We had very little activity yesterday — aside some pointless juror questions, a few escaping llamas, and a band of fools running around the courthouse late afternoon — so with the jurors gone for the weekend, deliberations are set to resume this coming Monday, March 2nd… which will be Day #790 of the trial.

Yup. Today is officially Trial Day #786… because it’s exactly 786 days since the trial started, on January 2nd 2013.

It’s also 786 days (and several million dollars) that have been needlessly pissed away on a basic self-defense incident that should never have been brought to trial in the first place.

I’m expecting the hung jury (at some point) to finally conclude their deliberations and come back with their eagerly awaited & fully expected split decision. Once Pickles finishes up deciding on the specifics, and we know who’s gonna be paying for Jodi’s appeals, we can start to plan & forge ahead accordingly with the next stage of our mission – and finally get JUSTICE FOR JODI.

With Kirk Nurmi once again doing an exceptional job in rebutting Kermit’s badly-scripted BS closing attempt from yesterday, Pickles has now given the jurors their final instructions, and sent them off for deliberations… presumably with a packed lunch and a hand-written note asking them to get a move on.

Welcome to Day #47… and to what will most likely be the last regular day of this irregular judicial farce.

Yesterday, Kirk Nurmi did an exceptional job with his closing arguments — irrespective of how some tweeters tried to spin it — and this morning he’ll have the last say… and the opportunity to debunk all the lies from Kermit’s Apollo-11 riddled & badly-scripted BS closing attempt yesterday.

Here are 2 tweets that summarize Kermit’s ill-fated exploits perfectly:

I think the last time the courtroom was filled with so many lies (within such a short space of time) was when Chris Hughes testified… but we can once again trust The Nurminator to obliterate Kermit’s spacecraft — and enlighten the jurors accordingly.

After all that, and the final jury instructions from Pickles, we shouldn’t have too long to wait until the hung jury come back with their split decision. Then, just like I said yesterday, Pickles can toss a coin to see what “verdict” to come up with to try and keep everyone happy — which could be any time between this afternoon & Friday afternoon.

The verdict… whenever it arrives… is basically a decision on who’s gonna end up paying for Jodi’s appeals, so Jodi can finally get justice – and this whole BS fiasco can be straightened out once and for all.

By the way — what’s with The Addams Family randomly running in & out of the courtroom yesterday? There’s obviously no apparent cure for their cumulative inbreeding, meth addiction & retardation — and little exercise never did anyone any harm — but running around like tits in a trance is still plain ridiculous. I can sum them up in one word: Motherfuckers… and in their case, it’s meant literally.

Kirk Nurmi may well start the day with a motion for mistrial based on their antics, which will of course be denied, but it’ll be yet another serious event to add to the ever-growing list of judicial infractions that’ll be highlighted during Jodi upcoming appeals.

Yes… they may well “lose”… and it may be a “disappointing verdict” for him and his countless pedo-hugging media colleagues… but JUSTICE FOR JODI will prevail – which in and of itself is priceless.

Welcome to Day #46… as we finally get to the closing arguments & jury instructions bit of the retrial. Looks like Pickles was right all along with her earlier “25th-26th” finish date… but  it’s about the only thing she has got right since January 2013.

Anyways… let’s not get too carried away today. Closings & stuff will likely take up a day or so… then we’ll have to wait a short space of time for the ever decreasing hung jury to come back with their split decision. After that, Pickles then has to trot back to her chambers – light a few candles – and toss a coin to see what “verdict” to come up with to try and keep everyone happy — and she might even do that by the end of this week like she planned.

But here’s the thing folks… and here’s what we need to remember above all else:

The verdict… whenever & however it arrives… is basically a decision on who’s gonna end up paying for Jodi’s appeals, so Jodi can finally get justice – and this whole BS fiasco can be straightened out once and for all.

So in the big scheme of things, the verdict is not so ground-breakingly critical. It can get a bit complicated, but either the overly generous AZ taxpayers are gonna have to foot the bill for the appeals… or Jodi may have to pay for some or all of the appeals herself, including the hiring of a competent appellate lawyer. This is why we’ve been preparing for that and including reference & links to the JAA Appellate Fund site in every post, for when it’s needed.

Overall though – all we do know for certain right now is that this trial will go down as the longest, biggest & most comprehensive judicial fuck-up in AZ’s history. So hopefully lessons will be learned to save any repetition in the future. In fact several trials have already cited this trial in an attempt to avoid a repeat.

So with all that said & done… today’s kick-off is currently scheduled for 9.30 am MST.
