!! WHY?!!! Why am I doing this to myself?! Why am I punishing myself… Because listening to kermit is plain and simple torture. Period.
