Bottom line: There was a mountain of child porn on TA’s computer from the start. This was confirmed by Bryan Neumeister previously, and confirmed today by Kermit’s own “expert witness”.  The State knew about the child porn all along, but chose to cover it up/delete it to help them get their perjury-riddled conviction. Spin it however you like, but they’re the facts of the matter.

The defense witnesses in this afternoon’s session will confirm the same.

While wait for the trial to resume again next Monday… and with the continuation of the Evidentiary Hearing coming up this Thursday… let’s not forget the fact that we’ve still never seen any conclusive proof of pre-meditation on Jodi’s part.

And despite Kermit’s shambolic showboating escapades and countless acts of blatant prosecutorial misconduct, corruption, coerced perjury & evidence tampering (in that order) – the State never even came close to proving their case beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt. Nor will it ever. No amount of assumption or wishful thinking will ever change that.

The autopsy pics never proved pre-meditation either. All they prove is that the pedo-animal Jodi was defending herself against came off decidedly second best – [click here for confirmation].

Jodi – the potential VICTIM – turned the tables on her attacker. Self defense. Plain & simple.

The much anticipated Evidentiary Hearing continues today, with Bryan Neumeister continuing his testimony regarding TA’s infamous child porn stash… and (more importantly) its subsequent magical disappearance while in the hands of Mesa PD – even after the prosecution flatly denied its existence.

Such is the level of prosecutorial misconduct, corruption & evidence tampering on the part of the State, the missing SIM cards & camera memory cards have also been introduced into the equation.

Hot on the heels of the recently filed Defendant’s Motion For Reconsideration — and further confirmation of TA’s child porn activities & child-related obsessions — another trial week gets underway. How many more weeks it’ll run for is anyone’s guess… but Pickles’ initial & wayward estimate of a mid-December finish seems highly unlikely – and always has done.

Also take into account that in addition to the 11/26 motion filing and the secret witness issue, there’s still an outstanding motion in relation to Kermit’s corruption, misconduct, coerced perjury & evidence tampering. That’s not just limited to TA’s magically disappearing child porn stash, but now encompassing the missing SIM cards & camera memory cards too.

The continuation of the Evidentiary Hearing in relation to all that is scheduled for this coming Thursday, 12/4.

With TA once again being exposed as an abusive good-for-nothing POS,  it’s no wonder the deluded pedo-huggers have gone so quiet :mrgreen:
