Following on from the events of Monday’s dismissal motion filing, today could be very interesting. Could the whole trial actually come to an end over this issue this morning? Well, we know from previous experience that the wheels on this circus act turn v-e-r-y slowly… but we also know that anything is possible.

Word on the street (predominantly from the brainwashed & forever clueless pedo-huggers) is that this whole issue is due solely to a Trojan Horse virus. That theory can easily be explained in one non-technical word: Bullshit. There’s no connection whatsoever.

Michael Kiefer sums it up as follows:

“Attorneys are not allowed to file bogus allegations. That in itself would be misconduct. So you have to assume that if they are filing these allegations it’s because they’re true. Prosecutor Juan Martinez is someone who has a reputation. They have talked about him in the AZ Supreme Court.” – Michael Kiefer

Defense files to dismiss all charges based on State evidence tampering

“Attorneys for Jodi Arias filed a motion Monday to dismiss all charges against Arias, alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

The motion says a computer-forensics expert hired by the defense discovered that thousands of files, mostly of pornography, were deleted from Travis Alexander’s computer while the computer was in custody of Mesa police.

As an alternative to dismissal, the motion asks that the intent to seek the death penalty against Arias be dropped, which would end the current trial.

Neither the prosecutors nor Mesa police would comment on the allegations.”

Today @ 1.30 pm it’s the defense & state only, carrying on their discussions from yesterday. The jurors return tomorrow (Wednesday) @ 10.30 am. Whether we’ll be any wiser at that time remains to be seen.

Jodi Arias Retrial, Day #6 Reviewed

Day 6 turned out to be a bit of a damp squib compared to yesterday.

It started off with a very embarrassing, badly rehearsed & piss-poor display from Morticia & Elvis. You’d think that after (allegedly) coercing several million dollars from their well-planned & fake grieving exploits, they could of at least paid for acting lessons.

It’s like I said a while back… had Morticia not seen the news of TA’s timely demise on TV, she’d still be sending him begging letters and wondering why she’d had no reply. Inbreds.

Anyways… after that gut-wrenching fiasco it was back to “BS as usual”, with numerous sidebars, meetings in Pickles’ chambers, and the press being ushered in & out of the courtroom a bunch of times to boot.

The first witness was scheduled to testify (after the noon recess) via a closed hearing and a closed viewing room too – for the reasons Pickles specified. That was the deal.

Moving on… and by mid-afternoon, Pickles decided the courtroom would remain “locked” for the rest of the day – and so it was.

Now the collective media are throwing their toys out of their prams again, because they were told they couldn’t watch or report or tweet on the closed testimony. The thing is… this is not a closed testimony just for the sake of it. It’s because the witness has received credible death threats based on the testimony they were prepared to give. So no, the media don’t get to publish his or her details for all to see. Their “higher ratings” & “higher ad revenues” plan is gonna have to wait.

The last I heard, the media had just filed a motion to have the trial halted. WTF? So what now? We have another elongated delay while the court decides whether or not the media can have a field day with a closed testimony witness? Only in Arizona…

The radical clerics at the HLN mosque fucked up royally all throughout the first trial (as did many other media outlets too), which is precisely why live trial coverage was banned this time around. And they still have the audacity to talk about a “fair trial” and how this latest ruling goes against the AZ Constitution. Really? Does anything in the AZ Constitution cover the witnesses right to a closed hearing after receiving death threats? GMAFB.

Overall though, and despite the non-events of yesterday (and the best efforts of the press and the Morticia & Elvis double-act), we are definitely gaining ground, slowly but surely.

The circus returns to town sometime next week year @ 9.30 am MST.

Day 6 finishes off another busy 3-day week for the AZ State Circus.

Kermit ended Tuesday’s proceedings by saying he had “no more evidence” as to the underlying circumstances of the crime. Really? I’m still waiting to see what real evidence he ever had in the first place.

So with the mitigation phase starting today, and several defense witnesses being called… hopefully we can carry on where we left off in this revenge-based, grossly overcharged & perjury-riddled self-defense case.

Jodi Arias Retrial, Day #5 Reviewed

Describing Day 5 as “eventful” would be an understatement to say the least. I’m not sure whether Morticia slipped Kermit some crystal meth during the first morning recess, or what.

But following on from a Kermit-inspired sex, lies & stupidity-riddled morning, this is what I wrote in an earlier comment…

“Any misconceptions about the DP still being on the table have been well & truly extinguished by the gross stupidities of Kermit this morning. No wonder they teach “Kermit Classes” at law school… where they use actual Kermit trial footage to demonstrate how NOT to act as a prosecutor. Today’s performance was Classic Kermit to say the least.”

I think I posted that shortly after the 12 year old’s orgasm debate, followed by Kermit asking Flores if he’d ever had sex with Kirk Nurmi.

Anyways… nothing surprises me any more.

With all the bravado, innuendo, stupidity, douchebaggery & pissing matches set aside for a moment – here’s what it all comes down to:

With any trial… and irrespective of any & all prevailing factors… if the state can prove premeditation… and they can produce clear conclusive evidence to validate their case beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt… then whoever is on trial should rightly be on the receiving end of a guilty verdict and a suitable sentence. The previous “guilty verdict” returned in Jodi’s initial trial was based on supposition & juror coercion — and with no valid proof or valid evidence ever produced. When that is allowed to happen, the whole justice system morphs into a judicial farce.

And stating that Jodi rented a car and kicking some half-assed gas can theory around the courtroom for 3 days doesn’t prove a damn thing, aside the fact that Kermit still has nothing to work with. Based on that, you gotta say he’s done remarkably well to get this far with nothing aside hot air.

Getting back to yesterday:   For once, Kirk Nurmi finally had the balls to call out this case for what it really is. BULLSHIT. It’s a revenge-based & grossly overcharged self-defense case. Always has been. Always will be… despite the ongoing perjury riddled retrial testimonies from Flores & Horn. I mean, even after 4 years, neither of them can agree on who said what, let alone the sequence of events that seem to change as often as Flores changes his magic undergarments.

Justice For Travis?

No folks. AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN. Ever. I said this back in December 2012, and the same still applies. Anyone still hoping (or thinking) otherwise needs to get used to that fact, and fast. Dead abusive meth-head POS pedo MF’s DON’T get justice. Why would they? Especially when their own actions ultimately caused their demise.

As for Justice For Jodi?

It’s in the bag… and it’s happening.
