The Missing Memory Card & Bathroom Photographs (Revisited)

With breaking news (related to Jodi) being somewhat of a rare commodity for now, I decided to re-run one of my posts from March 2016. It’s the post featuring the mysterious missing memory card, and the equally mysterious bathroom photos which Flores directly referenced – even though nobody has ever seen them.

Check out this picture of the camera found in the washing machine. This was taken before the “official” crime scene pics & numbered evidence markers were added.

Note that the memory card is actually IN the camera, next to the battery, (indicated by the arrow):

And here’s the official crime scene photograph of the camera in the washing machine, from a different angle:

There are some obvious differences between the 2 photographs.

Now, here’s where it gets interesting.

Heather Conner testified that the memory card was found separate to the camera at the bottom of the washing machine. Based solely on the photographs alone, that’s simply not the case. The memory card is clearly visible in the camera in the first photograph.

When Detective Melendez testified, he stated that the memory card was already IN the camera when he received it… which ties in with the picture at the top of this page.

Now, if (as Heather Conner testified) there was a card found separate to the camera… that would mean there were actually 2 cards found in the washing machine that day… although only the 1 card ever gets mentioned and brought into trial, namely Exhibit #215 as referenced in both video clips above.

That’s the blue SD card where all the “deleted images” were supposedly extracted from:

So… if there were 2 cards, that raises the questions of what happened to the OTHER card, and (more importantly) what exactly was on it?

In addition to that, TA’s camera used a proprietary Sony DuoPro Memory Stick (seen on the left in the pic below), which is somewhat thinner, rectangular, and has notches for locking the data contained on it.

Here’s a side-by-side comparison of both cards:

Here’s what all that means:

The blue SD memory card (Exhibit #215, as presented during the trial and pictured in the plastic evidence packet above) CANNOT and DOES NOT fit inside the camera that was found in the washing machine.

Personally, I believe someone (most probably Flores) viewed images from both cards that were found in the washing machine, then selected images were put together (and date/time stamps ADDED), all prior to the camera being handed over to Melendez… with the Sony DuoPro Memory Stick card in it. (Remember – the camera wasn’t technically able to add time & date stamps to the photographs, therefore any date/time stamps were added afterwards.)

So what about the “missing” photographs?

By “missing” photographs I mean the ones that Flores saw (on one of the memory cards) but deliberately withheld from evidence, for reasons I’ll cover shortly.

Here’s an excerpt from Flores’ Probable Cause Report (from 2008):

Here’s what it says:

“On 6-19-08 I received the images located on the memory card found in Travis’ digital camera. The digital card had several pictures on it including some, which had been deleted. The deleted pictures were of Travis naked in the shower, just before his death. The first one was time stamped on 6-04-08 at 1722 hours. There were several pictures of Travis as he was clearly posing for the camera. The last picture taken of Travis alive was at 1730 hours. Some of the following pictures were of a subject on the floor of the bathroom bleeding profusely.”

Did anyone see any photographs of anyone on the floor of the bathroom bleeding profusely?

No we didn’t… and nor did anyone else.

Setting aside the fact that Flores is a lying bastard at the best of times — (which is why he got demoted immediately after the trial) — he saw those bathroom pics, even though he couldn’t (for whatever reason) identify whoever was “bleeding profusely” on the bathroom floor. What’s more, he even made direct reference to the photographs in his Report. Therefore, the pics exist – or at least they did exist until Kermit got himself involved and had Flores lose them.

So WHAT exactly did those bathroom photographs depict?

More importantly, WHY did those specific photographs never get brought into evidence?

Let me also clarify something here. This post is not intended to contradict Jodi’s testimony or her account of TA’s unprovoked attack. It is solely intended to highlight the fact that Flores & Kermit saw the additional bathroom photographs, but then ultimately decided it would be in their best interests to exclude them from evidence as it didn’t quite fit with their M.O.

Logic dictates that the photographs probably validate Jodi’s testimony regarding the sequence of events — hence the exclusion. This of course is the same sequence of events that Flores gave 3 different versions of under oath.

For anyone thinking the camera & memory card stuff is old hat, it’s not. Why? Because if there were 2 memory cards in the washing machine — and the photographs & testimonies certainly confirm that to be the case — that means the other (2nd) memory card (and all its contents) was deliberately concealed and/or disposed of… which is not too dissimilar to what happened to all the phone SIM cards, and the all the child porn images found on TA’s laptop.

So while many people may think this case is over and done with… nothing could be further from the truth. There’s still a long way to go.

And when “Kermit’s House Of Cards” finally comes crashing down, it’s gonna take a lot of people down with it… including Chris Hughes.

When that happens, you can be sure the pedo-huggers & necrophilia enthusiasts will NOT be happy.

But we will be.

Video Notes: starts with Nurmi redirect with secret witness aka “John Smith”. Martinez cross (48:25). Nurmi follow-up (54:02). Flores testimony r.e. June 9th w/Willmott (01:16:40). Nurmi r.e. prosecutorial misconduct (01:26:25).

From 01:28:45 to 01:31:16, Jennifer Willmott plays Nurmi’s recorded interview with roommate Zach Billings, where Billings confirmed he never used TA’s computer. Both Flores and Martinez were present during the interview, however Flores states he now has no recollection of the interview and no recollection of Nurmi or Zach Billings even being present due to the recording being played at low volume. Martinez/Flores cross (01:39:20). Willmott/Flores cross (01:54:56 to 02:04:25).

It’s interesting to look back at this video from 2 years ago, and note (with the exception of Jennifer Willmott) that everyone else featured in it has either been held accountable, suspended, demoted, retired or disbarred.

Damn! When Karma gets to work she takes her job preee-tty seriously – contrary to 90% of the key players in Jodi’s trial!

Let’s see… In less than 3 months corruption, unethical behavior, illegal actions have been ringing around the names of individuals that took part in Jodi’s case.

It seems that Lady Justice fell asleep when the people surrounding Jodi’s trial and future were being assigned. I guess that most of them were picked out of the sack of degenerates & morons.

1> The INFAMOUS Juan Martinez: a corrupted, abusive, self-centered prosecutor that has the m.o. ‘win at all costs, no matter what’. His destruction of justice was well known in the judicial society way before Jodi’s case. He has ruined many lives and corrupted many trials. For what, you ask? For electoral reasons. He wanted to go straight to the top and you know what that means? Win win win… doesn’t matter how… just win. He got away with corruption for many years but I guess Karma hit Lady Justice upside the head and they are both working together now to fix this problem named ‘Juan Martinez’.  And by ‘fix’ I mean neutering him so he won’t ever be dangerous to society again. Didn’t they ask for references before hiring him? Did they just rely on his own words? It’s not as if they were hiring berry pickers, ffs! He was known as the ‘YES MAN’ fucker for the D.A.’s office! Yes, one can say that he only put his signature on Kevin Horn’s autopsy report in Jodi’s case (which later on we all found out that it had ‘typos’ in it) but as the chief director of the medical examiner’s office, he should have been doing much more than only signing off documents. He should actually have been reviewing them and ‘catching’ the ‘typos’. Especially since he’s being paid a six digit number a year for that position! IMO, he was just another ‘YES MAN’ for Juan Martinez.

The INFAMOUS Esteban Flores’ unqualified, sloppy and pathetic detective work. He destroyed evidence not because he was smart enough to do so but because he was and is plain and simply stupid. And his rank of stupidness was so high that he actually allowed his bimbo wife to make him a fool on social media by disclosing information concerning Jodi’s case while it was on trial. Unethical and biased. It cost him his detective position and we’re all thankful for that because if he still worked as a detective he would have ruined future crime scenes and evidence. The INFAMOUS Kevin Horn’s ‘typo’. What was mostly disturbing about this is the way he brushed this ‘typo’ off as if he had made a spelling mistake. He tried to charm it into a ‘not a biggie’ by blushing and smiling on the stand/ under oath. I’m really wondering if he actually acknowledges the seriousness of his ‘typo’. It changed the whole dynamics of the case.

The INFAMOUS Janeen DeMarte. She was the most unskilled, ignorant, amateur of them all. Very dangerous, IMO. I’m sure in the near future she’ll also make front page and not in an honorable way! Mark my words.

The INFAMOUS Judge Sherry Stephens. The most incompetent judge of all times. She let everyone else run her courtroom except for herself! She was clueless, ruling for the prosecution and far from being fair. She turned her courtroom into a circus making a mock of the USA judicial system. She should take off her robe and burn it. IDK if in other types of court trials she was a booming judge BUT in criminal court?…  a literal failure. I seriously can’t understand her sense of justice and judgement.

i.e. If you were a judge in a case where a woman stabbed 2 children between the ages of 12-14 and although the children survived, what would you sentence this woman to? This is the story in a nutshell: “”A woman accused of stabbing two children in a Phoenix home in December 2014 was sentenced Thursday to five years and nine months in prison. Brenda Begay, 40, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to attempted child abuse and aggravated assault. She was sentenced by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens.”

What are her standards? Is it fair to slap one with 5 yrs and 9 months for abusing and attempted murder of two children BUT slap an abused woman that killed her abuser in self-defense with LWOP?! I don’t get it. I seriously don’t get it!

The way Karma and Lady Justice are working, I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of the key players in Jodi’s trial. I’m just glad that the media circus is not trying to cover up these corruptions because matter of fact is that it certainly doesn’t fit their agenda against Jodi. Contrary, it validates what we have been saying from the get-go: JODI ARIAS NEVER GOT A FAIR TRIAL.

I personally would like to thank Jennifer Willmott for being professional during and after Jodi’s trial. Jennifer is actually one of the few people in Jodi’s trial that took her job seriously, was responsible and dedicated to her client. She did her best and while people are trying to defend Nurmi by saying that he saved Jodi from the death penalty, I will disagree with them and say it was Ms Willmott and juror 17 that did it! Not Nurmi!

I also must give recognition to Maria DeLaRosa for a job well done. She took a lot of beatings and was severely scrutinized during and after the trial by the media, the bloggers, the sheeple, the haters and even by the prosecution. She stood her ground and continued to do her job.

So, stay tuned because something tells me that we will soon be hearing more about the corruption that circled Jodi Arias’ trial.

Laurence “Kirk” Nurmi, the attorney who defended Jodi Arias during her two criminal trials, has agreed to be disbarred rather than face disciplinary proceedings for writing a book about the case before Arias completed appeal of her conviction and life sentence.

In October, the Attorney Discipline Probable Cause Committee of the Arizona Supreme Court authorized the State Bar of Arizona to file a formal complaint against Nurmi for revealing attorney-client privileged information about Arias and her case in his self-published book, Trapped With Ms. Arias, which he released a year ago.

Last week, Nurmi filed a consent agreement saying he would submit to a four-year suspension from practicing law. After such a suspension, an attorney would have to reapply to the Bar for membership. The consent agreement had not yet been accepted by the presiding disciplinary judge of the Arizona Supreme Court.

Immediately after the announcement of the consent agreement, the Maricopa County public defender, James Haas, lodged an objection to the Bar because the agreement did not specifically order Nurmi to cease violating ethical rules with regard to the Arias case. Nurmi’s book, supposedly, was merely the first of three volumes he intended to write about defending Arias.

Karen Clark, an attorney representing Arias’ interests in the Bar matter, also objected to the proposed consent agreement, writing that Nurmi may have admitted “intentional and knowing disclosure of confidences,” but had not shown remorse nor taken responsibility for “repeated and intentional acts of dishonesty, deceit and misrepresentation of his knowing and intentional violation of court orders.”

Nurmi filed his new consent agreement accepting disbarment Monday. Presiding Disciplinary Judge William O’Neil had signed off on it by late Monday afternoon.
