Jodi is not going to receive any form of justice until this case emerges from the rat infested sewer it originated in.

Anyone who thinks Stephens was just exercising her “style” and letting the lawyers try their case, I couldn’t disagree more. The unmistakeable fact is that she doesn’t have a clue about what the fuck she’s doing.

She didn’t belong on this case any more than a welder should be doing brain surgery. This was a capital case. It requires totally different temperament and courtroom administration exceptionalism, with extraordinary knowledge in case law precedent in death penalty cases.

Just the bajillion sidebars should tell anyone she was exponentially pathetic. You put a judge on the bench that has never in her life presided over a death penalty trial for one of the most publicized cases in the last 50 years? A defendant who is indigent and must count on her constitutional rights to a fair trial being litigated by the lowest level of representation afforded by the legal system?

It’s obvious going in that it’s going to be the David versus Goliath premier death camp Nazi against a public defender. And this Einstein decision is made to have a rookie trainee get on-the-job training at the expense of the fate of Jodi Arias’ life or death? Whatsa matter? Juan Martinez,  Maricopa prosecutor extraordinaire and the ring leader of the biggest legal Circus in the history of buffoonery, opened in closing argument on February 25^th, 2015 by saying:

“In ancient days, men looked at stars and saw their heroes in the constellations. In modern times, we do much the same, but our heroes are epic men of flesh and blood.”

He then shockingly went on to say “That is so compelling isn’t it? Heart wrenching!  And so…not true.  Just like the story the defendant told you about Travis Alexander on his knees masturbating to a photo of a little boy is not true.”

It is beyond comprehension that he would want to implant this image of Alexander on his knees in the mind of the listeners. He actually provided a sexual image and tied it to a speech about an event that could have happened or not. Exactly like the testimony of Jodi Arias – It could have happened or not, we will never know. What we damn well know is that the astronauts came back. What a strange concept. Legal pundits worth their salt are still mystified by that attempt at a dramatic delivery…….”

The 11 Jurors – “Pedo Huggers United”:

It’s gotta be said: they were obviously biased from the very beginning. Not only were they collectively “disappointed” they couldn’t get justice for their apparent pedo hero… they even put Kermit on a pedestal… disregarded most of the vital evidence… disregarded the Defense expert witnesses… and (for an encore’ performance) even went as far as to request an alternate juror so they could get a 12-0 for the DP.

Un-fucking-beleivable.

So while we’re pleased at today’s victory — as confirmed by Kirk Nurmi outside the courthouse — we are not too impressed that 11 jurors tried every trick in the book to coerce “Juror 17” into their twisted BS logic. That’s the only thing they really “failed” at. And that’s a good thing. The only real disappointment is that “Juror 17” will probably have to go into the witness protection program.

Anyways… to hell with the 11 that voted for the DP.

Just like I said about the DP back in December 2012 — IT AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN.

Now, ain’t that the truth!

So while we collectively thank the one sane juror for standing their ground during deliberations… I have one last message for the other 11 clueless clowns: FUCK YOU. And fuck the retarded Addams family too while I’m on a roll. They got what they deserved in the end –  SWEET FUCK ALL… aside the opportunity to do some ridiculous wailing.

Today should be a pertinent warning to any other self-righteous bastards that think they can verbally & physically abuse women and get away with it.

Because the fact of the matter is… in the cold light of day… most of the time they can & do get away with it… but sometimes… well… they come off second best.

Enough said.
