Day 6 finishes off another busy 3-day week for the AZ State Circus.

Kermit ended Tuesday’s proceedings by saying he had “no more evidence” as to the underlying circumstances of the crime. Really? I’m still waiting to see what real evidence he ever had in the first place.

So with the mitigation phase starting today, and several defense witnesses being called… hopefully we can carry on where we left off in this revenge-based, grossly overcharged & perjury-riddled self-defense case.

Jodi Arias Retrial, Day #5 Reviewed

Describing Day 5 as “eventful” would be an understatement to say the least. I’m not sure whether Morticia slipped Kermit some crystal meth during the first morning recess, or what.

But following on from a Kermit-inspired sex, lies & stupidity-riddled morning, this is what I wrote in an earlier comment…

“Any misconceptions about the DP still being on the table have been well & truly extinguished by the gross stupidities of Kermit this morning. No wonder they teach “Kermit Classes” at law school… where they use actual Kermit trial footage to demonstrate how NOT to act as a prosecutor. Today’s performance was Classic Kermit to say the least.”

I think I posted that shortly after the 12 year old’s orgasm debate, followed by Kermit asking Flores if he’d ever had sex with Kirk Nurmi.

Anyways… nothing surprises me any more.

With all the bravado, innuendo, stupidity, douchebaggery & pissing matches set aside for a moment – here’s what it all comes down to:

With any trial… and irrespective of any & all prevailing factors… if the state can prove premeditation… and they can produce clear conclusive evidence to validate their case beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt… then whoever is on trial should rightly be on the receiving end of a guilty verdict and a suitable sentence. The previous “guilty verdict” returned in Jodi’s initial trial was based on supposition & juror coercion — and with no valid proof or valid evidence ever produced. When that is allowed to happen, the whole justice system morphs into a judicial farce.

And stating that Jodi rented a car and kicking some half-assed gas can theory around the courtroom for 3 days doesn’t prove a damn thing, aside the fact that Kermit still has nothing to work with. Based on that, you gotta say he’s done remarkably well to get this far with nothing aside hot air.

Getting back to yesterday:   For once, Kirk Nurmi finally had the balls to call out this case for what it really is. BULLSHIT. It’s a revenge-based & grossly overcharged self-defense case. Always has been. Always will be… despite the ongoing perjury riddled retrial testimonies from Flores & Horn. I mean, even after 4 years, neither of them can agree on who said what, let alone the sequence of events that seem to change as often as Flores changes his magic undergarments.

Justice For Travis?

No folks. AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN. Ever. I said this back in December 2012, and the same still applies. Anyone still hoping (or thinking) otherwise needs to get used to that fact, and fast. Dead abusive meth-head POS pedo MF’s DON’T get justice. Why would they? Especially when their own actions ultimately caused their demise.

As for Justice For Jodi?

It’s in the bag… and it’s happening.

Who that was… what they were doing at the time… and whether or not the bloody bathroom boot print belonged to them, we can (for now at least) only speculate… just like Kermit has been doing since January 2013. It also begs the question as to why any of the roommates were never called to testify…

In the midst of the current jury selection debacle, Jodi’s attorney’s (yesterday) filed a motion to dismiss the DP based on misconduct by Juan Martinez, Esteban Flores and wife (Corrina Flores)… together with additional documented issues relating to witness intimidation, verbal abuse & harassment of witnesses & defense counsel, Brady violations, evidence withholding & tampering, social media tweets relating to sealed hearings, video postings, questionable activities from MCSO’s deputies & detention officers — and a whole lot more to boot.

Following on from the “no live re-trial coverage” ruling earlier this week, AZ Central published a ‘cartoon’ (see below). It prompted Kirk Nurmi to file a motion to have the re-trial relocated and the jurors sequestered. Even Kermit agreed the ‘cartoon’ was “offensive” but argued against the motion – which Pickles duly denied.

My first reaction was to say ‘Are you shitting me?’ After mulling it over for a while, I had to admit to myself that the Arizona Republic has been somehow moderate so far about the Arias case compared to some of their counterparts, and that there was indeed some truth to the fact that Arizona was considering this Latina girl from Yreka, California like the worst thing to ever set foot in their territory. Calamity Jodi was born in an Arizona courtroom and if they had their way, they would have put her to death because of the great menace created and promoted by the media. Hell, they tried once and when it failed, they cried foul and are giving the sentencing phase a do over.

So OK the State of Arizona considers Jodi Arias aka Candy Crush because of her super addictive nature, like a crisis deserving of more media attention than ISIS. They have proven it so far with their incessant and loud media coverage. She is such a threat to national security that they spent millions of dollars to make sure she would be treated like the worst terrorist on the planet. Nothing is more dangerous than this woman. Right? After all, she has killed her abusive boyfriend by ‘cutting his throat’ so that would qualify her as a member of the Islamic State.

Are you shitting me? So terrorists who are trained to hate and who have used the media to terrorize the world by cutting the throats of reporters are comparable to a young woman who ended up in a battle to the death with her boyfriend? And this woman has manipulated the media like ISIS?……………

Chris & Sky Hughes – The Mormon cover up continues – [2013 RE-POST]

Check out the re-post below from March 30th 2013. It covers my thoughts on Chris & Sky Hughes — and includes video from their respective testimonies at the evidentiary hearing from trial day 10 (Jan 29th 2013), together with relevant clips from Alyce LaViolette’s testimony.

It’s gotta be said. Chris & Sky Hughes are the ultimate pair of lying bastards — and in that regard, they’re a perfect match for each other.

So when it came to the trial, they were ultimately faced with these 2 distinct choices:

[1] Helping Jodi by confirming TA’s mental & physical abuse of Jodi AND other women, together with their knowledge of his pedo-related antics and his age of attraction… or…

[2] Helping themselves by flat out denying everything they know, and denying everything they discussed in their email exchanges with TA.

It must have been a very difficult decision to make (not)… but they ultimately decided to help themselves and, in turn, keep all their Mormon chums happy. After all, why would they want to tell the truth about TA (and help Jodi) when it wouldn’t benefit them socially or financially?

As I stated in my original post back on January 30th… Chris Hughes already confirmed he’s firmly on the prosecution’s side, so sure he’s gonna do all he can to fly the flag for them, including stating to the media (on behalf of Martinez) that the TA letters were forged – even though he knows they were not. He knows, having seen some of them, that they’re genuine. He even wrote to TA to tell him he wasn’t treating Jodi right.

The email exchanges also specifically discussed TA’s “age of attraction” when it comes to children, which (as far as I recall) Sky was somewhat surprised at. This ties together the earlier pedophile rumors pertaining to TA and his preference for small boys, pigtails & 12 years old girls, does it not?

In fact both Chris & Sky Hughes emailed Travis telling him he was being abusive to Jodi back in 2007. This started to come out again in Alyce LaViolette’s direct testimony – despite repeated & futile objections from Martinez.

Check out the 2 specific video clips below from Alyce LaViolette’s testimony from last Thursday, where the “You Crossed The Line” email exchange & content is discussed specifically — including TA’s ongoing mistreatment of Jodi… his well known prior treatment & manipulation of other women… Sky’s statement that she wouldn’t even let her own sister date TA… TA’s “childhood issues”… and a bunch of additional information that Martinez certainly didn’t want disclosing for obvious reasons…

Then watch this very interesting Chris Hughes testimony – from the continuation of the evidentiary hearing on January 29th (Trial Day 10)…

The video below (up to the 14:00 mark)  includes Sky Hughes’ testimony from the Evidentiary Hearing, February 13th (Trial Day 18) — followed by Kirk Nurmi (starting @ 22:00) calling for a mistrial based on his “Greatest Hits” list of numerous counts of prosecutorial misconduct & court order violations by the state.

Taking into account Sky met TA (in 2001) prior to her marriage (in 2002)… at which point  she would have been in her early 40’s and TA would have been 23… the only question Jennifer Willmott didn’t ask her was how many times she slept with TA before and after she got married. The answer would have been interesting to say the least…

What was not mentioned in court Thursday was the history of the emails. A defense filing from January 2011 details the efforts Arias’ attorneys went to obtain them. Initially the prosecution told the defense attorneys that there were no available text messages sent or received by Alexander and then was ordered to turn over several hundred.

Furthermore, according to the filing, the case agent, Mesa police Detective Esteban Flores, told the defense attorneys that there was nothing “out of the ordinary” among Alexander’s emails; about 8,000 were turned over to the defense in June 2010, including the Hughes emails.

The 2011 filing details the email contents, including “A response from Mr. Hughes … wherein he asserts that he believes Jodi would be his (Travis’) next victim and that Jodi was just another girl that he (Travis) was playing.” Alexander allegedly replied by saying “I am a bit of a sociopath.”

Other emails from Sky Hughes, the filing says, say that Alexander considered Arias to be a “booty call,” and said “How he, Mr. Alexander, was abusive to Jodi and … how he was beating her emotionally in part by making out with her without giving her a commitment.” And there is an email from another woman Alexander was seeing at the time “wherin she complains of Mr. Alexander’s conduct making her feel used and dirty.”

How much of those emails make it into testimony remains to be seen. Chris and Sky Hughes have already testified for the prosecution regarding an earlier allegation of misconduct by Martinez, but the topic of the emails was not discussed. They could be called back.

Chris & Sky Hughes… they wouldn’t be able to tell the truth if their lives depended on it.

Luckily for them, it doesn’t.
