“KAVONNA ARIAS” – Important Fraud Warning

.
Over the past few weeks, all kinds of BS sites have sprung up.

The latest is from a “KAVONNA ARIAS” – purporting to be a member of the Arias family. The fact is, she is not, and she’s a fraud.

Here’s the site: www.TheAriasAdvocate.blogspot.com

She also has a Facebook page, Twitter page and numerous other related fake sites… all of which are geared up to  illegally collect funds on Jodi’s behalf.

I have no idea where the collected donations are going right now – but all I do know is that they’re not going to Jodi or the Arias family. The family have confirmed this with me directly.

If you have Facebook & Twitter etc, be sure to warn everyone you know about this KAVONNA ARIAS fraudster, her fake sites, and NOT to donate any money.

As per the official Arias Family statement we added to this website on Feb 2nd, we are the only website authorized to collect direct donations on behalf of the Jodi and the Arias Family.

Thanks for your ongoing support.

WE ARE TEAM JODI – AND WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS!

    • These types of scams are all over the place when you have tragedies like this…… Saw this with the Conn. shooting people scamming for money. Guess it isn’t much wore than what TA family is doing scamming money off of people that are on Social Security, JOBLESS, etc………. All of them should be put in JAIL……. this is serious crime in this country.

      • Guess what HLN did to me! I sent them a personal email explaining my story, as I did on here, about the molestation from my uncle, brother, and cousin… I also explained the abuse I went through with my husband, and how TA sounded just like all of them in my life………..
HLN posted my personal email to my facebook page where my 14yr old daughter, along with 5,000 other people read! I only posted my story here, and an email to HLN. I didn’t want my daughter knowing just yet about my life story! It said, Vinnie Politan > Missy R , then my email to them, on my wall!!

Guess this proves I should’ve just kept my mouth shut!!!! 11 people deleted me after reading that! I copied my page after my daughter said, WHAT?!! I can’t believe HLN is so uncouth! Nothing is a surprise to me with them, but I wanted to tell my daughter, NOT HLN!!!!

        • Disgusting. Sue them. Vinnie Politan is scum, IMO. As are most of those HLN people. The habe no conscience.

            • I am sick! I wanted to tell Jodi my story, and explain to HLN Talking Heads why TA’s emails, text, IM’s, etc… was NOT okay! To say you sound like a 12yr old, then top it off with….. That’s HOT?!! ALL the verbal abuse he put Jodi thru, and how it was sick & twisted! I have called an Attorney, he’s like Al Milian (Pitbull), but my Attorney is called Bull Dog! (Keaton) He’s just like Milian! I plan to take action, soon.
I wish Jodi could/would hire Milian! JM would’ve never gotten away with his crap if Milian was sittin’ by Jodi! She needs a MEAN Lawyer! (No offense to Nurmi or Willmott)….

HLN just stirred up more trouble for me, but that’s okay. I see how they operate, and if you’re not ANTI-JODI, you’ll be okay….. My 14 yr old just lost her daddy to agent orange, then she reads this about me! She just cried for hours!! I hope they are aware they hurt a child!! Guess Vinnie likes to pretend his wife is 12??? Guess he thinks it’s HOT too! Bet he calls his wife a three hole wonder, slut, whore, etc…. That’s “”normal”” ya know….

              • Certain “men” in my life were what I would consider perverts and I have had some strange things said to me but I NEVER had a man compare me to a 12 year old girl that is just CREEPY and for this to come out of a religious mans’s mouth? is still CREEPY. What is the deal with the jury getting to use I-PHONES the like in the jury room? I was serving 2 weeks in Grand Jury the first day they took my I-PHONE and gave it back to me after the day was over. For the balance I left my phone home. I think these people had their mind made up because of the media that they were watching on their T.V at home and their smartphones in the jury room. Justice my ass there was no premeditation and i don think she bought the knife why would she it makes no sense. I have changed my hair color so many times that is not a red flag to me. I hope her lawyers can turn this around maybe a mistrial or a new trial. Like I said the jury should have been sequestered and because they were not this jury is TAINTED and they are using the fruit off that poison tree.

                • Well, we all hope the same thing. None of us understand this. It seems, when the defense was making points, everyone started changing their stories… Just like the email from Sky Hughes to Jodi got twisted by Chris Hughes… Now it’s, we were afraid of Jodi, when that’s NOT what the email says AT ALL! Twisting to fit…….
Lisa Andrews, Mimi, all of them changed their original story, but Lisa got caught with her own email, she thought she deleted!
The voice of TA said it all! They dismiss TA’s own voice b/c he’s dead…Period!
If he was alive, I’d have him under that jail!!! Jodi won the fight, and they’re all embarrassed a tiny woman got the better of a 200lb PERV! That tells me, after doing this for many years, she was afraid! Like a woman lifting a car off her baby! Can’t be done unless you are afraid! Normal adrenaline, she would be dead, not TA.
As far as the comment of Rape, 12yr old sounds HOT, etc… HLN, Vinnie, Nancy, Dr. Drew, etc… ALL say, “That’s Normal”… I have them saying this numerous times, recorded on my DVR! It’s sick & twisted! Let it happen to their own… When it does, they’ll come around! It won’t be so “normal” then!

              • Sorry for your upset. What life has taught me is, restraint of pen and tongue. I’ve been burned so many times, in so many ways that restraint has served me well. Besides, I wouldn’t engage with the HLN bastards. It’s like getting into a pissing contest with a skunk.

                • Yeah, I agree. It’s so upsetting to know they condone TA, and walk with puffed out chest like they knew TA! NO ONE except Jodi REALLY knew TA, and all his lies, and secrets! The ones shouting outside in agreement with the verdict…Did you notice, no one was there the next day but a handful? Sick! And, that was before they knew court would be canceled! They got their 5min of fame, while Jodi has to go thru all this again! Had TA been a “normal” guy, a “good” Mormon (if there is such that exist), he would be alive. Most forget that!
And, the sisters??? Jodi NEVER met them, TA NEVER talked about them, but their hand is out now isn’t it! Told ya! I knew it! Heck, none of them even knew how to get ahold of the family for cryin-out-loud! Maybe b/c what TA told Jodi about family WAS true! He didn’t give a crap about them!!

Does anyone find it funny, TA was O so liked by ALL, just loved (gosh darn) that it took 5 days before anyone noticed, and that was only b/c of the “trip”! Dog running around, the smell of death, and the roommates just ignored it? Yeah, okay! No one does laundry I’m guessing… Seems funny Sky was so close, but never at TA’s house…Hmmmmmm…
Wonder how long if that trip was 3 months away?! IF he was SO loved, liked, whatever… then what took so long? He was a PERV, disciplined by the Church once, wonder how the Church feels now?!!
I swear I saw Romney in that bunch – a definite “look alike”!! Did you see that one dude talking to himself (sitting behind the sisters)… Then the lady with blonde bangs, and black hair… She kept jerking around…… WEIRD BUNCH!

              • I am so sorry for your pain and now having it made public in such an ugly way. This is an example of why Jodi did not write about her abuse. She knew her journals could (and were) read by Travis. Little did she know they would be made public – but she didn’t want the shame of her abuse known. I did not tell anyone about my abuse because of the shame – thinking it was my fault, AND because if my ex-husband ever learned that I had disclosed the truth, the abuse would have been much worse. Why didn’t the jury understand this as hiding the abuse is so common and so widely known by DV experts, law enforcement, etc.

                • Again, when the “jury system” was formed, it was meant to be your peers… Such as: Farmers would have a full jury of Farmers, Peasants would have a jury full of Peasants…. Like I said earlier, what if a Doctor was being judged by a Semi Truck Driver? A drunk being judged by a jury of Police Officers, an Attorney being judged by a House Wife, or a School Teacher being judged by a drop out? Our system is NOT like it use to be! Our Forefathers would be so angry if they were living! I don’t care she lied, actually, anyone who has never lied can cast the first stone… It doesn’t matter why…. If they call her a liar, then why do they believe her when she said she killed him? She came clean, and it doesn’t matter she got “busted”, she still came clean…..
You can’t cherry pick, and I believe they had their minds made up day 1. What about Dr. Horn, and the Det.? They both lied! Det. Floral said Dr. Horn DID tell him the gunshot was 1st, then later, NO, NO it wasn’t! Dr. Horny said he NEVER talked to Det. Floral, but Floral said, yes he did….. Hmmmmmmm! BUT Jodi’s the liar…..Right! Okay!

              • I rarely watch HLN anymore as they truly are disgusting. However, for the record, I did see part of Dr. Drew once when a woman called and said she was sick of hearing anout what a saint Travis was. In particular she said how disgusting it was for TA to make those comments about 12 year old girls. Drew and his mob were quick to agree that was not okay for TA to say that. The caller was then cut off and they went to commercial. Now, they say his comment was nothing but normal fantasy. They are all as disgusting as TA was. I bet the call screener lost their job after that caller was put through. Most likely the caller told the screener something totally different in order to get on the air, since HLN only allows lynch mob inductee callers to get through. HLN is always touting the majority of their FB and Twitter followers are anti-Jodi (or anti-whoever their latest target is.) Surely they know that is because only the hateful lynch mob members dare to follow them and post there. They must be so proud to have such a hateful, ignorant following. But, hey, hate begets hate. You can bet any one of those HLN creeps would personally wring the neck of any “man” who would even think about treating one of their daughters like TA did Jodi. So to turn the question around that they so stupidly asked during the CA trial– Would they let Travis babysit their preteen daughters? We all know the answer to that.

                • I would love to know around when that was you heard that (on Dr. Drew). I have all this on my DVR saved. I’ll go back through them, and see if I can locate that. I never heard that…. I’m keeping my own notes, in hopes I catch something no one else did. I will never give up on Jodi – EVER! If you would give me an estimated date on that show, I would appreciate it.

                • I saw them saying it was normal too. Just made me sick. At first they were saying how wrong it was, then it gradually turned into something normal that didn’t matter at all.

                • Crooked, Ithat is a hard one to say, but I would have to say it was at least a couple of months ago.

                • Try March 5… this is from the transcript. Not sure if this is the right one. Will look on youtube.

FAIRRINGTON: You know what, I actually kind of think different. I actually think they are — I think they`re going to be the ones I want on the jury to be able to bring that guilty verdict. I really do. I think they`re thinking the note — I think they`re thinking — I think they keep those notes so that when they go back to the jury room, they can prove all their points on why she should be found guilty.

PINSKY: Interesting. Let`s go to call. Judi in Illinois — Judi.

JUDI, ILLINOIS: Hi. I think what happened is horrible. She shouldn`t have done it. She`s a liar, but I`m sick and tired of him being portrayed as a saint by you guys. He was a pervert, what he did to her. And the excuse, oh, he`s just a man.

                  (CROSSTALK)

PINSKY: So, hold on here, this is fascinating. This is very interesting. So, would you say how he is coming across in the courtroom would be sufficient if you were in the jury to be sympathetic for Jodi?

JUDI: Yes, I think she`s pitiful. I do. I think she wanted him so bad and would do anything, let him treat her any way.

HUTT: But I just said — wait, the blaming the victim here upsets me, because — I mean, I`m an old married lady, so I`m not sure what the kids are doing today, but I feel like this is — the way people have sex today, they do these things, Dr. Drew, right?

                • I have to butt in a moment. lol

Here’s my issue with these kind of statements – the kind of sex Travis had with Jodi is not anything new.

The moron should look up the Marquis de Sade if she thinks men using women like three holed wonders is anything new.

Yes, I’ll call her a moron because she’s opening her mouth without any knowledge of what she’s talking about.

It’s not “what the kids are doing” therefore harmless, therefore safe to ignore, therefore free from any consequences. Everything old is new again, and there is nothing evolved or progressive about changing the definition of normal sex to include women being raped by their boyfriends.

                • here is another transcript from a different link. it must have been in that 3 minute time lapse

                  http://livedash.ark.com/transcript/dr._drew_on_call/5100/HLN/Tuesday_March_05_2013/618654/

                  >> Judi, let’s go to you.
                  00:51:21 >> Caller: I think it’s horrible, she shouldn’t have done it, she’s a liar.
00:51:25 But I’m sick of him being portrayed as a saint by you guys.
00:51:29 He’s a pervert, what he did to her.
00:51:32 And the excuse, he’s just a man.
00:51:34 >> Hold on here, this is fascinating.
00:51:37 So would you say how he is coming across in the courtroom would be sufficient if you were in the jury to be sympathetic for jodi?
                  00:51:44 >> Yes, I think she’s pitiful.

                • Wait, that is not the right show because I don’t see the dialog about the 12 year old girl comment. I will keep looking.

          • VP,
Is NOT a good/nice person at all.
He looks like he’s going to kill someone with his anger fits.
They bring out the worst in people.
The others, all just like him. Like they say misery loves company, I guess
            they’re looking for company.
            They WILL NEVER be happy!

        • That sucks, what a shock for her & you are ‘outed’ now on something so personal & terrible. Have you guys been able to talk about it yet? How old is she?

          • She’s 14. My 20yr old knew very little detail. We haven’t talked yet, because her daddy just passed, and it’s too much for her.
I was almost a murder victim by an Ex-Cop. I didn’t go into detail about all that, but he was a twisted freak like TA! My dad actually believed me on that, and went after the guy. My story is so long, I could write a book. Although it’s true, people would say it’s fiction! This is how and why I believe Jodi….
I can say, HLN hurt my child……

            • Sorry for your loss & that you have to deal with this right now on top of it.

              • I think HLN is a major part of Jodi’s M1 verdict. They really used Jodi for ratings. Unfortunately, Jodi doesn’t have the type of support that would keep them far away. Her mother still talks to the correspondent’s from HLN. I don’t understand that. If I were Jodi’s mother I would have lawyers to sue HLN. Doesn’t the mother see the damage those people created?
I also don’t understand why the Arizona Courts aloud HLN to set up camp on there grounds and help create a lynch mob. I can only think Martinez was/is behind this.

                • Yes, why were they allowed on the courthouse grounds? Why was the chanting allowed?
The courts are making a mockery of themselves.

  1. Awww that is rotten. Can we send things to Jodi, like books or magazine subscriptions, will she be allowed things like that now? If you need any ideas on centers that help domestic violence or if anyone cares to know, Amberly Place of Arizona really helped me out in my time of need and I think it is wonderful of you to help out other domestic violence centers. Amberlys Place took me to my court dates because the jerk who abused me, who I had three kids with and obviously needed a car to drive them around in, poured kitty litter in the oil and slashed my tires and did other things to keep me in need of him. He thought if I did that I would for sure call him to get me to work or would still need him and his family to buy me new tires but instead this amazing group helped me to help myself get back on my feet and realize that one of the main reasons I stayed with my abuser was now gone. I didnt need him or his family to help support me and I had others who helped to protect me. Find groups like this in your town, turn to them, I promise you they will help, they even had a safe house if needed but I digress, as usual. This site has been wonderful not only to Jodi but to help us all vent and find comfort, right? Well thats how I feel

    • Kmea.

There was a write up on ABC 15 or AZ Central about a week ago that said ” Jodi is not allowed to recieve packages” only postcards. Maybe when she’s moved to a different facility she can.

    • No when your in a physic ward you have all your belongs taken away they put you in a gown and give you a bed and a room you share in Jodi case she is probable alone you see a doc and have meds when I was in one we had to go to group therapy

      • Morning Tonya..thanks for that info. I thought everyone just went over to the vent page never to return. Hows your brother doing?

        • Hes is going better still has a lot of test to do with the doctors I’m so thankful I’m in good health so far my back give me problems from time to time from sitting to long on chat here but would not have it any other way

          • Tonya, put a pillow behind your back down low. Try to sit as straight. up as possible. Also put your elbowes at your wast and extent your arms out to your key bord…That will be the right height for you. You might have to ajust your chair or table. My sister is a PT and I worked at the hospital 12 hour at day behind a keyboard

      • Thank you Tonya and FUJuan, haha,I just got a notice that ABC 15 Arizona, just followed me today on my personal twitter! They followed my work one a few weeks ago, i am wondering if they connected me somehow because it is odd. SJ, is it safe to put my twitter pages on your vent page? Some other News stations follow me and I could post some things

Um yea, I have a news tip ! hahah

  2. Well, isn’t that special! Yet another asshole trying to profit from someone’s misfortune. How many times have we seen this before? I hope this little shitbag gets thrown in jail.

    • I would not be surprised if a friend of the Alexander family set up all these pages to get money from Jodi’s supporters.

  3. Good morning family.

    Happy Monday.

    Oh joy…..what a surprise…another money seeking leech…

    • GOOD MORNING Janeen and all!!!!
Oh boy, Im still pissed at myself for believing that fraud!!Thank god,I was sceptical when she brought the giving away money thing. And that´s why you should always trust your instinct people…
Love you all my friends.Gotta run to work.Talk to you in the evening.MUAHHHH!!!

Is anybody else still worried about how´s Jodi doing? At least while the trial was unfolding we could see her daily, check up on her. Now,what?I sooooo wanna know if she’s doing ok 🙁

      • I wonder if she is still getting mail now that they have moved her to the psych ward….I hope so I try to write to her a couple times a week, at least once a week.

        Ray in Harrisonburg Va.

      • I know they sure are keeping everything under wraps. Go figure poor Jodi couldn’t even breath without someone makeing something out of it. Well as long as Jodi is there she is safe and being feed.

    • Yes we do and no one will break that bond. Why did you pick this time to ask questions?

        • I agree but guess not a big deal but I’m. not giving out any info out.

      • IKR? I too refuse to entertain the b.s. requests for “evidence” any longer. They just want to engage in dialogue so they can spew their absurd theories. The trial is OVER; you jackals won. Go away happy and stfu.

    • Hello prissy I don’t believe the intruder story. I think that Jodi was I’m denial about what happened and made it up out of fear. First off, many people lie about much less serious things to avoid punishment and responsibility. In this case Jodi didn’t want to admit she did this because it was something so horrible she was traumatized. She avoided it the best way she knew how. I think this was definitely a crime of passion but I think Travis did attack her. Jodi lived a free spirited life and based on her history, and her moving away to Yreka, she wasn’t attached to Travis or objects in general. In the trial it’s my opinion there wasn’t enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to declare M1. Setting aside Jodi’s lies its a very big leap to say she premeditated this killing. Travis’s body was severely wounded because he attacked her and she stabbed him out of fear. Fear can make people do crazy things. Juan Martinez used the pictures of Travis’s dead body for shock value to leave the impression as he stated, “she killed him three times.” No, she didn’t he attacked her and she defended herself. She panicked and reacted. The repetitive stab wounds were to get him off of her. The back wounds weren’t deep. You can look up beegee2s wiki page explaining this I detail.

      • I have read a U.S. today article posted on the web in which it is said that at the same time the Arias trial was going on there was another murder trial in the next courtroom with little or no attention from the media. The defendant robbed a 64 yr.old woman, forced her to take money from the ATM, give it to him and then he beat her to death. He was allowed to plead guilty and avoided the DP. How many aggravators do we see here?

Jodi is being unfairly treated and targeted for the DP. Shame on them.

        • Joan that’s good info. I blame the media and Juan Martinez for this injustice. His histrionics and acting was way over the top and out of line. There are criminals out there committing horrendous crimes ie Ariel Castro. I understand that Jodi killed Travis and to this crime she should pay but not M1. I thought manslaughter because of her state of mind. I could even agree M2 although that’s pushing it because of her state of mind. This was an injustice.

          • The way Jodi was treated as well as her defenders is just soooooo dam disgusting!!!! Last time I looked, this is the USA where you are innocent until proven guilty….. beyond a reasonable doubt!!
Kangaroo court if there was ever one!!
Isn’t this how trials go in the third world countries?????

        • omg you are so right, and what about this new kidnapping case, I mean so many people are worthy of the death penalty and I don’t even necessarily believe in it, but to have took this to trial is just Juan’s arrogance, this is why deciding which cases go to trial should not be the discretion of the SA and DA’s it should be in a neutral parties hands to determine.
Just like another posted made the comment on Gabby Gifford’s case a while back he shot 18 people was it? Shot her with a high caliber semi auto face to face, she was not incapacitated and he was allowed to plea out. Shame on society, we are so far behind on women’s and children’s rights it’s sickening.
I am even disgusted with my own mother who cannot be honest about the abuse she suffered from my father and then inflicted upon us kids and each one of us married an abuser and she could care less and she is a TA supporter I cannot even talk to her I am sick over it. I must admit I have been depressed for days now/ 🙁
How do we get in the vent room does anyone know how to obtain the password?
Thanks for listen to my rant btw

        • That’s what I don’t understand! People are murdered every day in this country, some in circumstances that are far more gory that those in Jodi’s case. People are dismembered, burned to death, tortured…and their killers don’t get the DP! What is it about this case that threw everyone into a frenzy?

          • its the medias fault for zeroing in on only certain cases that they see as news worthy and in the name of profit. And it is our justice systems fault for allowing a over zealous prosecutors to have too much control. Its very disheartening our society participates and considers this a form of entertainment, actually its more then just disheartening its despicable and shows that some people still live in caves such barbaric behavior.

            • HNL thought pretty weak appearing female..killing like a man would(most likely was a man who did the killin)….this will shoot us off the charts…we will make it bigger than the 40 wacks story w/Lizzy broden & they did…..they r still collecting the blood money….they r demonic….God will not be mocked this way……angels comfort Jodi…Please

          • That cruelty charge on Jodi is so beyond belief – the whole fight occurred over a short period of time. Compare that to a person getting raped repeatedly and then murdered, in a case like that would make sense to include cruelty, but not here.

      • Prissy, you scare a lot of us!
SJ….. Can you check this out?

      • I do actually wonder if Jodi believed the intruder story, tho. I think she may have at first, and is afraid to admit it now to protect herself. If she dissociated or experienced derealization, she could have remembered some of what happened like she was watching it occur with other ‘actors’, or like a dream. I know someone with dementia who has stuff like this everyday. This can also happen under extreme stress, particularly to someone who may be predisposed to these issues.

      • Tonya becareful with this one…read the post. Sounds like this person is fishing to me. They never posted anything else. Just saying. If I’m wrong I will welcome them with open arms.

    • “How is it that many here believe her intruder story even though she admitted killing TA? How about her bloody handprint? I’d love to know how y’all got past that so maybe I can too!”

Not everyone believes the intruder story here. Her memories were severely impaired by the trauma of the experience. That was explained very well by Dr. Samuels during the trial. If you check the video page links you can find his testimony to educate yourself regarding that aspect.

The SLIVER of the handprint has nothing to do with “intruder story” versus “self defense” versus “what you believe”. So I don’t know what you are asking for. How does the handprint sliver prove anything except that she was there?

And, quite frankly, the fingerprint person did not describe how many POINTS the SLIVER of the handprint matched. It was not even a full handprint, which most people don’t seem to realize. The fingerprint person demonstrated during the trial which sliver it was.

      • I don’t believe the intruder story myself – I do enjoy reading peoples’ theories though.

      • Holy crap BeeCee…..you know how long I have been here and I didn’t realize it was only a sliver of a handprint? I guess I will go back and look at old testimony. Was it discussed with Horn or one of the other forensic idiots? Do you think it is Jodi’s print or do you think it is possible it is someone elses? I am still trying to get past the lack of testimony on the footprint. Do you know off the top of your head if it was ever said who’s it was or if one of the roomies admitted to it being theirs?

        • tnlucy, I can’t remember the name of the witness.

Female, heavy set, articulate. Liked to say “It appears to be” and Kermit didn’t like that. The videos should be up on the links above.

      • BeeCee and to everyone else here if you are having a problem with the intruder story go find the interview with Flores and see her tell him about the man and the woman then come back and discuss it

        • i believe it was a man…due to the strenght of the attack….I am a nurse…it takes so much strenght 2 do what happened 2 him…even totally psyched out …how could jodi be that strong…this is alot like “NURSE BETTY” movie….she cannot remember… like the wife could not remember…..when she saw the blood on her hands in desert….it made her remember the intruders…alittle…only flashes of memory….she hoped that guy Burns would give her some comfort….she was still scared out of her mind….when she saw burnes…she was still so confused & missing80% of her memory

          • is that the lady who’s child was found in the desert? I mean i suppose you never know unless you are there and some cases the proof is like all over the place like in this new case of Castro.

Did you all know that the staircase murder with Michael Peterson is going to have a new trial in 2014 This case was corrupted by the prosecution from the very start and one atty offers an interesting theory of an owl attack. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Peterson_(author)

It is unbelievable the corruption that took place !!!!

I think that all the evidence should have to come in that is only the fair way for the jurors to make an informed decision, the idea that all those emails were not only denied to come into as evidence but the cop lied about having them right there he should have been removed from the case.

      • BeeCee I believe the intruder story in part, as to it pertains to what Jodi may have been doing at that time. What I mean is, perhaps after she shot TA and he still came at her, she disassociated. She started to see things as being outside of herself. The man in the story could have been TA when she said he held a gun to her head. Who knows if he picked up the gun after she shot him and held it to her head but it didn’t go off because there were no more bullets? She stated the woman had the knife, she was the one with the knife, she was stabbing at him. She also stated he was crawling around on all fours and the woman was stabbing at him and he was screaming. The woman told the man to kill her too… she was fighting for her life. If that story had been approached from a psychological standpoint, it may have made more sense than not as to what happened that day. I am not talking about outside intruders, I am talking about disassociation.

    • Make yourself useful – go away!!

TA and his Mormon Cult stole Jodi’s innocence. Along with HLN, the Cultist turned a tragedy into TV Entertainment.

I am praying to almighty Jesus Christ all Christians will learn the Mormon Cults secretes. The Mormon MISSION to destroy America, for killing their false Prophet Joseph Smith.

  4. Good morning–I had an HLN free weekend and was a much more calm person for it.

I did read yesterday’s comments and I don’t see them doing some big investigation into juror misconduct before this is over unless one of them actually got a conscience and squealed. We all know it happened— a soul brave enough to admit it is another thing entirely.

    • Kalista..quite freeing isn’t it when you don’t hear the voices screaming at you….telling you what to think….

      • yeah it sure is freeing—-better now to tune the NOISE out as much as possible— remain positive for Jodi’s future, well being and overturning this verdict upon appeal.

        • Hi Kalista,

I tuned HLN out when the casey anthony case was on trial, I had never watched them before but my parents use to and at first i really like Nancy Grace and then Mitchel came along and it was a very powerful night of programming with all the latest world of crime. But it didn’t take me long to see the witch hunt and hate they spewed, I gave them up and never looked back its bad enough coming across the haters on youtube, its not worth arguing with closed minded people, it is not what will open their minds, only a personal experience or someone close to them will get them to expand their narrow points of view not us.

    • Kalista Good morning yes it was nice to no have to lesson to HLN they had mystery detective on instead a relief for the bull shit

    • Well Kalista if jurors are going to be allowed to use I-pads I phones then they should not have a problem having their use of the internet scrutinized to find out if they were influenced by that use.

You cannot even contemplate giving the death penalty to someone w/o knowing wheather the guilty verdict was tainted by biased information obtained thru the internet by any juror.

If any juror did use the internet in the course of the trial, it can easily be retrieved, and if they are found to have been going to any sites which have been giving opinions on the Jodi Arias trial. Then a mistrial would have to be declared. You simply cannot take someones word for it, and attempt to institute the death penalty on any one when a jury is being influenced by these biased opinions.

They need to take this motion for mistrial out of the state of Arizona, straight to the supreme court. This is important also, because this needs to be stopped immediately. Jury’s need to be sequestered no matter what state the trial occures if it is a death penalty case. And any access to the internet or news stations needs to be cut off to protect the rights of the accused. Jodi is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, clearly these jurors were not following the mandates of the court. They came to a biased, tainted verdict.

      • I agree with you all I am saying is Arizona does not seem to value the right to a fair tral by not demanding sequestration in a high profile or any DP case so any reversal would not be easy. After all that would take acknowledging that someone did something wrong.

How long would it take for the mob to turn on the judge and whoever else if that happened—she demanded their computers searched and breaking the admonitions was found?

This case is even more unique because the media and Travisities went above and beyond in bombarding the press with lies and a lynch mob mentality that has repercussions for many if things were to end up in Jodi’s favor. I believe all of this will have a lot to do with a win on appeals for a new trial.

They just want things to cool down right now because its quite apparent the HATERS are insane with their vitriol and would retaliate on anyone who upturned this lame ass unjust verdict.

  5. Good morning…

Thanks SJ. Good to know that there is yet another person /person’s out there besides HLN, The family and so called friends trying to make a Buck of from Jodi’s tragedy.
Oh well seems to be the way of the world these days…If you have tragedy you have scum to go along with it…..

I’m not 100% sure but it would stand to reason that if Sandy can’t see Jodi that she can not receive mail.

I pray the Jodi is getting the medical attention that she needs.

  6. Good morning you all. Have great and wonderful start in this new week.
Even though we had a sad past week,
Big chocolate hugs from Switzerland an extra big one for SJ

  7. Im curious to whom are you giving out passwords for the vent page? I has asked for the password on this page and also on the face book page and I have not received a reply.

  8. How Low can You Go …..

Just when you’ve thought that the “Slimy Bottom” had finally been reached,
we find out that, yet again, it goes even deeper!

From the lying & word weaving prosecutor .. and everyone’s favorite (not) 1/2 man JM … LOW

    To the New Stooges …
    Hello … Flores
    Hello … Horn
    Hello .. Tot Doc DeMarte
    HELLO … Even Lower

To The HLN “Media” (wait .. did i say media? … Never Mind) and their .. (insert chuckle here) .. Experts who did everything in their power to destroy any chance at a fair trial … Lower Still

To the “Mindless .. Witless Mob” who with a Fury set out across the internet to “Destroy .. Intimidate and Character Assassinate” .. anyone who stood up for Justice – Truth .. and Jodi … Yep – Lower Still

To the Alexander Family .. PRAYING AND FASTING FOR A PERSONS DEATH … something NO Christian Faith would EVER do! (Only Satanists Pray For A Persons Death!!!!).. So Low

To A Jury … who now … should be imprisoned themselves for this travesty of justice .. how dare they be allowed their electronic equipment .. and be taken at their “word” .. that they did not even “peek” at anything pertaining to this trial (1/2 if not all are probably card carrying members of the nancy grace fan club!)…. Um .. Yep .. Going Lower

To … Yes again back to the… Mindless .. Witless .. Clueless .. Blood Thirsty Mob .. for whom 80% probably didn’t follow the trial, and 50% of those who probably didn’t even know “who was on trial” …. Cheering When The Verdict Was Announced … Cheering For A Woman’s Death …. DISGUSTING!!! … You Probably Thought This Was The Lowest … Nope .. But Lower Still

To A Woman who creates a website .. A web page .. A twitter account and who knows what else … to fool supporters … trick those searching for truth .. To Profit From Such A Tragedy ….. This Is SOOOO LOW!!!!! But wait .. it’s not over yet …. so in all honesty i “Cannot” say that this is the lowest .. we’ll all just have to wait and see …

    Honorable “LOW MENTION”

    1) Judge Pickles
    2) The Hughes (UGH)
    3) Shanna Hogan
    4) All The Women Who “NEVER” Came Forward
    5) The Taliban Fame Whores (9 minutes and counting)
    6) ANYONE i have missed .. and you all can think of ….

And Last .. for me NOT LEAST (Because out of anyone .. HE should have known better) ….. Drew .. i’m not really a doctor but i play one on TV ….. He most of all bothers me, because for years he has been on tv and radio .. pretending that he cares ….. He Is A SHAM!!!!!!

Shame on YOU ….. Drew Pinsky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Yes and they are sucking every penny they can out of this..Then they will go on to the Zimmerman trial. God help us all….

      • They will “ALL” move on …. as they have no conscience .. their only goal, to DESTROY ….. but perhaps when they do move on, to whatever or wherever and the dust settles for Jodi, the beginning of Truth and Freedom can be allowed ….

      • Above all he should be ashamed …. on tv pretending to be a “Dr” & caring for peoples well being, he was at the forefront of Jodi bashing!

        What a Disgrace.

        • Yes. They all should be ashamed. Mr. Pinsky is supposed to help people! JM and Pickles are also jackasses.

    • soooTRUE sojourn….pinsky is soo sickening that i cannot find the words to describe him….when he made references to the pts. wanting him(SEXUALLY) that was the most gross…

    • Who’s Shanna Hogan? Heard that name here the other day too? Is she another PPL dweeb, or what?

      • In addition to being The Valley Times executive editor, Shanna Hogan is a true-crime author who is writing a book on the Jodi Arias case. While reporting the story, she discovered an interesting phenomenon taking place at the courthouse—trial watchers consumed with real life murder mysteries.

  9. There seem to be a lot of fake haters around.

I strongly advise all true jodi supporters here to NOT sign any more petitions. I hate to be that way…but private websites and I think the petition people can get your IP address and real information.

    Stay safe my friends!!!

    • BeeGee you are right..becarefull what you open also. I lost a laptop and a desktop …I wasn’t careful.

    • Yes. We have to protect ourselves. I lost a 64G Ipad to a virus and my work computer warned me of a failed attach.

      • Jaz,

Wholly shit……. and APPLE is suppose to be one of the safer methods for viruses, worms, etc. This is beyond crazy that people are losing their electronic devices over this case…..Your the fourth one I have seen post something like this…. This is exactly why I don’t do the FB, Twitter, or any other social media site and open up attachments.

        Be safe my friends……

        • Yeah … when the only people who “Should Have” lost their electronic devices are the jury!

          • Sojourn,

I am baffled how they were allowed to have Ipads and tablets. In my state you are not allowed to have those devices in the courtroom, you are not allowed to chew gum, drink water, have cell phones on, etc… This Judge didn’t give a rats ass what went on in her courtroom….

How this jury claims they never saw or heard anything is total B.S. unless your a blind and deaf………. and then obviously you wouldn’t be sitting on the jury. It was on every news channel, newspaper, alerts, radio, you name it…………. and they didn’t see or hear anything for almost 5 months…….B.S.

            • I don’t believe them for 1 second! There is no way they should’ve been allowed these devices. The AZ court system is….no clean word comes to mind.

Apple is supposed to be safe. It’s why I bought the Ipad. Luckily I purchased the 2 year extra warranty so it only ended up costing me a headache.

            • I agree with you100% …. and for them to be allowed their devices .. AND, for the judge to think for one minute they didn’t check things out …. she’s delirious! … Asking them or not, it’s not like they’re going to say .. well yeah, we all checked out HLN!

        • I agree. My son is going to look at my destroyed top I just had a new hard drive put in last year and hadn’t used it a year do to work and useong my lap top. Now I wouldn’t thought to much about loseing the laptop due to this trial but losing my desk top two days after setting it up? Now that is just strange……so now $$$ going out to fix the laptop and who knows about the desktop. I don’t know what the heck I opened…I have tried to be careful.

          • Cindy.

Do you have an antivirus on your computer? Like Norton? YOu can run the program to get rid of the viruses and see if that works.

            • My laptop just said it can’t find the hard drive. I’m not sure about the desk top. Can’t seem to get anything to show up on the screen and it sounds like a jet taking off. Ya know it was running just fine until I powered it off for the night. I don’t always do that I just put it in the sleep mod. I have advance antivirus. on the desktop. It might have nothing to do with this trial but it’s. just. Very odd that I shut down both of them and the next morning nothing.

              • If you can get into your computer on safe mode, perhaps you can reset it to factory settings, or run the virus scan (desktop) … i had to do that on my laptop one time it does remove everything though, that’s the downfall to that, but it does restore it.

Good Luck, hope your son can fix.

                • Thanks but I’m going to leave that to my son. I really don’t want to lose anything if it can be helped. He’s the one who put the new hard drive in.

  10. I’m reposting this from yesterday, hoping for more clarification:

It seems to me that since some of the jurors found Jodi guilty of premed murder during the commission of a felony (burglary), and since a burglary means she stole something, and since the only thing JM accused her of stealing is Travis’ gun, then I still say those jurors must believe she killed TA with his gun, and therefore, they must also believe that she did not travel to Mesa armed with her grandfather’s gun, and thus that element of the proof of premeditation is absent. Without that element of the proof of premeditation, the remaining “proofs” seem awfully thin.

    • Thank you!!! Agree, agree, agree!!! It makes NO SENSE! I believe this jury came to this verdict via two ways: either tainted by the media or this is in retaliation for the Casey Anthony “not guilty” verdict. (Which could also include the possibility that they were afraid to return with anything but M1 due to the terrible treatment and harassment of CA’s jury!!!)

      • or buying into HLN bullshit………….. shit everytime they needed to taint the jury they released videos, or letters, or whatever they had their gruby fingers on at that time…………. Yes, people are pissed off over the CA verdict, but this was a totally different case….. Jodi admitted to it, where as in the CA we need to find out ” who” ….. if that makes sense to you.

50 something days of testimony, 600 plus pieces of evidene…. 13 hours of deliberations and didn’t have the judge for one piece to be read back to them, or asked any questions…….. OMG this is so FK-ed up and tained…. They had their minds made up even before entering the deliberation phase.

      • Set nothing in this trial makes sense. I’m just simple person from the mid-west and I saw this from the beginning …. Premeditated? Where was that..Am I so bias I can’t see?

        • Simple person from the mid-west – yeah right!

You can’t see sense when none exists.

The only thing premeditated here was the travesty of justice carried out by the prosecution and the jury, cheered along by the media and a bunch of other yahoos.

          • LOL…didn’t buy that? I’m. really struggling with all of this. This has become personal to me. I have kids Jodi’s age. I hate that I don’t have answers or can’t fix this. She needs help and I don’t know how to help her.

            • omg, cindy me too!!and mind you,I live in Greece I feel twice as powerless 🙁
The verdict was ABSURD,just absurd,it made no freaking sense whatsoever. The jurors contradicted themselves with the verdict of premeditation and felony they reached.

    • Fred.,

If you read under your post from yesterday you will see that you questions have been answered. Not that hard to figure out if you have been following the trial and reading.

    • I think they convicted her for felony because she was illegally In Travis’s home after she start stabbing so they can still believe that the gun was from the grandmothers home

    • Since this jury found her guilty they will probably come out speaking to the media and explain this aspect of their verdict.

    • Thank you, Fred. The absurdity of it all just proves that the jurors were TAINTED from the start by the media. In the words of Nurmi: “It just doesn’t make any sense!”

    • I think you’re misinterpreting the word “burglary” but it doesn’t necessarily mean a theft was committed. I finally had to look up what defines a burglary in Arizona because I was so hung up on this. This is what I found…

“Entering or remaining unlawfully in or on a nonresidential structure or in a fenced commercial or residential yard with the intent to commit any theft or any felony therein.”

  11. I read on FB where the person posing as “Kavonna Arias” had hacked some supporters’ pages. PLEASE stay safe everyone!

    • Rachel, do you know what happened to the hacked pages of the supporters?

I wonder if someone wants to steel people’s bank account information. Is it more or less coincidentally that Jodi’s supporters are targeted?

Or is that coming from a Justice for Travis Alexander person who hates Jodi’s supporter and wants to do some sort of damage to them.

      • Not coincidentally, I don’t think. People who were friends with her had their pages hacked. Not sure specifically what happened. I think it is just a nasty TA groupie who wants to collect info and damage Jodi supporters.

    • FACEBOOK ADVICE

…I had that hater person “caligirl” from a long time ago send me some nasty pictures. She has quite an ugly mug on FB, BTW.

Again, DON’T click on anything sent to your private email from ANY facebook friends. It is relatively easy to imbed keystroke programs into those email links and then you are toast. Don’t even do it from me, or ANYONE because once a person is hacked, then they have access to your friends’ information…it is ok to look at it in your feed..but sending things to email with viruses is way too easy.

ALSO, I do NOT allow any apps to work with my facebook. An app sent to you by a hater COULD be malicious.

Without knowing exactly why we have had so many people lose electronics I would just say DONT CLICK ON ANYTHING.

      🙂

    • It could very well be some TA supporters, but these kind of scummy people come out of the woodworks when there’s money to be had. I used to work with Western Union (when I was a bookkeeper for a grocery store) and Moneygram (when I worked in a small loans company) and we saw scams all the time. I’m very wary of giving my money to anyone without doing a thorough investigation. Scammers play on people’s emotions, and it sucks that we can’t just trust someone’s word, especially when they seem to be on the same side as us. Just be careful, if your money falls into the wrong hands it can’t help Jodi, but it could hurt you! If you aren’t sure about a site, ask the admins here.

  12. Good Monday morning, my friends! 😎

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and all the Moms and single Dads had a beautiful Mother’s Day!

    TEAM JODI!♥

      • School is over for the semester! Yay! I am not pre-law, I am earning my paralegal degree, and have decided to go another year and add another degree- legal admin. I finished this semester with 5 A’s and I am waiting for my last class to submit my grade.

If I weren’t 44 years old, I would definitely keep going for a law degree; but I am way to old, so I will do what I can with what I have. Wishing the Innocence Project had offices closer than 3 hours away…

I just want so badly to help those wrongfully accused and prosecuted.

        • Wooo hoo, WTG Renee… Law school is only 3 years, keep it on the back burnner, your never told old to go to college.

        • Hugs….you are such a good person. Congrets on the grades…humm you are not to old… But a law dagree comes with a hefty prices. My son took some time off to rethink all of this. Mom’s is not too happy about it. But I have to let him decide for himself.

        • If I was 44 I would go for it Renee..age is a funny thing because when in our 40’s we think that old age is near,,its not !! You still have a good 30 years ..and even at 74 you prolly won’t be tired or bored !!

          • Awesome jobs on the grades! Also, never let your age stop you from doing what you want- they say 70 is the new 30! So 44 has to still be in the tweens! 😉

        • Good God Renee’! I cannot believe the way you’re talking. You’re NOT too old my lady. You go for it you hear me!

        • Renee, I’m 44 also, so I know where you’re coming from. (I just told someone the other day that I was too old to change careers, and I cringed when I heard myself say it.) But remarkable people like you don’t come around too often, and we only get one turn! You totally have it in you, and the world will be a richer place for your earning a law degree. Maybe you and the Innocence Project will wind up together after all.

        • five A’s?? That’s my girl!!! Congrats,Renee!! And I agree with everybody else…you are definitely not too old!!

        • Hey, Renee!

Five A’s?!!!! Way to GO, woman, you are AWESOME!

Another year? Okay, that’ll put you at 45 yo. How many years would it take to get a law degree? Let’s just say “four” for the sake of discussion, and so, say, for the sake of discussion, that would make you 49 yo by the time you stride off with your law degree….

That IS young enough to kick some ass and make good things happen.

In any event, five years from now, you WILL be forty-nine, assuming you don’t get hit by the grim reaper bus. Thus, the question is NOT whether or not you are too old to go to law school. The QUESTION is: do you want to be forty-nine without a law degree, or do you want to be forty-nine with a law degree? You will BE forty-nine, EITHER way, just sayin.

Only you can decide, of course, what is best for you, and there are so many other variables in life that can add into the equation… I am sure you will decide what is right for you. But you WILL be 49, either way. Love ya, muwah! ♥ 😀

    • Renee,

Left you a post on the other page………….. Hope you did well on your exam!

  13. While I agree with the author of the Occupy HLN essay that the electronic charlatans at HLN deem themselves “high priests” (or priestesses), I take it a step further. I believe they view themselves as gods or goddesses. And why not? It is they who created this miasmatic mess. It is they who have complete control of the dissemination of information form their illusory lapidarian thrones. Alexander wasn’t a deeply troubled sexual pervert, they shout, he was a “normal” male who was ripe for destruction by that most feared form of evil: the succubus, the she-devil. The self-proclaimed deities descended into the most basic form of deception…the ages old canard of good vs. evil. Their agenda set, the pseudo gods/goddesses did what all deceivers do, repeat the same lies ad infinitum. And the stench from their false creation lingers still.

    • exactly a bunch of mindless fools follow them and join in the pact mentality like mindless heartless zombies. How do they know for sure he was such a good guy, it reminds me of of how women are always made out to be the bad people and the mans actions justified in rape cases we have seen over the years. they are a disgrace to their profession shame on them all!!!!

  14. I don’t know what really influenced the jury to come to their “unreasonable conclusion” it could be the media if they actually watched willingly or accidentally reading a headline or even if they did not watch any media directly but the air and the atmosphere was shouting GUILTY, it could be Casey Anthony and OJ Simpsons acquittal, but unfortunately this cannot be proven as of now until one of the jurors slips out on an interview or to a friend that he/she had some outside influence

so although this speak may be good for our satisfaction to accuse the haters and the jury but ultimately it is not doing anything to help Jodi to get out of this mass

the only think i can see for sure and is evident by their decision is that the jury simply did not understand the definition of “reasonable doubt” or they chose to ignore the definition, in fact i think that most fact of this case does not even pass the stranded of “preponderance of evidence”

the gas cans, and the renting car in radding, the white vs red car, was very reasonably explained by Jodi and even if they choose not to believe her it’s still a very conman possibility without anyone giving this explanation, the change of the heir color was proven to have been changed at least 3 week before with the possibility of even 2 month before the killing, and Jodi clearly said on the stand that she did not like it after the first change so she changed the color again so even if it appears on the picture of June 3 that her hair color is darker it doesn’t mean anything and that is very stranded and should not be suspicious in any circumstances even if they dont believe Jodi and the same is with the turned off phone its a conman experiences everybody is going through every year at least 3-4 times

the suggestion/speculation what JM lead the jury to believe from the circumstantial evidence of the upside down license suggesting her guilt is at least equally circumstantial to the defense because it makes no sense from a different angel

the only think i can see in this case to sound suspicious is the stolen gun but again it makes no sense to create a record of the burglary if you can just take it so in my opinion it an equal suggestion for the the speculation JM succeed the jury to believe and the defense

one more think what i did not see coming up in the closing arguments from JM and the defense is the fact that she told the rental guy that she is only going around town, but again it does not even fit with her alleged (according to JM) alibi that she is going Utah

one more think i wanted to point out even if the jury did not believe that Jodi is telling the true they are required to consider every reasonable possibility of innocence so as long Jodi gave reasonable explanations even if they choose not to believe her it’s still reasonable to take in consideration those explanations

one more thing i can see that the jury felt betrayed by Jodi because it appears that she lied about the 3rd gas can (i think she did return it but it was a slip on her part by the leading questions of JM and her memory of returning it in Salinas it was not answered by memory it was answered by false reasoning JM put in her mouth because the first time she said she returned it she said that she “think” it was in Walmart near Starbucks so she did not remembered it clearly but JM took it a step further suggesting it was the same store and she slipped just listen again to all the testimony about the 3rd gas can and you will see what i mean) but even if this is the case that she lied the burden of proof is still on the prosacuter and he did not proof his case

also the pictures on jun 4 and the evidence of abuse are very highly suggestive of self defense or heat of passion

I hope the appeals court can just review the case and say it was simply not proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the jury did not follow this stranded and issue an acquittal i know its not going to happen but if i was the judge on the appeals court i would do it 🙂

    • The fact is, the jury had their mind made up before the trial even started. Mormon controlled city, hell state for that matter. H.L.N. with all their lies and not telling the other side of the story, poor Jodi had no chance. I hope in this great Country of ours, ya right, that she will be freed someday. I said it last week, This doesn’t happen in Maine. We have a sign at all the borders that say HLN not allowed. Just kidding, but we do have murders and self defense cases in Maine that are just as bad as this. If we’d have hln and other major news media here , we’d probably have the same mess that they have in Arizona right now. This case should go to the highest court and be overturned. The media should be locked up for reporting false information and should never be allowed to do this again in any other case. G. Zimmermin is f@#ked. He will be found guilty, and you can mark my words on that. He is HLN’s next victim.

      • Right on the Mormon Money Glen!

I hope you are not right about Zimmerman..they better be carefull with that if it is HLN running with the story,, I think maybe CNN will do Zimmerman (Anderson Cooper) and HLN the kidnappings..maybe they will go after the other borthers…and not focus on the women and the child(ren)..

        • HLN will focus on Zimmerman for now because his trial is approaching. Cleveland kidnapper will be relegated to the background until that trial starts.

          • And that’s, IF they even bother with his trial at all. Which I doubt.

CNN/HLN, despite claiming to have a progressive agenda, are only out to make political statements that suit their own agenda.

They could care less about women and girls.

            • I stopped watching CNN when they gave Rick Sanchez the boot just for saying what was true.

    • Right on Eli ! If there is any justice in AZ ALL of these assholes..starting with the Judge who threw out Jodis evidence and squashed the Defence every move!

    • Eli, You are so right.
And, to me, no matter HOW biased the jurors were from hearing media, and no matter HOW frightened they might have been about the safety of their asses from a lynch mob, it STILL just absolutely BOGGLES my mind that they could come out of there declaring Jodi guilty of M-1 by pre-meditation! It simply was not there! JM never even came close to PROVING it, beyond a reasonable doubt, and since we are supposed to be innocent unless PROVEN guilty, it is obvious that the jury did NOT follow instructions.

  15. I certainly hope “Kavonna Arias” is persecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Does anyone know if law enforcement had been notified? It’s not always easy to get someone for Internet fraud but if she is soliciting fraudulent donations , its a slam-dunk. ( I apologize if someone had already posted this info and I missed it) thanks!

  16. Whoops , should have said prosecuted …..not persecuted….. But maybe a Freudian slip….)

  17. Good morning everyone. If you haven’t done so yet you MUST read the Occupy HLN article – SJ posted the link yesterday. Very informative and well written. I was shocked to learn that when the gun was stolen from Jodi’s grandparents’ house, so were a stereo, cash and a DVD player!! Was this info provided at trial? It gives a whole different impression of that burglary IMO. Also, this switching of stories by Dr Horn re the timing of the gunshot is very fishy. Can any of you legal eagles out there (yes you Al, Sirlips, AA) opine on the importance of this in an appeal?

    • CL,

The switching of stories by Horn/Flores was such a patent lie that the jury should have revolted against the state’s case. I don’t know what the legal ramifications are, but from a credibility point of view it should have completely destroyed the state’s case. But it didn’t. I for one didn’t see any clear and convincing argument that said “Oh, if we discard their testimony we still have M1.” Heck I didn’t see M1 even with their testimony. So I have absolutely no idea what led this jury to their verdict.

      • I know its been said before, but I think it deserves repeating. What’s with everyone (including the god-forsaken jury) being so upset that Jodi lied, yet they don’t seem to have a problem the FACT that FLOWERS and HORNE lied several time on the stand under oath??

        • I know right!! And how come that jury couldn’t see how Tot Doc and the blonde bimbo were hired guns just like kermit claimed the Dr. Robert Geffner. to be I don’t get how they didn’t see right through that!!!

        • The only way I can reconcile that hypocrisy is to conclude that the jury wasn’t actively listening to notice the discrepancies in the first place. A jury that isn’t actively listening to and thinking critically about evidence and testimony is problematic to say the least. But that also goes to my suspicion that the jury members were more interested in the ”once in a lifetime experience” as refered to by former #8 than they were in taking their civic duty fairly and seriously.

        • Ever since the verdict I sound like a broken record, echoing Nurmi:It makes no sense!
Horne and Florez shpould have been charged with perjury and in that damn basket instead of questions like ”Why should we believe you now?” addressed ONLY to Jodi, there should have been the same question asked repeatedly to both the liar-liar-pants-on-fire ME and to detective-my-ass Flora&Fauna!

          • Too right! Morning maria and all 🙂

Want a laugh? Go to OccupyHLN and watch the video of the many faces of Tot Doc, its hilarious! How the hell anyone could take that woman seriously!

        • Apparently you’re allowed to lie if you’re doing it for the State. Disgusting. Kermit, Flores, and Horn are shameful.

  18. Good Morning Everyone!! I took some time to celebrate Mothers day and my middle son turned 6 today, but we also celebrated his Birthday this weekend since it falls on a Monday. I really enjoyed myself, and I hope all of the beautiful Mothers here did too 🙂

There has been some talk about what we can all do to help Jodi, and once we get that all ironed out, I can’t wait to HELP!! This waiting for her JUSTICE is hell already, so in the meantime, being constructive and actively participating in her cause, will not only be rewarding in many ways, but I think will be healing and therapeutic, which I need, because I am so supersaturated with emotion I HAVE to have an outlet, or I might just explode!!

I LOVE you all so much, thank GAWD I have you all like-minded SANE friends to share with!

    • Good Morning KMiller…………. Happy to hear you had a wonderful weekend and Happy Mother’s Day.

Yes, the support of helping Jodi will be very therapeutic, and rewarding. Kudo to Sil, for starting this process…..

    • (((((((((((((((((K)))))))))))))))))))))

Glad to hear you had an awesome weekend/Mother’s Day/son’s birthday!!!

      You know…

Every oak tree began with a couple of nuts that stood their ground…and I think we have enough “nuts” here to build a FOREST for Jodi!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • hi K! So happy to hear you had a wonderful weekend with Mom’s day and your little boy’s birthday!

I also cannot WAIT to take action and help! ♥

    • Exploding sounds about right,Kniller!!
We have got to do sth to help Jodi, otherwise I’ll be getting a bit crazy day by day.

  19. Just to clarify a few points (sorry if I should already know the answers though):

The sentencing phase of the trial was supposed to have started last Thursday immediately following Wednesday’s verdict, right?

The reason(s) for its postponement are not officially known and only speculation, correct?

Do we think (or does anyone know) if the delay is to give the attorneys more prep time?
Or because Jodi had a breakdown/is (understandably) too upset?
Or because something unexpected came up (like a jury issue) that could blow the whole thing out of the water?
Or a combination of those factors and/or other factors..

I’ve been following the comments but have heard several different ideas and no concrete sources..?

Also, does the actual sentencing outcome make a difference for the appeals process other than a DP sentence going automatically to appeal and the speed at which things happen? What I mean by this, does it make a difference to the appeals research people have begun what the final sentence is? Or is that question what people are looking in to in the first place?

Thanks, trying to sit pretty til the 15th.. Jester.

    • From what I understand there were issues on Thursday discussed in Chambers but we do not know for certain what all was discussed outside of a defense motion to remove the DP. One of the reasons they are not having court until Wednesday is due to ME Kevin Horn’s schedule.
      Hope that helped! 😉

      • Also, I’m quite sure that Jodi was not released, so to speak, to attend court due to her being evaluated under suicide watch, but that is just my speculation and nothing more.

          • Yes, I know. Just my speculation as to why they couldn’t continue. I could be wrong and it wouldn’t be the first time. But since she wasn’t allowed a visit from her mother last Thursday or Friday, I thought perhaps she went to court Thursday to be present for the defense to motion for DP to be removed in front of the judge. Just my thoughts though. 😉

        • that would have been something we would have known about earlier in the morning
they said it was something about what has happened in court that Wednesday before starting court.

      • Thanks SET,
Now I do remember that bit about Horn’s being busy today and tomorrow I think it was.

It will be interesting to find out more about the motion to take DP off the table when that info becomes available. In all likelihood it was just ”for the record” so to speak, the way the defense has moved for mistrials at every turn possible, largely for the sake of later appeals.
But, at the same time, maybe it had something to do with Jodi’s post verdict interview.

And I will continue to hope that J. Wilmott’s look of surprise at the verdict has some legal backing to it and was more than just a facial response. ::crossed fingers::

    • You know if Jodi had a breakdown it would have been all over the news. This is being kept. quit no one is saying a word. Not sayings that it couldn’t have been Jodi but I find it very odd that they kepted both family’s in the courtroom for 2 hours and no ones talking? Then they took everyone out different doors? Why did Travis family get police escort to their cars and Jodi’s didn’t?

Why did they change the level to a higher level so Jodi’s family couldn’t see her.

          • maybe someone could not have held themselves back I remember i tweet that the alexanders were crying as they walked out

            • Is all I can say is it’s pretty fishy that they (cops) were standing gaurd outside the door and not one person said one word or couldn’t talk about what went on in side. No one in and no one out.

I know for a facted that Jodi was there she had to change out of her jump suit.
HLN has not said anything that I have heard all weekend long.
.S. Joe got her out of the jail right away after the interview. Not sure where Jodi’s. Mom saw her on Thurs night but to me it didn’t look like the courthouse.

I heard there were 4 levels at the phycs jail and level. 1 she could have her mom and lawyers visit. So that’s not happening. so what’s up? 72 hours are up she should be out of there.

    • AL do you have a response to Jester’s comment Yes to all the questions and a song too I will survive for Jodi hang in there we are going to be strong for you .

    • I heard something about Horn not being available, but again just stuff on the web. If it was purely a scheduling conflict why all the secrecy? And wouldn’t they have known that before dragging everyone into court.

I know, from the minutes, that the defense had submitted another motion to drop the DP, which to no one’s surprise Pickles rejected, but that is all.

      • I wonder if the discussion of taking DP off the table was the sole/major topic filling the 2 hours.

Is there precedence for removing DP at this stage in the game in AZ? Anyone know?

Let me preface this next question: I absolutely do not want her to get DP for a plethera of reasons.
However, would that (temporary) sentence get Jodi any advantages in appeals, assuming there’s ultimately no risk of it being imparted due to her successful appeal?

I ask based on DP convictions getting automatic, presumably faster, appeals processes and the possibility of arguing that the punishment doesn’t fit the crime and the jury was too extreme all around?
It would be a gamble I wouldn’t want to be faced with, but I really didn’t think the bozo brigade would come back with M1, so who knows. ::sad::

        • They may have just asked for it on a procedural basis so they could maintain a record. I know that every time a phase ends the defense, on a procedural basis, asks the judge to make a ruling in their favor. Probably rarely happens, but they have to maintain a record in case they need to bring it up on appeal.

        • Jester, good one –> “the bozo brigade”
Also, share your concern about which is better:
          (a) sentenced to DP and therefore –> sooner appeal and possibly sooner +outcome;
versus (b) sentenced to LWOP (may be decades before an appeal “works”)
And, wondering, also: How does Jodi’s desire for DP impact appeals? I mean, if she would be sentenced to DP, which would then AUTOMATICALLY trigger an appeal, does that automatic appeal still HAPPEN if Jodi says she is not interested in appealing?
          Does anyone know?

      • Al, I was watching JVM, foolish me, I know, but she had a woman on who had seen and asked Dr. Horn if he was testifying and he replied apparently not. So he was ready on Thursday.

    • I can only guess by looking at the stuff they’ve kept from public view so far, which would have been the jury issues (dismissed jurors) and the witness tampering issues (Alyce LaViolette).

Wasn’t the press reporting from the courthouse that the jurors were being taken in one it a time? If so, it could have to do with #8’s statement about ipads and tablets in the jury room. But of course they’ll all deny wrongdoing and Pickles will take them at their word.

Witness tampering, while I’d LOVE to think JM was being ripped a new one for manipulating the testimony of Flores and Horn, I don’t see that happening either.

So my guess is that whatever it was, it was a ‘show’ at doing the right thing, and business as usual will continue on Wednesday.

    • I know they called every juror one at a time, so I hope it’s some issue with the jurors. Maybe the female juror that was wiping her tears off ,was against the M1 verdict. Who knows ???? And what the fuck was JM doing in the deliberation room before they announced the verdict??? What a screwed up county and state !!!!
I would like to hear from juror 11 that excused himself for ‘health’ reason…nmmmm.

      • I hadn’t heard that one of the jurors had tears! THAT is SOME iota of consolation, at least. I remember hearing from reporters at time, just before announcement of the verdict that all the jurors were SMILING…. THAT made me feel like vomiting, when I remembered it, AFTER we learned the verdict…

I am not normally optimistic, but there is a niggling little part of me that is hoping, hoping, hoping so hard that all the secrecy is covering up something going on that might be good and positive and that the verdict could be overturned. I know it sounds like a fairy tale, because it just seems too good to be true, but…. I think it IS OBVIOUS that the jurors did NOT follow instructions properly and that something SHOULD be done, and whoever it might be who COULD be trying to rectify this miscarriage of justice surely would NOT feel comfortable going about the necessary steps to that end in the limelight if they want to escape crucifixion by the lynch mob of haters…. I mean, I cannot see how the secrecy would be so enforced if they were doing something that the public cheerers approved of….

    • Just speculation but I thought Jodi looked awful on Thursday & really out of it after the lunch break. I think she was over medicated. If that’s the case, I hope they make adjustments over this weekend so she can be an active participant in her defense.

  20. Inconvenient Truths there are back up and running again and words said were where you on 6/4/2008 Chris Hughes

  21. Kira and others about the intruder story. I didn’t believe it either but in the last day or so I’m starting to wonder. I’m not saying I’m convinced yet, but I’m starting to wonder. I know I’d talked about depersonalization, dissociation and denial and everything else but I’m starting to wonder. Here’s why:

Jodi came up with that story once Flores showed her proof that, at the very least, she was in the house and bathroom on the day of the killing. The story she came up with actually matches the physical evidence at the site. So either her story was carefully crafted around the actual events or was the truth.

    Here’s what’s got me wondering:

    1. The story she told matches the physical evidence. She stuck to the story for almost two years, while her attorneys were no doubt trying to talk her out of it.

    2. In the PDS test she talks about strangers?

    3. It took Nurmi getting Dr Samuels to go with him to talk her out of it.

    4. The story she came up with now includes the fog, which would have disallowed her from remembering the details, and hence she could not have come up with a story that matched the physical evidence, however the story she told Flores actually matches the physical evidence.

    5. In her interview she says that the attorneys made decisions about the case that do not meet her approval, but Nurmi was the boss.

So this begs the question – was that intruder story actually true? And was the change to the self defense story foisted on her by the attorneys? And why did Nurmi need Samuels to convince her to change her story? What was it that Samuels brought to the table that caused that change in mind? Was Samuels able to provide an alternative and also offer a reason that would allow for the self defense story to sound plausible?

We have 3 stories – the one that the prosecution tells, the intruder story and the self-defense story. The prosecutions story doesn’t make sense, at least not to me, and, in his closing, Nurmi has already laid out all the reasons why. That leaves the self defense and the intruders. Obviously the self defense story has some validity based on TAs abusive nature. But I’m starting to wonder about that intruder story. Not saying I’m convinced, but starting to wonder. Again, I may be grasping at straws and trying to second guess a bunch of stuff, but still wondering.

    • About Damn time Al at least you are seeing the picture now she took a polygraph test and must have passed it when she told the intruder story she tried to that that evidence in and was not allowed to do it. I for one believe the intruder story you can see the fear in the interview with Flores when she describes it how she tried to help him get away from them. Remember her telling him they said we are not here for her this is why she will not appoligize to the Travis family because she did not kill him when will the rest of the would see this she is fighting the Hughes millions and his large group of followers she new she could not fight that when ashley was killed it was over 4 months later she changed the story to self defense yes there was abuse from travis but not then on 6/4/2008 her defense team told her this is what we are going to do and she told use have to do what they tell me to do

      • Tonya,

What’s the story with the polygraph test?

Do you know when she took it?

I had heard something about it, but not the exact circumstances.

        • Al
The only record about the polygraph as far as I am aware, is that there was a motion to allow the polygraph results at the sentencing phase. The court suggested it s purpose was the same as in Harrod – to express innocence, and therefore deemed irrelevant for the penalty phase.

        • Al, if the intruder story turns out to be true, that would PISS ME OFF for the following reason:

Her changing her story to self-defense is what hurt her! Because the prosecution used that as an excuse to say she is a liar.

Had she only changed it once (from not being there to the intruder, one could argue that she was terrified, so she lied.)

          UGGHHHHHH

            • How far would you go to keep your family safe? But I am perplex with the fact that if her second story is true why did KN and Dr. S talk her out of it? Never mind I know it sounds far off.

                • well if the intruder story is true, I suppose it would better explain the camera and her contacting police the way she did. And it would also make sense that after the intruders left she wouldn’t want Travis found that way so she dragged him back into the bathroom to clean him up. I guess I wouldn’t discount anything really, I like to not judge cause I was not there and as far as I am concerned unless you are there and witness the events for your self there you cannot know for certain.

Some cases are obvious and riddled with proof, but regardless of the lies and the theories, it sounds to me like Travis in the end got his just deserts, you dont treat people like this. I have stopped talking to my entire family because of how abusive they are verbally, it has taken me 42 years to gain self respect and know that you cant treat people this way, its wrong. So whether he pushed her to the breaking point and it was passion kill or even if she went there planning to harm him in some way, which she chose a really strange way to do so if that is the case or there were intruders that got even for him who knows messing with a kid or something, as far as I am concerned this is what happens when people go to far in not treating others in how they want to be treated!

i truly believe this is why we see a rash of spree killings people have had enough of bullying and abuse. Travis was a manipulator with all his gf, I liar, a cheat, abusive, mean, a user, the pattern is undeniable how he took advantage of people not to mention the statistics are significant for men from abusive families to grow up and be an abuser, my brother is one, he even told me one time that because dad hit mom it made it ok for him to hit women. And ya know if someone killed him, sure Id be sad but I would get it!!!

And one more thing the pattern of killing, the over kill is highly suggestive of a passion kill. I tried to research this in google scholar after the verdict trying to find research on these types of killings, I was unable to find anything I will look again or ask my professors come fall. I know there has to be something that suggest people only over kill when it is a crime of passion. Robberys gone wrong, killing a rape victim, heist, even gangs dont leave this kind of bloody mess, I know some people think that the neck slashing and JM constant display of it pushed the jurors into the decision, but this kind of killing only leads me to believe two things, one it could have been an intruder or two it was a heat of the moment kill just like that of susan wright http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susan_Wright_(murderer) which is what i truly believe is the case, and the photos that TA was turned away from Jodi while the pics were being taken support this and so do the matter of min it took and the fog.

                  ok im done sorry LOL

              • Cindy,

The thinking was about the second part of your post. The answer to how far I would go for my family is self evident. Though after the slave labor of this weekend ……

                Just kidding.

              • ok I got what you are saying. There is defiantly pieces of the puzzle I missed out on. But even so I did not find her guilty. But now I know what you are saying when you ask what would I do to protect my family and of course I would keep my mouth shut and protect them. And after researching the odd occurances that occupy mentioned and the blood atonement and reconsidering the evidence I am more persuaded to consider other people involved. I never really understood how this was premeditated, because ok even if lets say she was in a rage over him, for two weeks three weeks, she doesnt reason with her self, and consider every angle. I know sometimes emotions can override intellect and reason, but not over that length of time.

You would talk your self out of it, now if Juan would have told me she decided to kill him within the last hour they spent together I could buy this, because she wouldn’t have had time to reason with herself. And everything I see of her she is very competent and would reason with herself. And I also do not understand how she could attack a man with a knife and she would not have more injuries and him more defense wounds. This doesn’t make any sense and that is why the gun shot coming first was the only thing that could make sense to give her the advantage to have him confused while she starting stabbing him. The way Juan says she stabbed him in the shower is just absurd and I cannot believe the jury bought it.

And I am sorry but if you are in a rage stabbing that many times, then why only shoot once? Why not empty the gun? I do not get it. Yeah nothing here makes much sense which tells me there must be more to the story. What is up with Jodi and her attorneys? In the post interview she claimed they had disagreements, so I guess it might be because she didn’t want to say the self defense, but what else would she argue if she would not talk out against others?

Does anyone know what caliber Ashley was shot with?

This is why no information should not be disclosed to the jury, if Juan thinks the letters were forged they can present that to the jury for them to consider, but they should be able to decide for themselves, how dare judges and prosecutors declare what should be and what should not be considered. Everything should be considered when making an informed decision, nothing should be withheld ever!!!

Sorry I know you all probably already discussed this stuff, but class for me just ended for my masters in CJ of all things lol and as a single mom, working 2 jobs and no extended family support I do it all on my own so I havent had time to post, that is why I lurked so long lol.

        • It is in the court doc someone SJ know about it and said it could not come in to court hearsay if there is a doc and she took and she passed and told the intruders killed him then that is what happened flores say why would they let you go wellllllllll geeeee they could say Jodi did it and the man and woman go free get it now sorry to be so rude there put I have been telling you for 4 mo I was the one that found the Flores report was fishy and asked the team here for help when I read it for 2 days my brain became scrambled like jodi’s the cards have never lied to me yes I predicted that she would have victory with the 6 of wands the cards did not lie they knew that a victory was evident but only for JM I should have noticed that the man on the horse in the card is skinny and Nurmi is fat so it was my mistake there read them but did not see and I always look at what is going on in the card and I did not do that I mean I saw it was a victory for JM at first but then change my mine only because I wanted so much for Jodi to win

        • Damn Al she passed the liedetor test for the intruder story. That was the nail for me. I have always wounder how in hell Jodi got him in the shower after the neck wound.

I’m very afraid for Jodi right now.
          :
As I asked yesterday when did the Hughes leave for Cancun? Also no one could have been in that house with his rotting body.

I do not think his siblings knew anything about it. They are just victims of the lie.
Way too much screening going on still from his friends. Also they sure came up with Jodi’s name way to fast. She was living 1000 miles away at the time. For all the Hughes knew Jodi was on her way to Ryan’s house. You know the friend of Sky’s brothers.
Just let your mind entertain this for a while and see if any of it makes sense to you?

            • IDamn Al she passed the liedetor test for the intruder story. That was the nail for me. I have always wounder how in hell Jodi got him in the shower after the neck wound.

I’m very afraid for Jodi right now.

Just let your mind entertain this for a while and see if any of it makes sense to you?

      • no the polygraph is from the self defense story the motion to bring in the Polygraph result was issued on 07/12/2012, 2 years after she told the self defense story i dont see any reason for the defense to request a motion to allow the polygraph result to counter their defense claim

    • There is also a spot on that interrogation where she says “Sky came in….” and then she didn’t mention names again…

    • Al, I wonder the same thing.

In the interview after the verdict she said that there was no premediation on her behalf.

So was there somebody else who came there with the intention to kill Travis?

I also think if Jodi would have stabbed TA she might have had more injuries on her hands then a little cut that she could explain with a broken drinking glass.

I don’t think that one of the roommates would have killed TA while Jodi was there. It must have been somebody else.

    • YES AL!!!!!!!

That pretty much sums up what Kmiller and I have thought.

I am not going to say anything else regarding this unless it is on a protected page.

    • I’m always open to exploring different theories, and you make good points, Al :). My skepticism about the intruder story absolutely bears no reflection on Jodi – I think that she was and is still confused about the details of June 4th, 2008. I’ve just always been an “Occam’s razor” type person where the simplest explanation makes the most sense. My feeling is that Travis provoked Jodi and caused her to finally say “ENOUGH.”

I will say that if the intruder story is true, I have some ideas on who they were!

    • Well, Dustin Thompson had a motive, could he have just walked in? The door was always open. Maybe he threatened Jodi.

  22. Hi everybody! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still here and still supporting Jodi and our community. I tried posting several times over the past few days but the server was messed up and my long rants and rages etc.. were never posted. I still believe Jodi deserves my support and I am not gone just because this first round didn’t go our way, so to speak. I am worried for Jodi after watching the interview she gave right after the verdict was read. She seems defeated. She should know that it is NOT over! The jury had her convicted before the trial even began. They tried her on the Casey Anthony case, plain and simple. It was trial by media.I am still holding out hope that perhaps after the media dies down, and hln and is slobbering over the Zimmerman case that the trial itself will be investigated for jury misconduct. Of course the jurors knew the whole country would want their heads on sticks if they went against the hln lynch mob. There were a lot of aspects of the trial that were beyond shady, and I do believe it may be over turned at some point. As I know you guys already know! Anyhow, I missed you all over the weekend and I hope you had a good Mothers day! Lots of love and kisses, Jessie xoxox Meow!

  23. Good morning kind-hearted people,

this is my first time posting although I have been reading on this page since late January. I know some of you don’t like lurkers (and I understand that with all the pro-pros it’s hard to trust a newbie), but I am from Germany and when I read the posts in the morning (I work in the evening and at night), I am always late to the game.
Since the verdict came in, I wanted to let you all know that there is not only Maria in Greece supporting Jodi but also Judith in Germany. (Btw: Hi Maria, I always enjoy your passionate posts!).
At Wentsday I kind of had the feeling that the verdict would be coming in. I was working late and the first thing I did when the show was finished (I’m working at a musical), was checking my phone. I got really emotional when I read that the jury had decided and that they would be in the courtroom in half in hour. So I had to tell all my colleagues about the case. Nobody had heard of it and at first when just presenting the outline they all thought Jodi was guilty. But when I explained a little further they all could see the injustice. They were also really concerned about Jodi facing death penalty. Especially since we don’t have the death penalty in Germany and I personally don’t know anybody here who would support death penalty. We also don’t have the jury court system like in the US. While I understand where the system is coming from I think it is one of the mayor reasons for why this trial was the circus that it was and why Jodi got wrongly convicted. In Germany (easily speaking) a judge (a law professional) decides weather a person is guilty or not and what punishment that person may receive. Sometimes the judge has “helpers”, that depends on the case. While a judge is also human (see judge Sherry…), can be influenced etc., he/she is still a law professional. Laweyers can not use as many tricks on them as on a “normal” person, they should see trough any shenanigans nod should not be as biased. They know how court works and how lawyers work.
Secondly, the way the jury is chosen makes them biased from the beginning. The do not represent the American population but only those that agree with the prosecution (see death penalty). How unfair is that???
Anyway, I don’t want to come of as if I am saying everything is better in my country. Judges still do unfair rulings over here and jurys in the US still do a great job. But in those case the system (and part of it is the jury) failed. Plus, there is no death penalty in Germany, there is no life without parole (only if you seriously messed up on the head – then you get your jail time and afterwards you would be in lock down in a mental facility), life sentence means 15 years behinds bars. I wish Jodi would be set free (since I know this was not a premeditated murder because I actually watched the whole trial) but if she must get found guilty I wish there was light sentencing like over here for her!

On verdict day I made it home exactly on time. I started crying immediately after it was read. I couldn’t believe it. I would had never thought that Jodi could be convicted of premidated murder! My boyfriend, who only knew bits and pieces of the trial that I told him about or that I showed him and is part American, was also shocked. Still processing what happened!

Well, I actually just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everybody that grew on me without knowing, so sorry for the little rant. I am happy for this page and for all the people contributing to it. And I am happy for my spellcheck since firstly I am on my phone and secondly I don’t know how to spell words like contributing…;)

Lots of love from Hamburg, Germany,

    Judith

            • Danke vebe! I’ve always loved the sound of it too. I often watch German movies as well. Das Boot is one German movie I LOVE! Best World War II movie as far as I’m concerned.:-)

              • Tony
That is so funny my roommate in college in the US back in the 80ties would also refer
to das Boot-> brings back good memories Thank you Tony you deserve a big chocolate hug

              • Gasp, Tony!!!!
I have always LOVED “Das Boot”!
The German sub commander (Jurgen Prochnow?) reminded me very much of one of my older brothers in his looks and mien.
(The character played by Bruce Willis in “Armageddon” reminded me very much of one of my other older brothers.)

    • Welcome, Judy. You are correct, lurkers make us nervous. We have had multiple onslaughts from haters posing as supporters.

As for me, I try to welcome all new comers, as long as the hairs on the back of my neck don’t stand up and my gut screams, “POSERS”

I see nothing in your post to make me believe you are anything but a supporter. Plus, you didn’t ask for the VENT password, nor did you ask silly questions that someone who didn’t watch the trial might ask.

so, for now, I say, “WELCOME JUDY” better late than never….although I admit I wish some of the lurkers had used their voices all along.

      ♥ welcome

      • well I asked for the password but I am not a poser I asked because I do not know how to get in the vent room and I take offense to that statement about lurkers, some of us like to listen and remain quiet. I didnt post until just recently and had every right to do so. I do not often engage on social sites nor do I feel that I have to, or have to prove myself.

anyway there could be spies amongst us right now, a real spy would never be so obvious if they had any smarts about them. But if they want to waste their time reading stuff they do not agree with have at it, I personally don’t listen to any of the haters if at all possible (although I have spoke my mind against them several times on youtube) because they are not worth my time.

i do not mean to be rude Renee, so please do not take it that way, I am just explaining my side. I just don’t like people judging (me) is all. I should be free to post or not to post and asking for a pw doesn’t make me the enemy.

    • Welcome to the Team Jodi family Judith!

Your post feels very authentic and your sentiments feel genuine. Thank you for choosing to stand up with us. 🙂

    • Welcome Judith!!!
It’s so emotional seeing that Jodi has touched the hearts of people from around the globe. We can certainly use as many supportive voices as possible, especially at this difficult point when Jodi needs all our love,to find the strength and courage to carry on and not give up on herself and life.I agree with Renee, newcomers do make us feel uncomfortable because this site (as well as the FB support pages)has been a target for all vicious comments even on TV and you know…haters never make it easy!!Most of us are so sick and tired of them that no words can describe how we feel about them!
Yet,you do sound like a nice person.Keep up the good work defending Jodi!!

    • Judith, I loved your post. It was very interesting and enlightening, too, to hear about the legal system in Germany. Really quite an eye-opener, for me. Cannot recall where I read it, or if the numbers are exactly right, but I recently saw a reference that stated that even though the USA has something like 5% of the worlds population, it has something like 25% of the world’s incarcerated people. I cannot see this trend changing as long as more and more prison systems in this country have become privatized and for-profit institutions. It would seem to me that putting innocent people on death row and training them to go through endless appeals like a circus animal plays a role in feeding the profiteers of our system. I live in the state of Wisconsin, where we do not have the death penalty, but I hear far too many (for my taste) local people make remarks that demonstrate a willingness to embrace this barbaric form of vengeance. Anyway, I have some German (Bavarian from 1800s) blood running in my veins along with some Austrian, Czech, and Dutch heritage (Hi, Vebe!!! I know you are in Switz., but think I read you are Dutch?) and though my ancestors have been living in America for a bunch of generations, already, it always does my heart and mind and soul good to hear that the peeps still living in the lands of my ancestors have positive traits as demonstrated by you. Maria, alas, I am not blessed with any Greek blood, but my ACTUAL name is “Penelope,” (shhhh….eyes dart from side to side), so I feel a certain communion with you as well, just because my first name is Greek. 🙂
Ah, hell, I love everyone on this site. Welcome, Judith, to a wonderful family, here.

      • Hi Sable
I was born in the Netherlands, went to college in Chicago and then moved to Switzerland where I live now for over 20 years. Just to clarify 🙂 😉 before you think I am sending out double messages

  24. With the Two of Cups reversed, you may be struggling to form new partnerships and relationships due to a lack of trust or unfinished business from the past. You may also be reluctant to open yourself and expose your true feelings, resulting in disconnectedness from those around you or awkwardness. Your behaviour has become guarded and constrained.

The Two of Cups reversed may indicate a break-up or a lack of harmony within a relationship or partnership. You may not be seeing eye-to-eye and there is tension in your relations with each other. Each partner is finding it quite hard to be truly honest with each other and therefore the flow of communication is broken. There is a lack of mutual respect and understanding. Upright, the Two of Cups is a beautiful card to have because it shows balance and emotional connection. But reversed, it suggests that you are not on an even playing field and this is a fundamental issue. It is as if your partner thinks he or she is better than you or that his or her opinion matters more than yours.

    • Tonya gee that reading could have been for me…could you please translate it for me? You wrote everything fine I just need the shot of it…thanks.

    • jodi is struggling to form new partner ship perhaps the new litigation in Al here if that is the word due to the trust with her attorney she is reluctant to open up about the past her behavior have been constrained there may have been a break with the lawyers she does not see eye to eye with them and there is tension between them the communication is broken It is as if your lawyer thinks he or she is better than you or that his or her opinion matters more than yours. she tells us this in her interview someone posted a good copy of all of it not just pits and pieces of interview go lesson look and see.

  25. Oh, and by the way: a few years ago I got doagnosed with a mild form of BPD due to a traumatic childhood. (Not as bad as Travis’ but not good either.) that doesn’t mean I am insane or go around an stalk people or even kill people. I live a normal live (well…;)), have a job, have a boyfriend, have a small doggie and are currently trying for a baby. I don’t do drugs and I don’t do crimes. I am just pointing this out to say that EVEN IF Jodi had a BPD, so what!? What does it prove? Every BPD is different!
My therapist told me that if I don’t like the term BPD I might as well call it PTSD, since that is what it ultimately is: a disorder that comes from traumatic events.

I personally think Travis had BPD. His siblings probably do too. You can not survive a childhood like theirs and not be traumatised.

    • from what I have studied about bpd is that they are not violent to others, they are self destructive and are known for cutting and can flip on the switch of a dime see http://documentaryhive.com/back-from-the-edge-borderline-personality-disorder/

they say that movies like fatal attraction are misleading because they are not violent. they are difficult, with quick mood swings and needy which no one who knew Jodi suggested these things of her.

besides I am certain we all have something wrong with us in some way shape of form. And diagnosing people with these labels is tricky, because a lot of these symptoms cross over, PSTD was first thought to be bpd and it is also confused with bipolar. I think that there is still a lot of room for era in making the right diagnoses besides bpd is only 1% of the pop that is very small.

  26. See…..I knew something was very off with that Kavonna Arias chick!!!! The chyt she was saying just was correct!!!!

  27. i want to start doing research on the appeals possibilities in Jodi’s case can someone guide me on how start? im not looking for general information im talking about case law related to jodi’s case specific like 1) prosecutorial misconduct issues 2) resonble doubt 3) circumstantial evidence 4) admissible and none admissible evidence (like the stolen gun i know the defense filed a motion not to allow this evidence in a pre trial motion jury or like the shleve waight evidence) 5) jury sequestering etc.

    • eli, since this was a DP eligible case there was an Certified Appellate Law Specialist present in the court.

Anything that is appellable will be in Jodi’s appeal. And thanks to HLN slanderous coverage of the case I think the appeal will make it to 9th circuit court of appeals pretty fast.

    • One free source is http://scholar.google.com/ Check “court documents” and then, select courts in AZ.

You’ll find cases that argued for jury sequestration based on inflammatory publicity, but you’re going to see over and over that appellate courts affirmed the decision of the trial court not to sequester. Even with Juror No. 5, it seems that because she was removed from the jury, it will be very difficult to claim her misconduct resulted in error. In order to prove that issue, there would have to be some proof that a juror’s verdict was influenced by something in the media or Juror No. 5’s comments.

You will, however, find several cases that may support prosecutorial misconduct such as abusive, argumentative and harassing conduct in questioning witnesses and unwarranted abuse of opposing counsel or his client, prejudicial lines of questioning, etc.

You’ll have a tougher time with reasonable doubt but there is some support perhaps, although not much.

Circumstantial evidence is considered the same as evidence, so you won’t find any support there.

There is some support regarding the evidence which you might find interesting.

      Enjoy! It’s a hard slog.

        • Yes, you do need keywords.

Also, if you have an iPhone, iPod or iPad, there’s an app called “Fast Case” that may bring you slightly better results.

  28. Ty for your responses. I ask questions now because as I stated above I did not know many things until I read them here. Many things HLN did not disclose! I read your remarks and know you guys have had trolls come here to simply be mean and call y’all crazy. I am not one of those people.
I have respect for all of you here showing your courage and support. I seriously LOVE reading everyones theory and OMG the stories you people share about your own abuse I just wanna hug yaw. I know nothing about abuse or than books I have read. I am NOT computer savvy. I write this fom my phone . I cant even open links. I mean NO harm, ill words nor crashed computers. I’m not looking to argue nor push ideas on y’all. I simply like being here to read yalls theory and to learn new info regarding evidence
that I never knew existed. I’m from Texas and I believe in the DP however I really don’t think that she should get that. I think that should be for serial killers and pedophile and I’m pretty sure she is neither. Well thanks for letting me post. Its play time with my Levi time! Stay classy san diego! Oh what was it y’all
we’re saying about ALV? Something about ruining her career? I can’t do research from this POS. phone! OK now stay classy. 😉

    • Prissy, I believe in the DP too for some things. But even if some video turned up now showing Jodi killing Travis in cold blood I’d still be against giving her the DP!!!

      • That’s my partner in crime!!!!! ((((((((((((((((((((((TONY))))))))))))))))))))))

        I heart you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • Janeen! You are most definitely “The Godmother” of this vent page!!!!(kisses your hand)

  29. News just reports that no change in Jodi’s condition. She is still on suicide watch. Her lawyers were not there on the weekend according to the news.

    • Do keep us updated, provided that the news source is trustworthy, because I have no other means of getting informed about my Jodi (well our Jodi 🙂 )except FB and this page. And I certainly no longer trust what’s been written on FB any more…

  30. Someone posted this before but I think it warrants a second post. This is a May 8th article about a scary looking man in Maricopa County who beheaded his victim in order to send a message to the public not to mess with the drug cartel. He was allowed to plead no contest to 2nd degree murder and received 14 years. Where was the lynch mob screaming for this guy’s death?

    http://www.azcentral.com/community/chandler/free/20130508chandler-arizona-beheading-man-gets-14-years.html

    • WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF!

Watch, I bet even the Colorado movie theater shooter gets less than Jodi.

      • I think they already took the death penalty off the table for him…..

        WTF……………OUTRAGEOUS

        • Yeah but didn’t ya hear HE”S CRAZY!! Yeah right that sick fucker knows the difference between right and wrong. Its a shame. Ya know would all these TA lovers be standing up for jodi if her body was found in her shower? SAD

        • Yah.. more than outrageous!! A scarlet woman gets the DP for being abused !!! NICE..sends a pretty good message to abusers that they have free reign !!!! UGH

          • FUJuan, the article that was linked states he received 14 years and never mentioned the DP. Do you have another link?

            http://www.azcentral.com/community/chandler/free/20130508chandler-arizona-beheading-man-gets-14-years.html

” Republic staff, wire reports Thu May 9, 2013 1:24 PM

A Chandler man convicted of murder in the 2010 beheading of a man in a Chandler apartment was sentenced to 14 years in prison.

Crisantos Moroyoqui-Yocupicio, 39, pleaded no contest to second-degree murder in March and was sentenced Wednesday by Judge Joseph Kreamer of Maricopa County Superior Court.

Moroyoqui-Yupicio, an undocumented immigrant, was accused of beheading 38-year-old Martin Alejandro Cota-Monroy, who authorities say had stolen drugs from a Mexican drug cartel.

            • The problem you have is a minority on minority killing. Those rarely result in DP’s , but let a member of a minority kill a white person and see what happens. That unfortunately is the capricious and arbitrary neture of the DP as applied.

              • But I was reponding to FUJuan who thought the perp was going to get the DP. I asked him for a link. Do you have a link that shows DP for the beheader?

                • Ed, I think FUJuan was responding to Renee’s message about the Colorado theatre shooting…

              • “The problem you have is a minority on minority killing. Those rarely result in DP’s , but let a member of a minority kill a white person and see what happens. ”

                Like O.J.?

                • From the site http://www.capitalpunishmentincontext.org/issues/race

                  Race of the Victim

Nationally, nearly 80% of murder victims in cases resulting in an execution have been white, even though nationally only 50% of murder victims generally are white. A 1990 examination of death penalty sentencing conducted by the United States General Accounting Office noted that, “In 82% of the studies [reviewed], race of the victim was found to influence the likelihood of being charged with capital murder or receiving the death penalty, i.e., those who murdered whites were found more likely to be sentenced to death than those who murdered blacks.” Individual state studies have found similar disparities. In fact, race of victim disparities have been found in most death penalty states.

                  Race of the Defendant

Nationally, the racial composition of those on death row is 45% white, 42% black, and 10% Latino/ Latina. Of states with more than 10 people on death row, Texas (70%) and Pennsylvania (69%) have the largest percentage of minorities on death row. Year 2000 census data revealed that the racial composition of the United States was 75.1% white, 12.3% black and 12.5% Latino/Latina. While these statistics might suggest that minorities are overrepresented on death row, the same statistical studies that have found evidence of race of victim effects in capital sentencing have not conclusively found evidence of similar race of defendant effects. In fact, while some studies show that the race of the defendant is correlated with death sentences, no researcher has made definitive findings that the death sentence is being imposed on defendants on account of their race, per se, independently of other variables (such as type of crime) which are correlated with defendants’ race.

          • James Holmes? I don’t think he’s had his trial yet, but I think I read that the prosecutor decided to pursue the DP.

            • How in hell did Holmes get to acquire all the weapons via the internet without raising any concern from the FBI, Justice Department, or Homeland Security????

There needs to be a congressional investigation!

      • o…m…g… did he really get 14 effing years?
This kind of news is smothering..What happened to Jodi’s case is beyond comprehension. It feels like justice has been made a prostitute of who anybody can take advantage. And it’s the first time I’ll agree with the mormons:the american justice system has turned into a vast Whoredom system.

      • There is talk that the Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar “Jahar” Tsarnaev will receive a life sentence

The Federal prosecutor’s have been reluctant to charge Islamic radical’s with the DP.

On top of that .. Jahar is receiving marriage proposals from American teenager’s – puzzling!

“Smitten teen girls stir up #FreeJahar mania for Boston Marathon bombings suspect”

        http://www.nypost.com/p/news/national/girls_lovesick_twisted_OLK6eLVJM5U6618gAVXT0O

    • The uneven application of the death penalty is something the ACLU is working on. If you visit their site they have an interactive (sort of) map. If you click on your state there is further information about how we as citizens can at least try to do something about the death penalty. We can at least try and have our voices heard.

      • Thanks for the reference, sz.
How is Georgie doing? Still got a spaghetti sauce stain? lol. So glad you guys found each other again.

        • Hi Sable 🙂

George is doing great … thanks so much for asking. His sauce stain is fading but still there as a little reminder. He is even more snuggily than he was before. He is definitely a lap kitty who just loves to lie on my lap, getting petted and purring with such contentment.

    • I know someone who did time in Arizona. They said that Jodi’s conviction is bullshit because there are people who’ve done worse crimes and are serving time for just manslaughter.

It’s all a bunch of bullshit, all of this is. The trial was a joke, there was no control in the courtroom, an overzealous prosecutor, and a tainted jury.

      • I despise that little prick Juan Martinez. Most of all because if no one stops him he gets to pull this same kind of shit on someone else with his zealous overcharging and lying troop of state’s witnesses. It is an abuse of his position and I call that incompetence.

Oh! THAT reminds me, I saw an awesome quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln, today, posted on Twitter:
“Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power.”

Isn’t that an awesome quote? Obviously, JM character leaves muh to be desired as did TA’s. Grrr.

The only change I would make is to take the outdated gender bias out of it and make it: “Nearly anyone can stand adversity, but if you want to test a person’s character, give them power.”

  31. Goodmorning everyone, I posted earlier but idk what happened to it. Oh well!

I was basically pointing out how stupid the “jodiariasguilty” website is! Whomever is running it is an idiot all they’re doing is talking caca about this website, jodis family by posting edited pictures of them. They want an apology from us or Jodis family for TA! WHATEVER!!!!!

    • You know my answer to what THEY want…..

      (see my Gravatar)

Good morning LC darlin’ ((((((((((((((((( hugs friend )))))))))))))))))))))

    • Its like i Keep saying ! I don’t give a fuck what they want. Have they ever shut the fuck up to see what we have to say. They can suck it. Oh I ‘m sorry we are talking a TA lovers they can stick it up their ass!!!

    • WHAT THE F EVER!

What should we have to apologize for? The idea that all people deserve due process? They should just move the heck on. They got what they wanted. Why should they care about us…….oh yeah….they haven’t yet decided where to redirect their hate.

      • Ha! That must be IT, Jaz. It is just bizarre to me. What planet do these peeps live on?

    • And did you see the petition they are promoting, “Travis Alexander’s Law”, that you can’t bring accusations against the victim if they can’t be proven. WTF? Are you kidding me?? How is self-defense supposed to be defended? These people are idiots beyond belief! And they already have more that 13K signatures of the 15K they apparently need (to do what I have no idea.)

        • I have not heard of this before. If allowed to happend then the defense would not be able to allow all of the evidense come to light!

        • Saint TA sister Tanisha Sorenson is behind this petition. And she was the one who started the petition to stop ALV from being able to speak publicly at DV conferences

Tanisha Sorenson hopes to ba able to sue Jodi’s attorney’s and expert witnesses.

Really sends a chill up my spine to think a relatives of pedophiles could sue anyone that testifies.

I have always believed anything said in a court of law in America under oath was free speech unless you have been proven to of committed perjury. And even then your not subject to lawsuits for hurting someone’s feelings.

Just more of Saint TA Clan scraping the barrel looking for 5 minutes of fame & money.

      • I would have thought a Travis Alexander law would state that you can’t:

        1. Lie
        2. Cheat
        3. Abuse women
        4. Jack off to pictures of little boys
        5. Cruise the streets on Christmas Eve looking for little boys to keep you warm.
        6. Tie girls to trees and stick up their rears
        7. Rape girls when they were miserable

      • you gotta be kidding that is the law for their precious brother? that is the most crazy thing i have heard omg make it meaningful, that better not pass OMG how fair will that be for the defendant. But ya know we learned in my CJ Policy class that most conservatives want us to build our way out of crime and passing a law like that will def require more private prisons to be needed.

I sware I want to move to an island or another planet lol

      • That lame proposal will never be implemented. It’s unconstitutional. Defendants are allowed to present evidence, including their own testimony. You can’t deny anyone that right.

I can’t believe people actually support that garbage proposal. I guess it’s just emotional responses to not liking what they heard about saint travis.

SMH- it will never amount to anything.

I wanted to remind folks to keep saying prayers for Jodi on the hour, every hour you can. Just a quick prayer for her to find the strength she needs and the peace to endure. Thanks again for those who are joining me in this.

    • It’s not going to happen.

The opinions people post here aren’t lies. At least three of the Alexander siblings have been caught rolling their eyes, smirking, glaring, and looking over at the jury to see if they were watching. Not only that, but glaring at people on the witness stand trying to intimidate them. From what I understand, Tashina was kicked from participating in chambers because she was behind the hate campaign against defense witnesses to ruin their careers.

None of these things are lies. They are all documented instances of contempt of court on their behalf. They have lied to the media about Jodi, those lies are documented as well especially on social media.

Nobody here has lied about the Alexander family. We’ve simply told the truth about them, just like we’ve told the truth about Travis and there’s some people who either can’t handle it, or they are abusers trying to protect other abusers.

Whoever runs that site is a sadistic bully. He’s not telling the truth, he’s posting nothing but ugly things and trying to make people to do his wishes. He says he’s being a good guy, but what good guy puts disgusting gifs of kids on a web page and pretends it’s for a good cause?

I encourage everyone to report his page here:

      http://www.missingkids.com/cybertipline/

    • Wow!!! Really? THAT is kinda amusing in a way. I mean, why would WE even CARE whether they want a stupid “apology.” Geez-louise- THAT is just WEIRD. WTF? Is is all about “them,” now? It must really piss them off that we exist. THAT makes me feel absolutely GLEEFUL! 😀 What a bunch of morons they are.

  32. Well OJ is back in the news looking for a new trial “ineffective council re kidnapping and robber charges that netted him 33 years” Maybe this will take the heat of Jodi’s tial a bit.

  33. OMG…..just found this AWESOME site!! I really understand what poor Jodi went through!! I was abused by a real a**hole. Wish I had the steel nerve that Jodi has to teach that loser a lesson on how to treat a woman.
It is long overdue and about time we sttod up an put an end to this bullsh** and turn the tables on those losers!!!
Sorry for the rant…guess I had to get it off of my chest! Hope this site stays strong and Jodi stays strong and gets this joke of a verdict overturned!!

  34. Hi everyone!! (((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))) I hope you all had a great weekend. Is anyone computer savvy? Let find this bitches’ IP address and give it to the cops we’ll see then if justice is out there.

  35. Hello. I am a lurker. I have watched and listened to the trial but I am at work so I have to be discreet. I apologize that my lurking disturbs you.

I am a victim of sexual abuse as a child (2 perpetrators). I have grown to realize that once that self esteem and courage is removed, a person tends to allow those seeking a victim into their lives pretty easily. I am stronger now.

I also have an absolute distrust of the legal processes and those who are supposed to represent the Constitutional Laws of this country. It has become more of a game to see who “wins” than a game based on innocent until PROVEN guilty. Prosecutors don’t seek the truth, they seek victory. Defense attorneys seek heavy billing it seems. No one thinks truly about the victim or the perpetrator.

    • Lee,

Who said your lurking disturbs anyone???

We think it’s quite odd that people come here, lurk and never post – or WAIT to post for the verdict to have been given.

I’m sorry to hear about your abuse.

If you want to be a member of Team Jodi – by all means post until your heart’s content. No attitude is necessary. You don’t need to come off adversarial.

      • “You don’t need to come off adversarial”

Seriously? My apology came off as adversarial? I just read in one of the postings that someone here was cautious about “lurkers”. I posted as to clarify I was not a part of some group wanting to hurt someone else. That was all. I would expect there are quite a few like me who have been attacked on all sides (perpetrator, prosecutor, defense, etc.) I have been pleased to see people takling a stand but didn’t feel the need to interrupt. I simply wanted anyone who sees my I.P. to know that I am not here for any other reason than to cheer others on. It is easier for me to lurk and it looks like you guys have it handled pretty well. From a victim standpoint I can tell you it takes a lot for someone who has been put through the wringer and back to even speak up. I came up in a time when victims were the trouble makers for making a stand.

        • Welcome Lee, I’m sorry if a lot of us are on edge. The verdict and sentencing coming up is a very stressful time right now. And you’re right – a lot of us have been burned so we tend to not be very trusting of newcomers until we can see for sure why they are here.

      • Sorry for sounding non-computerish, but what password is needed and what is it for? Just joined this amazing group!!
Thank you all sooooooo much for being here and allowing me to be a part of it.

    • Hey Cindy! If you are the original Cindy, I trust you…. but sometimes you are in all small letters and now all caps? Can you say if this is in fact you?

      • Sorry Guy’s. I am one in the same from Mich. I had to put everything. back in name email. . I had changed to lower case a while ago. But when I tryed to post I couldn’t. so I changed back to uppercase and it worked. Renne good thing you on on top of this. I’m getting very paranoid. myself.

    • Eli, that’s a very interesting article. Now if only the powers-that-be in the judicial system would actually DO something about it.

  36. May 13

    Jose Baez ‏@BaezLaw 32m

I’ll be on Piers Morgan tonight on CNN 9pm.
    Details

      • Maybe Jose will realize that Jodi got the shaft by our so called justice system, and he will help her apeal this joke of a sentence and help gain Jodi’s freedom!!

      • seek2understand,

On the West Coast (Pacific time), it’s on @ 6pm & repeated @ 9pm & 12mn. I would just check for whatever time Piers Morgan is on in your time zone.

  37. I’ve been thinking about the premed charge for Jodi. I think it is important to determine if the jurors gave Jodi premed based on all the crap about the days before covert actions that JM brought up – which are garbage, or if they gave her premed based on believing she made a decision in the moment of the fight to do the precise actions of the throat slit, etc. If it was based on the latter, than I think the defense should have been temporary insanity. Is it possible to use something like that now on appeal? How often are defenses like that successful?

    • I dont believe so because the prosacuter did not proof that at all, he has much lass evidence on that than the covert mission story, if the Jury took it as something what happened in that moment in time (like Nurmi is saying) than it much more likely it to be self defense or crime of passion witch is against premeditation

      • Yes, but JM did push this point – that premed supposedly can take place in an instant. I do not agree, but if the jury was looking for an excuse to give Jodi the max penalty, they may have used this instead of ‘heat of passion’. I agree, if the jury was being reasonable, the verdict would have been a lesser charge, but we already know that they were not.

        • I see where you are coming from and have wondered about this, too.
I suspect if each juror was questioned, that not a one of them would have a concrete, rational explanation for how they followed the juror instructions to come up with their decision-because not a one of them actually followed the instructions. I wonder who the jury foreman was and if they even actually sat down and READ the instructions and went through them in an orderly fashion. Wouldn’t surprise me if they just had a vote, and all pretty much agreed on the HLN-inspired guilty and then went back and forth a little bit between felony vs premeditated and never even really thought about the actual MEANING of “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

          • Yep !!! this is what i think they don’t understand the definition of reasonable doubt or maybe they or so confused with the fact thank to UGLY JM

  38. LOVE the t-shirts!!!! Just ordered them in each color!! Not only will it help spread the word about abuse , but help out Jodi at the same time!!! Great idea!

  39. anyone notice C. Hughes when the verdict was read??? He was red, sweating and looked like he was going to shit himself. When it was announced he looked so RELIEVED

    • I personally didnt.Chris Hughes was the last person my mind and eues were fixed on at that moment.Jodi was all that mattered.Afterwards,I did wonder why the cameras never showed nurmi.Or Kermit.

      • I noticed C. Hughes after the 10th or so time they showed the verdict being read. I don’t think C. Hughes was happy for the ta family but for himself….

    • Okay, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. But you just shot your credibility to hell and back.

Blonde bombshell would have seduced a male fucking juror pig into not convicting her? Are you fucking serious??

you DO know she has been incarcerated for 5 years, right??? Last I checked, the jails do not have stylists to come in and make people blonde bombshells. She is not allowed make up or contacts either.

I think you are on the wrong site.

Even if you support Jodi, your comments are sexist and repulsive. Go away.

      • Renne,

Please re-read she said ” CONNECTED ” with her, not ” CONVICTED”…..Meaning if she looked like she did in 2008 maybe one of the 8 men jurors would of connected with her ( sexist male pigs)…

        • I am sorry, I stick to what I am saying. I have NO fucking time for anyone who suggests she should have made herself look like a trashy whore to gain jury votes.

I will not even post on this page when people are being sexist, ignorant pigs.

No disrespect for you, FU, I trust you implicitly.

          • Renee, Thank you dear, I was just stating what was written.. Sometimes we over look words… Totally agree about looking trashy……. to gain a juror vote……….. Maybe this is how they get men, but quit honestly I think Jodi looks beautiful with brown hair and glasses….

Really wish these new posters knew WTF they were talking about before posting here.. JB already said on national tv, that JODI got the sentence she deserves… This was said sometime last week…. He’s not appallete attorney…………. NOT ALL attorney’s can practice in multiple states. THese two cases aren’t even close in similarity.

          • You know how your hair stand up Renne? I felt it in my gut this morning when he/she posted. SJ remove her this morning but bam there she was again. We need to becarefull on what we say now.

          • Renee I have great admiration and respect for you !!! You are a true Jodi supporter !!! She is lucky to have people like you on her side 🙂

            • Gals that same moron is posting on the Occupy HLN website verbatim. Definitely supports the pedo and the haters. We need to show “it” the door.
I definitely saw the comment about winning over the jurors over there.

      • Jail or no jail, Jodi is still a very pretty girl.

That being said and done, I don’t believe being a bombshell would have done anything. When wishy washy circumstantial evidence was enough for these idiots to come up with this lame excuse of a verdict, what would some make up have done?

      • I thought it was common knowledge that studies find that attractive women are more likely to be convicted of a crime?

    • hey, u have a point. the “proper” look could easily b viewed as a ploy.
i looked at it more as being in jail for 5 yrs.

    • First of all – please do not “attack” cindy jewell. She has been a long-standing member here and she is QUITE loved.

      Secondly…

Jodi does not NOR COULD SHE EVER look like a “librarian”!!! WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE SHOULD NOT MATTER – IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FACTS OF THE CASE.

You may “support Jodi” – but you don’t SUPPORT JODI. I think you are a FRAUD…

      And for the record:

If WE were treating you LIKE JODI has been treated by the media and haters and TA – we’d be referring to you as SLUT, 3 – HOLE WONDER, SKANK…

NOT ONE OF THE MEMBERS HERE HAVE CALLED YOU NAMES. NOT ONE OF US HAS BEEN ABUSIVE TOWARD YOU.

When exactly did you say “kind words” about all of us? I haven’t seen you here before today……..

You need to take a chill pill honey…You have upset my very dear friend Renee and that just won’t do.

      • I agree, Janeen. I am PISSED at the suggestion she should have changed her looks to gain jury votes.

she is innocent, and I am DONE with fucking instigators and bullshit antagonists, I dont go to TA sites and tell them if he hadnt dressed up as Eddie Snell, he wouldnt be dead.

I dont “join” pages at the last minutes, when all is said and done and insult long standing members.

        • Amen Renee……….. These are the couch potato folks, or unemployeed that have nothing better to do with their lives then hate on others…………. Personally getting a little peved with the new folks trying to jump aboard after the matter.

Just go through the past three days and count all the newbies………… true eye opener.

      • I didnt get to read Prissy’s post. But from reading yours I understand that we’re talking hoe Jodi’s look could alter the jury’s minds??WTF???Whe is all that necessary for true justice to be served? No,I wouldnt like the Jury to acquit or sympathize with her just because they may have found her attractive! Not that her telling the truth and there having been no freaking evidence of premeditation helped her case(as she herself stated) but my oh my….After months of dissecting the facts and evidence, trying to better understand and help her case I find it stupid to say the least to even care to anwer back to people who apparently have no real interest in helping her.

        (((((((((((((((Renee amd all)))))))))))))))
        WE are Team Jodi!

          • Yes lower case letters again. SJ why is my info going away everytime I post something? They are going to kick me out of the family..I couldn’t. take the rejection…..

I’m sorry for what I’m about to say and please never tell my grandchildren.

This whole trial has been b******* from the beginning. I am f****** sick and tired Of hearing but the haters are doing or saying. Chris Hughes is behind us. He knows what happened that day Because he was there. Jodi has been giving us clues all along. Listen to the interrogation tape again. Listen to her interview the other night. We can find the answers
my only fear is they have threatened her family. I don’t think I’m a crazy old woman for thinking this way.

            • I think you’re right, cindy, either she was threatened or bothe her and her family were.

        • Hi Maria and everyone
I guarantee you that if Jodi had dressed any differently she would have been attacked for it: “femme fatale trys to flirt with jurors” or some such nonsense. I remember at the beginning of the trial when on one or 2 occasions I mistakenly tuned to HLN (puke). Dr Drew was saying Jodi was trying to copy JW! I also remember somebody commenting on her glasses, saying they were fake! Jodi could not win: is she said black, HLN would scream white. Know what I mean?

          • Yep, CanadaLinda, that is so true! In fact, when I first began watching the trial, I joined websleuths before coming here, and it was exactly THAT sort of sophomoric, snarky, catty, dissecting behavior exhibited by many of the posters on WS that drove me away. It was sorta like being back in high school and hearing a bunch of wanna-be-popular girls looking for flaws in all other girls, regardless of whether they were “popular,” “unpopular,” or “middling-popular.” I just remember being uncomfortable around girls like that back in high school because it seemed so irrational and judgemental and twisted to me, and then, lo and behold – decades later, I come across the same idiotic phenomenon being demonstrated, not by teenagers, but by bitter adult women. They all kept talking about how “great” JM was and how “juanderful” he was going to be to watch…. and the first time I saw him question a witness I posted what I thought about his inappropriate behavior… boy did I get a rude awakening! I was afraid to post after that. Eventually, I wised up and came over here and noticed rational comments, and that comments were being made about REAL ISSUES instead of about petty appearances, UNLIKE much of the BS on that other site,

I can understand a few people being not too bright, or being carried away by misrepresentations made by entertainment media (HLN, etc) – but it has really FLOORED me how so MANY people, a majority, it seems, can be so UNTHINKING, and actually BELIEVE that this was a just verdict. It cannot be true. Can it? I think the idiots are just louder and talk their crap to other people that haven’t actually followed the trial…but then, how in the world did this ridiculous verdict happen?
I guess I am STILL in shock. I think it might have been Al that said, initially, something like: “It does not compute.” I STILL feel that way.
Sorry, peeps, I am really in a rambling, blah-blah-blah mode, tonight. Just scroll on by if you need to, lol.

            • Sable,

If you were to say your opinion at websleuths about this case, would they ban you for it? Or bully you?

              • I may be mistaken, but I do NOT believe the ws administrators would necessarily “ban” me for stating my opinion that Jodi was overcharged and that the verdict finding her guilty of M-1 was a miscarriage of justice AS LONG AS I WAS POLITE in stating so, however, I sense that I would be walking a thin line stating as much, and might be given a gentle reminder that ” This (ws) is a ‘victim-friendly’ site,” if I dared to express this opinion WITHOUT tacking on some statement that Jodi shpuld at least get manslaughter, the latter of which I would not necessarily be inclined to tack on. But, truthfully, I do not KNOW for certain whether I would be banned or not, as long as I stated my opinion in respectful language without belligerance. But if I opined something to the effect that TA was a POS and deserved his demise, I think I would be banned.
With all of that said, regarding banishment by admins, as far as the bullying goes, THAT, would be a given. The posters, themselves, would be merciless if I dared to express my opinion there and I would be ridiculed, shamed and verbally attacked.

      • Janeen Hon thanks but no one attact me. I sure and hell didn’t say anything about how Jodi looked. Renne was pointing out how my name was displayed caps / lower cap’s. I’m happy that we are on the look out. You would think they would go away now that the verdict was what they wanted. But no and I think someone thinks they got away with murder…..but they didn’t. We will cindyjewell truth.

Travis Law…that poor girl is being lead around by Chris Hughes. Funny how she is the one behind all of this crap.

    • Our nerves are frayed. The haters have caused us to be distrustful. Some were around for the whole trial and only showed their true colors near the end. Forgive us if we don’t welcome newbies with open arms after the major battle has ended.

If you really are here to support Jodi…then stick around. Do some reading. And with time we will see you are what you claim. Also, accusing us of being abusive to you doesn’t help. We are jaded and rightfully so.

      • I think she had been banned before a long time ago…but my memory could be wrong.

    • Prissy square surprisingly my better half said the same thing about Jodi’s look. He said the defense should have dressed her like she did back then but not for the reason you stated. He said more for consistency and not coming off as if she’s acting as a librarian. Unfortunately, she’s been in jail for five years. She can’t dye her hair and she can’t pick her clothes herself. It’s been selected by her family and probably advised by the defense team. People did pay attention to her clothing alot even though it wasn’t anything special.

    • I smelled a Saint TA supporter on your first post.

Looks like you didn’t take my advice to make yourself useful & go away.

And now our wonderful protector has banned you from harassing us.

Wouldn’t it be great if Gloria Allred filed a class action harassment suit against all the Mormon Cultist who harass us 🙂

  40. the bottom, BOTTOM line is… when ur in a “fight” and YOU win, for whatever reasons, often YOU can be considered to have committed a crime and can easily get convicted.
all the sudden, spur of the moment heat of battle, you are supposed to think clearly and not hurt someone TOO MUCH. when a “fight” occurs it’s very easy for it to escalate and get out of hand. YOU are fighting to win, to survive. it’s ingrained in humans. it’s easy to criticize AFTER the fight. “coulda done this, coulda done that, why didn’t u do this…”

in PA, a person can enter your home UNINVITED and the homeowner is simply supposed to leave their home and /or call 911. if u force the person to leave and inflict injury upon the INTRUDER, the homeowner can b liable in MANY ways.

in a few ways, this is what happened to Jodi, imo. and becos of her “brutal win” she’s been reviled to MANY. she can come cross to some as arrogant, self centered,p.
it DOES make sense that if preMed she’d (ANYONE) plan better. but Juan tied her lying and brutality to show it was on purpose. to make her NOT look so smart.
    jurors tend to distrust defendants…

i think appeals WILL be successful. has to. too many things happened
    good day all..

    • I’m adding PA to the list of places I do not want to live. BS you can be sued for defending yourself in your own home.

      Have a good one Frank.

    • “when ur in a “fight” and YOU win, for whatever reasons, often YOU can be considered to have committed a crime and can easily get convicted.”

      I absolutely agree with this.

      • Just plain crazy…you get attacked (just like Jodi) and you are supposed to do nothing????? All the while the loser is beating you up. Then the idiots at the police station want to know why you did not defend yourself. So if you defende yourself (like Jodi) and yes YOU win, then you are guilty.
        What a freakin joke!!!!

          • …TA another typical coward male, beats up women. What a tough guy!! Not so tough now huh?????

            • well, it CAN work both ways. (and re: what i mentioned i kno more than one person who went thru that!) that’s one reason i distrust DA’s and tend to give the accused a great deal of latitude. the DA can make the accused look like every move they made ties in to the incident.
like Jodi with the gas cans, no cell phone pings, the gun, ETC. god forbid if she bought a pack of gum. it was bought to chew, save and tie TA with! of course!!

what would have been “interesting” is if TA beat jodi real good or killed her, how TA would have been treated.
u know darn well TA and his friends, etc. would STILL be tearing Jodi down. “she’s just a waitress, a skank, etc.”

sad that many times in court, things can get twisted… it’s who can “look better”.
often, the defendant just doesn’t come across well, because of the position they find themselves in. and many accused act like “u can’t prove this, it didn’t happen like that, & this is bull, etc.” that can come across as arrogant, etc.
it send innocents to jail or longer sentences, etc. u act somber, then ur COLD, emotionless…

TA, etc. would parade his “religious stature” and trash jodi… no way HE’D get preMed, imo.

    • I think it is the whole interview.Just watched it.But they also show pictures in between instead of her face,so I downloaded this as well as some of the originally aired clips.

  41. Where’s MB today??

    (((((((((((((((((((MB,missing you 🙁 ))))))))))))))))))

  42. Occupy HLN
Jodi has been transferred out of the Lower Buckeye Psychiatric Ward and back to the controversial Estrella jail in Phoenix.

      • Wow, if that is true, that’s a good sign…………. That means she’s not on suicide watch. Stay strong our girl JODI…..!!!!

        • I so hope she’s doing much much better!!

          HANG IN THERE,baby girl!!!

          • Hey, that means she can do another interview I guess. Arpaio says he has an open door policy about that.

          • I second that!!! Hang in there, Jodi! It’s all gonna be alright! Stay strong, we send you much, much love!

  43. Okay I missed the post by Prissy Prissy but from what I’m gathering they’re saying that Jodi looked like a librarian.

Well it’s a court room. How the hell do people want Jodi to dress? Like she’s going to a cocktail party? Do you want her to show up like she’s about to hop on the bar of Coyote Ugly?

I mean really. For all the STUPID STUPID comments I have heard throughout the Casey and Jodi trials, this one will always take the cake. SO WHAT if they went to court in PROPER court attire. For heaven’s sakes. It’s not a make under. It’s called DRESSING APPROPRIATELY FOR THE PLACE AND SITUATION.

What part of DEATH PENALTY TRIAL don’t these people understand?

    • Maybe they should quit watching trials and start watching a rerun of the ”Extreme Makeover” show if they are that interested in a person’s looks!!

      • I know right??

They are obsessed with people’s looks. It’s so juvenile.

    • I heard that comment too, my mother told me that dr dew little was saying it on hln, but first of all they dont allow you to dye your hair in prison duh!!! and if Jodi was trying to look like JW then Kermit was trying to look like Nurmi, from his eye glasses, to his Im 6’2″ comment all the way to him having to show aggression as if!!!!!! he were as big and bad as Nurmi could be….where are these peoples common sense!!!!

  44. It was reported that Mrs. Arias,(Jodi’s mother) went to visit Jodi in the psyche ward and was turned away just about 30 minute ago and was told Jodi was in transit back to the regular jail she has been at all thru trial. I think the name of the jail is Estrella. It was also reported that the aggravation phase will resume on the 15th.

  45. Okay, I’ve read the various answers to my question but i’m still not confident I understand the jury’s logic.
Here is what one lawyer site describes as second degree burglary in Arizona: “Second degree burglary is considered a class 3 felony in Arizona. Under Arizona law, a class 3 felony is punishable by a term of 2.5 to 7 years in prison. ARS 13-1507 defines second degree burglary as the act of entering or remaining unlawfully in or on a residential structure with intentions to commit theft or any other type of felony crime”
    http://www.jacksonwhitelaw.com/criminal-defense-law/2012/04/05/second-degree-burglary-in-arizona/

Obviously Jodi did not enter the house unlawfully as the occupant had hours of sex with her. So, she entered lawfully but the instant she killed TA she was in the house unlawfully with the intent to steal something from the house OR with the intent to commit “any other type of felony”. Either it’s one or the other. Either the jurors believed that the instant after the killing Jodi formed the intent to steal Travis” gun, OR the instant after the killing Jodi had the intent to commit another felony. If it’s the former, then I repeat once again my assertion that, by deduction, the jurors are saying they believe Jodi’s story about Travis’ gun being the murder weapon, thereby nullifying what is arguably and by far the most important piece of evidence of premeditation. Alternatively, if it’s the latter, then the obvious question is: what other felony did Jodi instantly form the intention to commit, following TA’s killing?

FUJuan, anyone, help me out here, please.

    • Fred, it is my understanding that once the shot came first, it then became a burglary for a felony. Or the the stabbing came first which I don’t believe…. Because once TA was shot she was no longer a guest.

      That’s a simple explanation…

  46. HI Maria,I hope this is a good sign. I have been very worried about Jodi. I hope she has got some fire back in her belly and is ready to fight for her life. Lots of love to you all, Jessie

  47. I can’t fucking believe how truly evil some people can be. Other than the people who spew hatred toward Jodi, like all the assholes on HLN and their “experts” who spew the same diarrhea of the mouth, and other than the Hughes who have certainly made a killing (pun intended) upon the death of their dear friend TA… I really believed that other than them….some people might still have some semblance of a soul.

This person posing as a Jodi supporter and trying to collect money turns my stomach, it really does… and I hope they find her and she feels the true meaning of justice.

This person has gone beyond what HLN, the Hughes, and the Travisites have done, which I didn’t think was possible. Seriously, Everyone is trying to capitalize off this tragedy is on the same boat as the tragedy engorged tick aka Nancy Grace…. Truly immoral and disgusting.

    • Hi SI,

I sent a message to SJ about your idea of a letter writing campaign and asked if we might get a dedicated page so that thoughts and ideas are not lost among the regular postings. His response was: “Ok great. Sounds like a plan. Let me know what you want in the intro bit to the page and who will be overseeing it.” I will give SJ permission to send you my email address and we can discuss it further.

        • Oops again…that is you…gosh…I think my brain must be thoroughly fried…

      • Awesome…right now we’re still on the first stage…which is compiling the list of the five major issues that need to be addressed in said letters. We should all post five of them and then choose from that list. =)

    • I just came across an old post by Pitchforks in the NYT. Gives HLN a dressing down

      Pitchforks
      USA

It is a shame that it is only on HLN that one can get complete coverage and “commentary” of trials. This channel is shamelessly sensational, salacious and tawdry. Their methods for attracting viewers is largely based on riling up hatred for defendants, pandering to people’s baser bloodlust-driven instincts. They routinely misrepresent facts and manipulate viewers’ perceptions of protagonists through over-glorification of those they have designated as the “heroes” of stories, and open mockery and disdain of strategically selected “marketable” defendants. It is such “brand-name” hosts as Nancy Grace – a disgraced ex-prosecutor, Vinnie Politan, Drew Pinsky and Jane Velez-Mitchell who are responsible for greatly undermining the public’s understanding and appreciation of the principles of fair and due process, and for reinforcing the distasteful dispositions of a mob-minded segment of that public. Occasionally one hears an intelligent and dispassionate opinion from a professional who has still managed to retain an iota of integrity in the face of the channel’s adolescent-style gossip and maligning, but these are gems dunked in a trough of muck.

  48. Hello everyone. Just checking in today. Haven’t had a chance to check in and prob won’t be able tomorrow. Have to carry my little girl to her post eye surgery check up. But I have been thinking about all of you and especially Jodi.

  49. Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know (Jodi A included) that I’m still here and will continue to support Jodi any way I can. I recently wrote to The Innocence Project and False Confessions dot org. I will continue to do so until movement is made toward justice. I encourage and ask everyone here to do the same. Look at the innocence project dot org to see what other actions you can take. Those who live in America please call/write your congressman and anyone else you can think of. Justice needs to be done.

Thank you again for this site. I’m sorry, but due to sleepless nights about this, I will not be watching on Wednesday. I hope those who are stronger can keep me/us informed to what happens. If there is any other way I can take action – please let me know.

Also, I know this sounds corny, but the other night we made cookies and I woke up in the middle of the night and thought how nice it would be for Jodi to have home made cookies. And then I cried for her and all the other victims who end up in this situation.

    • Awww (((cindyp)))

I think it’s a good idea to do whatever you can to keep your sanity. Hugs and prayers to you and yours.

I’m going to watch the coverage even if it breaks my heart because I feel like I owe it to Jodi. But the difference is that I’m not in the same fragile state of mind that I was on the day we heard the verdict. Right now…I’m so pissed about this whole situation and I’m on a mission! I do draw strength from all the wonderful men and women here. I think they are the ones who keep *me sane.

    • Thanks, CindyP,

I didn’t think the cookie part of your comment was corny at all. It brought tears to my eyes thinking of all the ordinary, everyday little things Jodi will not experience until she gets out of prison. Let’s hope she’s not there long.

      • Thanks for your replies; you guys are so sweet. I read somewhere (I thought above, but cannot find it now) that a letter campaign of some sort is happening? Can I help, somehow?

          • Thank you, Sil. Please keep me posted on what to do. I am a ‘soldier’ for justice until something is done to right this wrong.

  50. hmmmm. I wonder what the Hughes are gonna do with all the money they’ve collected for the Travis Alexander Memorial or Fund or whatever they’re calling it…

Perhaps they’ll plant a big sturdy tree?

    • Or maybe take a trip to Cancun. That wouldn’t surprise me one bit. Fu@*ing lying scumbags. The “1st Annual Travis Alexander Cancun Fiesta.” Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? What a bunch of frauds..

      • Sil, the Hugh’s will probably take the money and build more charter schools {sic). for pedophile Mormon Cultist to hone their technique’s.

Child Sex Abuse, Chris Hughes & Solider Hollow Charter School – I haven’t forgot.

    • Hmmm, I guess all those ideas are not too far fetched…but I still think they should use some of that money to plant some of those ass-raping trees in his honor. 😉

  51. I’ve systematically avoided checking on the jodiariasguilty.com page but just got tempted.Oh my god,my stomach turned. Those people are crazy!! WTF is that? And now I rememebr there was actually a reporter doing a story on that site?Remember? The one they wanted to interview SJ,too.

  52. <Wow! I found my 'lost' typing comment. I will see if I can repost this w/o it flying off into cyperspace. I don't know what happened to the other ones

I follow this site with interest. I am closely related to Ashley Nicole Reed (Thompson).
I am vastly interested in her manner of death. I'm doing research on this to find out the truth of it. I've been in a state of numbed shock since her passing in March 2010.

I thought you all might be interested in the following:

    http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/valleyfever/2008/12/key_prosecution_witness_finall.php

I am ex LDS, have a history of battering from my former LDS husband, I *lost* my 3 oldest children to him due to LDS standards and conditioning. I have built up somewhat of a relationship with my now adult children. Two of them, anyway. My older son was killed in a hunting accident in the mid '70's. Strange or suspicious circumstances surrounded that death, also. He was in the custody of my ex husband at the time. Too many events have happened to me over the years to give you a complete rundown of everything. I am now quite old, in ill health and have lost faith in much of anything, anymore. I would like to get to the bottom of Ashley's death before I die.

I'm not too swift on the computer. I mostly read, but due to Macular Degeneration, my sight is quickly leaving me behind. I have other health problems that keep me down most of the time.
I can't spend large amounts of time on the computer so I read until my eyes blur and I hunt for things that interest me. Ashley's death was such a shock and my grief has kept me isolated….alone in my home.

I hope you might find something more about Ashley's passing and let me know. I didn't know that she and Dustin were separated, I didn't even know him, at all. I'm wondering now better off not knowing. My older children are all strict LDS. I am an outsider. I am not privy to anything really personal.

I need to stop, for now, and rest a bit.

*Mora* is not my real name. I have mega family in AZ and can't risk this getting out to you all.

      • FUJ :Did you read all of my post? A lot can be cleared up there. I am a blood relative of Ashley’s, very close , however I am considered an outsider by the family. They don’t tell me much and I don’t interfere with their privacy. I don’t feel comfortable asking questions and I don’t want to hurt her mother by asking. I protect her mother and always will. But, I would like to have more information about Ashley. Through the grief of her passing, I have also wanted to know why this happened to her. I don’t feel comfortable telling others how I am related to her, either. The LDS community is very close knit. I would just like to know why she died. That’s all.

I really need to sleep for awhile, now.
        M

        • Mora you can read the Ashley autopsy report here just look for the word Ashley under the flores report you can start there with the comments and the report by the medical examiner

        • I don’t know why you are considered an outsider. Is it because you left mormonism? That to me is ridiculous. A family members death is just that, a FAMILY members death and NOTHING needs to stand in the way. I’m on your side on that one.

          • Thank you, IWS. I found some mention of Ashley, here and there, in bits and pieces. I read the autopsy. It didn’t tell me much. I did read another post that clarified a few things for me, i.e. the direction of the gunshot etc. etc. It got me thinking. I also read that she and Dustin were in the process of a divorce. I had already figured that out, as she was going by her maiden name when she died.

This site is so large and I am so NOT computer savvy, that I find it pretty intimidating, My eyesight is poor and it makes typing, reading and trying to figure out how things work a bit difficult. I also have had ADHD all my life and that definitely makes everything more difficult from the get-go. I didn’t find out about the adhd until I was quite old so I don’t take medication or have had any therapy for it. It is probably one of the biggest problems of my life (without knowing it). however there is little time left for me now to go through all that and try to fix my life. It is something I just have to live with and put behind me.
Thanks again for giving me the information. I will figure out a way to go through everything as organized as I possibly can. Having ADHD is not fun, that’s for sure.

            M

          • Thanks cj, for being on my side. Not many people have been for a long, long time.

Maybe ‘outsider’ isn’t the correct word. It is probably how I view the situation, more than anything else. They are good to me. They think if I became active in the church then things would be okay with me. But they fail to see that even THEY have heavy duty problems, also. They confront them with a smile on their face, however. I just don’t believe that is a good thing. They aren’t looking at reality in my estimation….and I don’t believe the church is the be all and end all that they do. This, and many other things we don’t agree on, puts me ‘outside’ their line of thinking…..and believing. For instance, they don’t seem to want to believe that my ex battered me. I understand them more than they know. It doesn’t help much, but it keeps me grounded. He is still LDS, I am not. that is all it takes for them. I just think more deeply than some people do. I had no other choice when I saw things from a reality perspective.

Anyway, I hope this answers your question. It is difficult to explain to others what it is like to live under those circumstances if you haven’t had personal experience. I love my family. They have not pushed me out of their lives completely They love me, but can’t fathom why I can’t believe as they do, turn a blind eye as they do. I really understand that. I didn’t leave the church because they sided with my ex. I left because I finally came to see things from a different perspective and could plainly see that things weren’t quite right. It took many years to get thoroughly out of the conditioning, but I did.

            M

    • You can start by sharing WHERE she was found with us. What city was she living in?

As a family member you can also request the police report for the police department that handled the initial call. That is where you need to start.

Physically go to the PD that was initially called by whomever found her.

If you are family, do you know who found her? If it was dustin, then you need to be very concerned.

      • BC, I can’t share information that I don’t have. No one told me anything so I don’t know anything.
I don’t know where Ashley was when she died. I don’t know what city she was living in.

I rarely leave my home. If I do someone takes me. My groceries have to be delivered. I am at an all time low point of my whole life and I have been VERY low many times over the years. I am close to being agoraphobic. I don’t want to be, but that is how I have become. I can’t run to the PD that could give me more information. I CAN prove my relationship, that is not a problem, I just don’t have the mental or physical where with all to do much of anything, anymore. I only have the computer and what I can find out this way. Thanks for the suggestions, though.

I don’t know who found Ashley. I hope it wasn’t her mother. If it was Dustin, I agree, it would be a concern. I think I can ask one of her aunts who found her. I will if I get a chance. I will let you know if I find out.

I can’t type much anymore. It takes me too long. I keep making major mistakes and the computer doesn’t help much. It is taking a toll on me…..draining more energy than I have to give.

I also don’t want to take away from your intended purpose here. I will be reading all the same.

        Take care,
        M

        • A few more things before I rest. Dustin and Ashley were married September 21,2002. I was invited but didn’t attend. They had no children. They were not married in the temple. I don’t know if Dustin is a Mormon or not. I think he might be. I couldn’t bring myself to attend Ashley’s funeral. I was way out of it. They all understood or said they did. I don’t know if they did or didn’t understand.

Here is Ashley’s fb page. No one has taken it down. Her last entry was January 2010 a couple of months before she died. Not much information there.

          https://www.facebook.com/ashleyreed82

          M

          • who stops typing on facebook i check mine everyday to see what my family is doing or saying sending pictures that there sounds very strange

        • MORA thanks saw what you wrote and understand when health is bad im 63 and never go out anymore a homebody but anything will help we feel if you read on the ashley death we feel that when ashley call the cops the nite they found travis or the next day she said I think my husband did it or may know how did it and then when the trial got close she suddenly dead now was she shot because she knew something if you could find that answer you would help the family I had my sister who hung herself in the back yard of the house and it is heart breaking to here that but if she did not comitte suside then she what im saying and dont worry about your typing we all just type somethimes i mess with spell check but if im in a rush to get it out im not

          • you just don’t know how much I cry for this person I don’t know but I do I think she was killed because she knew something about Jodi they were friends her husband was friends with Deanna Reed the one that dated Travis and he dumped. Travis did not want Ashley to come stay in his house for reasons the husband factor. Have you read the Flores Report in full not the detailed one the original one. you will find her own words there to the cop that is sending Jodi to death chamber now the people who could help her wont or cant or will not come forward to help her .

  53. This Kavonna chick is probably Nancy Grace or someone she hired to snoop around. I can’t believe the absolute evilness and vindictiveness of these haters. It’s like medieval times suddenly. Shall we start chopping off the hands of thieves who steal from hunger or banishing the mentally ill or stoning suspected adulterers or putting people under the guillotine who kill while defending themselves? I say, why not? To heck with all this humane crap!! Let’s go back to the Dark Ages where NG can reign as Queen of Everything and Doc Drew can be her court Jester. That’s where were headed it seems. These barbarians can blow me!!

    • Well said Gwen. I hear you – we are not a civilized country anymore.

Even if Jodi were guilty, I still don’t think it’s appropriate for HLN to do what they have done. Sooo many sexist remarks, sooo much bullying and bashing and bullshit. They have set such a terrible, awful example and should be ashamed of themselves.

        • Something tells me Tony……we won’t be agreeing with one another for a couple of months after June 10……………..just saying!!!

    • ” I can’t believe the absolute evilness and vindictiveness of these haters. It’s like medieval times suddenly. Gwen this sounds like the beginning of a screenplay. Oh look what I found, Alice in Wonderland: Off With His Head

  54. I am German too, I’m just so paranoid I’m using a proxy server. That’s also why I post so rarely, it is such a hassle to start the whole proxy thing up. But I’m happy to meet other people from my country here – and I do wish Jodi was judged by our system instead, no death penalty and entirely different dealings with homicides from what I’ve seen here.

    ~Lene~

    • I think the simple things like a non-televised trial and law experts deciding verdict and sentence instead of yokels would have been enough. With measures of decency and moderation like those, DP would be neither here nor there.

    • Lene,
Not every state has the death penalty. The state I live in abolished the death penalty in 2011. Our neighboring state Wisconsin abolished the death penalty in 1853(?). What i can glean from my research a successful death penalty appeals are 90% politics & 10% lawyer’s strategy. I think this jury is tainted. When polled, some of their voices sounded mean to me, like they were sending message. Maybe I was just sensitive and made more out of it than I should have.

      • When my daughter and I listened – the very first person sounded as if they were ‘choked up’ or crying. We both heard that. Did anyone else?

        • I’ll go back listen, a couple of males & 1 Female sounded liked “hell yes” to me. Hope your right, perhaps the first one has a heart.

          • Oh, I agree. After the first one, the voices became more defiant (imo). I think at least one (if not more) of the jurors were bullied into this unjust verdict. I pray they come forward and speak up, if that is the case.

  55. Sil
please let me know what I can do – research, etc. any thing specific I can work on?

    • yes..I will, I promise. I’m still developing the idea. I will let you know more as I make progress.

      Thank you zoe! (((HUGS)))

  56. Guys,I gotta say good night,I’ll try and get some sleep before it’s Wednesady and be up all night again
I asked Occupy HLN on FB how Jodi’s doing and the admin replied ” hell no … she’s not okay. She’s in a closed custody pod within that jail. I’ll post more about her living conditions later. ~ Jason ”
I’m worried!Does this mean just the living conditions are not ok or Jodi herself?

    • that is what the media statement says ;
she is estralla closed custody status and she is allowed 1 hour a day out of her cel for phone calls and shower

      • So they are treating her like she already got the DP. WTF??? I am claustrophobic and the thought of being in a small closed space makes my hair goes up. Poor Jodi 🙁

        • I would never be able to handle being in jail. I am also a bit claustrophobic, but I’m very much cleisiophobic. (Fear of being locked in an enclosed place).

    • I don’t want to risk sounding melodramatic or naïve, so, without knowing any of the standard procedures for these situations or any specific details about what’s going on with Jodi medically or psychologically, I’m starting to wonder at what point Amnesty International can become involved with how she’s being treated. It’s making me mad…

      • Jester…

That group has been foremost in my mind. I don’t have time right now, but I want to find out exactly what type of situations they consider.

  57. Not sure if this will post or not but I’m going to try anyway.

I’ve been writing in support of Jodi on news sites and on social media. I think it’s so important that the public knows that not everyone believes what the prosecution and most TV talking heads have fed us as it relates to this case. I have been ridiculed and have had hateful messages sent to me on my Facebook page because I have the audacity to want to focus on the evidence in this case, imagine that! The evidence does not prove premeditation, at least as far as I’m concerned.

The trial is over but there is still a lot that we can do. To bad most people don’t understand how much damage a power hungry prosecutor and a corrupt media can do to our criminal justice system. I bet more people would be outraged if it was them or one of their loved ones that was the focus of trial by media. I will continue to support Jodi, I think what has happened to her in this case is a CRIME!

  58. Hey all,

Does anyone know if the Geraldo at Large segment he did after the verdict is available online somewhere? I went to YouTube to find it and no luck…….I did not watch and forgot to DVR. Help? Link? Really want to see it.

  59. OMG I’m bad. I’m posting stuff on Occupy HLN website just for shits and giggles to piss people off. They are taking the bait big time. It’s like shooting fish in a barrell.

  60. Kira,

In response to your Occam’s Razor post. I too am a firm believer in Occam’s razor. But sometimes the Occam’s Razor paradigm can also be used to consider the inexplicable, or unexplained. So I got to thinking about this further. Here’s the way I see it.

There are 5 possible explanations to what happened:

    1. JM’s story.
    2. Jodi’s story as told on the stand.
    3. Nurmi’s second option – sudden quarrel.
    4. The intruder story.
    5. Some completely other story we have no idea about.

Obviously if it’s the 5th then we don’t even know what to speculate on. So let’s leave that one alone for now. That leaves us with the first 4.

Now let’s discount JM’s story for two reasons. Firstly, for all the reasons that Nurmi pointed out, it doesn’t make sense. Secondly, if we believe Juan’s ravings we ought not to be on this page. This then leaves us with 3 options, self-defense, the sudden quarrel or the intruder stories.

Now lets take a look at two issues, one from the self-defense story and the other from the intruder story. In the self defense story Jodi claims she went into this fog at a certain stage. However, in her interview with Flores she gives a pretty detailed account of who was where when what happened, etc. And that account matches the physical evidence pretty damn well, including the blood spatter. So either we have a massive coincidence, or there was no fog. The coincidence would have to be huge, because if she was just making this up she’d have to hit the nail on the head on all those little details. So we now couple this with the fact that she sticks to this story for 2 years, even after they were seeking the DP, and she knows that they have proof that she was in the house. That says to me that there is some reason or occurrence due to which she knows these details, and is sticking by her story. But then what about the fog?

That begs the question – were those details coincidently bang on, or is the fog “foggy” (pardon the pun). Once again, it requires a real stretch of the imagination to believe that the description of events matching the physical evidence was a mere coincidence. Hence, maybe the fog is the questionable event. But we know, from Samuels testimony, that it was Samuels and Nurmi, who convinced Jodi to change her story. Did they, either plant an idea, or do something a little more blatant that made her come up with the self defense story? It just begs the question. Did Nurmi, after finally getting the emails and texts that the state had witheld for a couple of years say – “hey, here’s a possible defense?” And also, did Nurmi think to himself, anything is better than the SODDI (Some Other Dude Did It) defense?

So now I’m starting to think that maybe the Intruder or the sudden heat of quarrel make more sense. Of course once they’ve had Jodi testify to the self defense claim, bringing up the intruder story becomes a non-starter, whereas he can still argue the sudden heat of quarrel defense based on the other evidence begging the question – what, after 13 hours set her off?

But what if nothing set her off, and is there any weight to the intruder story? Is there any evidence that actually points to intruders? Well, firstly the only evidence we have is what was presented in court, so we don’t really know what else is floating around. Obviously JM would only present stuff that bolstered his case, and the defense, with the exception of Jodi’s testimony, presented no evidence that had anything to do with what actually happened. The only physical evidence that may point to someone else actually being present is that shoe print no one seems to want to talk about. The prosecution would definitely have brought up something, if it even came close to being Jodi’s shoe size. I used to believe that the defense would have definitely brought it up if it wasn’t. But now I’m thinking, if Nurmi wanted to put up this self-defense claim, then he may have been better served keeping shut if it didn’t match Jodi’s shoe size. Of course some folks here have said Jodi could not have dragged TA into the shower, but I’ve never done that experiment so I can’t say. Just too many variables there for anyone to be able to replicate that reliably, including the surface, the amount of wetness around and Jodi’s strength.

But there is also no evidence that says that the intruder story could not be true. Nothing that I can find.

So one wonders – is it intruders, or is it the sudden heat of quarrel, or is it self defense with no “fog” where she just went too far with the throat wound? Of course the last is covered by the heat of quarrel scenario. So we are down to the intruder story or the sudden heat of quarrel.

And now that I’ve talked myself into the fact that this is a possibility to consider (with many apologies to BeeCee, and tonya and Cindy and all the others who’ve been screaming this for months) I feel that it might be something worth considering.

I know that there are numerous theories floating around with regards to who the intruders were and why. Whether its the debt issue – that led to some nefarious dealings, or the parents of some abused kid, or something else – who knows? But at the very least, maybe a logical look at the evidence, and possible motives for not sticking to the story, may be warranted (where’s geebee2 when you need him to compile this stuff?).

And if true it would be one big bummer if the police and defense did not go through the evidence with a fine toothed comb. Of course Flores was al set to discount anything that led him away from his theory, but what’s with the defense?

So that is why I am starting to wonder.

    • I’ve been open minded regarding the intruder story for one reason. The purchasing of the gun after the event. I cant put myself in Jodi’s “shoes” but I wondered if she shot him accidentally why she would ever want to touch a gun again. I know what she said on the stand about the camping trip…it didn’t ring true to me.

      • Exactly Ann. Why would you even entertain the idea of going on a camping trip with people you mistrusted to the point of feeling like you need to bring a gun. I asked a long time ago who did she go camping with because it doesn’t add up. Someone gave a vague answer along the lines of it being people she worked with. Why would she need a gun with people she knew? If she was that unsure why plan on going at all.

      • nah, the intruder story is far fetched, imo.
and sudden quarrel, self defense can b the same.that’s what seemingly occurred… unless one believes in it being planned. i tend not to believe a plan. most ppl would want to keep open a chance that the two may get back together in future. i dont think jodi hated TA, unless she’s fooled us.

i STILL TRULY believe the “fog” is EASILY explained by TA slamming jodi as she said, CAUSING A CONCUSSION. w/ a concussion, u can still function but can experience a”cloudy” feeling. u can STILL do things but may not remember.

GOOD GOD, HOW CAN ANY DEFENSE not put this into the mix!? it could’ve also prevented JM from needling Jodi on the fog.
it also could make her do things she normally would not, etc.

        • That’s true. Concussions can affect people’s decision making process and lead them to impulsivity not normally found in that person.

        • Frank,

The fog through the concussion – would it have wiped out her memory? If so, go listen to her recounting of the intruder story. Now listen to the blood spatter experts testimony, and tell me how, if she had her memory blocked during that period, she nailed the movements to a T where it matches the blood spatter. Or did she come to, and then see the blood spatter, and take it all in and come up with a story to match it?

          Therein lies the conundrum.

    • Al, this was a good read. I posted a long time ago that I thought Occam’s Razor applied here – but to the intruder story. I feel the intruder story fills in the holes and missing pieces of this story.

I also posted a long time ago about the Flores Report and how it said that some girl who was interviewed had never heard of Jodi and knew nothing about her except… then it goes on to list something like 14 details she ‘knew’ about a person she had supposedly never heard of until that night. To me, it stinks of a set-up and this girl was coached about every bad thing she should know about their scapegoat.

This entire case is upsetting to me for many reasons. And one of them is that the detectives and police are allowed to do shoddy work, then get paid for it, no justice is served, only a media-whore, lying prosecutor wins. This case has set women’s issues back 100 years while, at the same time, causing people to scream ‘witch’ and now they want to do away with the justice system, entirely. Allow the media to convict, turn prosecutor’s into rock stars and forget about the women and children. It’s sickening.

      • Yes shoddy detective work. And then the media and the idiots want everyone to believe Flores and Martinez. It’s such a joke. It is really upsetting to me too for many reasons. Flores used his calm voice to sweet talk Jodi, her mother and father. He used the good cop approach and they all talked too much and it was used against Jodi.

    • Al
why was’nt the shoe print addressed?? Could it have been from the roommates or keystone cops? I know this has been addressed before but makes no sense

      • Zoe,

The bloody shoe print has not really been addressed, imo. I’ve heard …. well, it must have been left there by the roommate on the night he was found. I don’t know … it seems to me that blood of that small amount would have dried in five days time, thereby a foot walking in it would not have made the kind of print it did. If in fact it was a shoe print. Others have speculated the blood pattern was made by Travis being lifted from that spot leaving that impression.

      • My question exactly, I’ve asked it before too. JM asked one of the forensics experts where the shoe print was found and what direction it was pointed in, and then left it right there. And the defense asked nothing.

    • I love you brother…OK you have to go way back to the beginning. Are Barney Fife when investigating Didn’t believe that one person could have done all that. So when did he change his mind? Why did he change his mind?

OK the next thing is we can not do this on this site. Prissy Prissy was trying to get info this morning. about why we were talking about the intruders story. It didn’t sit. right with me. I got that “gut hurting” feeling.

      • Ok Ive asked sj for vent password and I guess Im not getting it which is very frustrating as I wholly support Jodi, have watched the trial since the beginning, have argued with family and friends over it, read this page every day and consider myself bordering on ocd with the case. Is there any way you can still post on this page? I feel like I am missing so much. I never posted alot but always read. I could help in the way of research. sj can give anyone he trusts my e-mail.
        signed
        feeling left out zoe

        • I know how that feels Zoe. I was on another blog where I had stay around and post for bit until the blogger got to know before i got into the password protected page. Ill pass SJ the message along but please dont take it personal. IF he sees you around he will let you in…

            • No honestly, this is my least fav part about a password protected page. Stay around and Ill let SJ know to look for you.

              • JC I know how Zoe feels. I requested one also. But perhaps we need to email him. I’m not going to take it personally. If I get one I get one. If I don’ t there is a reason

                • No he just wants to make sure he knows everyone… He doesn’t single people out. I’ll talk to him.

        • HOW MUCH MORE does anyone need to vent that u can’t state here?
i’m not interested. anything i want to say – or vent – i can do here.
don’t feel left out. use this space!
          peace to you…

          • Frank I agree for the most part.. but this morning did it for me.. Someone new was asking the wrong questions. But if I don’t get a password I just will be careful. what I say. I’m here for Jodi and for my pease of mind. I want answers as to why this happened. I always respected our system but not so much anymore.

          • Ive made one post there. Going back and forth actually confused me. LOL

    • Why didn’t the jury apply Occam’s razor? This would’ve probably led to a different verdict. But I guess I’m stuck on the should’ve could’ve and ifs.

      • Flnjan..hugs……..we are all in this together. We want to fix this wrong. So we need to go back ….Everyone needs to put their input in.

        • Thanks… Hugs to you too. I’m just sad about this whole thing. Jodi wasn’t given a fair trial and her rights were so violated. It’s just terrible…

  61. Willie I wondered who Nance reminded me of. That’s her! It’s the queen of Alice in Wonderland only Nance’s head is bigger!! This morning I saw a clip touting her as an ‘Advocate for justice’. BAHAHA! I practically fell out of my chair! I can’t even watch Robin anymore. Advocate for sensationalism, outright bullshit and immediate death for any female prettier than her. Hag that she is, pretty soon she will be the only one left on earth.

  62. Wishing you all a good nights rest stay safe
    (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((sweet dreams)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

  63. does anybody know where i can look up online the documents of the motions filed before trial?

    • Some of them have been posted around the internet on various forums. SJ has several on this site under “Court Docs.” Otherwise, you could order them from the court for a fee.

      • i thought Ely was talking about all relevant motions we haven’t seen. The AZ site lets us read the court minutes but not all the motions. I would like to read all the defense motions and discovery. I wish AZ was like Florida in that regard.

  64. Would somebody be kind enough to tell me who in the hell assisted in the cloning of Chris Hughes?

That motherfucker is on EVERY talk show…EVERY website…EVERY interview…WTF!? How is that even possible?

Oh shit! …I think he’s right outside my door! 😯

    lol!!

    • Yeah, the son of a bitch sure does get around, doesn’t he? He must be using these interviews and appearances to support his family. Because he sure as fuck doesn’t have time to go to work! I await the day when he is an insignificant pimple on the ass of society. Oh wait, he already is. My bad. Sorry. Hatred is a strong word but not near strong enough to describe the way I feel about this douchebag.

    • Lol he’s a freaking weirdo that wants to have the lime light. He and his wife have got to be two of the creepiest people. Skye Hughes was such a weirdo in the trial. She was smiling to the camera like she’s in a beauty pageant. Seriously! They’re creepy!

    • Maybe he spontaneously creates clones from that huge pumpkin head of his…kind of like how it was in Gremlins.

  65. Thanks for the song! And yes, fortunately there has been a trend to abolish death penalty. However, I am so worried about the developments with the social media. I said so in an earlier post. It’s incontrollable, and unfortunately the majority of people, or at least those with the loud voices, are not good and humane. 🙁

  66. …In case anyone’s wondering about the late time I’m posting at (2:40 am in Germany) – yes, I’m real, I’m a night owl and I was watching a war movie and riding my exercise bike. War movie made me cry all the way through. I don’t like this world very much at the moment.

    • Don’t say that. There are many things out there that are beautiful. Go to sleep and have sweet dreams of things you enjoy. 🙂

  67. LOL ng guest just said there is an online war going on betwween Jodi and travis supporters. But whoever it was said that the Arias supporters were much more aggressive!!!!!

  68. Hi everyone, I began posting to this site late in the trial, though I had been reading for weeks before. At this time I will go back to lurking and won’t be posting even though I would like to. I’m going to wait till the sentencing is over, and all insanity by the pro pros people dies down before posting again. Of late, I have been searching the pro pros sites looking for info and was appalled at what these people are doing or have done. They have posted names, phone nos, addresses of people they feel they have a right to intimidate. Some of these people are only remotely connected to this case, for example, they listed info on the person who treated JA’s sister in rehab. They also put awful comments on Jodi’s sister’s wedding photos. It’s sickening. Anyway, I’m afraid that if they could they’d post every one of our email addresses and I don’t need any more annoying spam. If the admin decides to take this site underground and password protect it, remember me, I’m krikee. I’ll be there if you allow me in. But until then I figure I’ll wait till the furor has died which should be shortly, as I suspect these people do not live on bread and hate alone, they have to have their greasy fries and jumbo cokes, or whatever they shove into their sorry, infected pie holes. Until the appeal, I’ll be lurking.

    • These people are engaging in cyber bullying, cyber stalking, character assassinations, harassment, threats veiled and not so veiled, and who knows what else. All of the above would get this a person IRL in trouble if charged and the matter take up with the police. Why is it ok on the internet?

They are pure evil. They are probably fat, ugly and starved for sex too…lol Women who have nothing else to do with their life besides hate others online. How very vapid they must be if this makes them feel good.

We all know they tried witness intimidation too in this case too. Maybe their real names and comments need to be rounded up and turned into the FBI. What is it going to take enough people suing facebook for allowing hate speech and revealing personal info on people as retaliation or twitter? Alyce going after Amazon for allowing hate speech regarding her testimony in this case on a freaking book review section? This has to stop, eventually we will all be censored because of the actions of evil self righteous creatures like them who just can’t shut their mouths and move on.

  69. Good evening all.
    Hope everyone is doing well.
    Hope Jodi is also.

Going to catch up on posts; had a busy weekend.

  70. CR2012-134361 5/14/2013 8:30 Sentencing – Mitigation State Of Arizona
    I assume this closed procedure.

      • Thank you JC…..

I just found an interesting document about why it took so long for this trial to start………. Guess who was holding it up…. Yep , you guessed it, JM…. Because he was already going another capital case, and then another capital case………. So much for a speedy trial under the constitution because AZ is going to do WTF they want to…….

  71. He gave notice he was seeking the death penalty on this case 10/31/08. He had 4 yrs 2 mo to gather his crap for this case. Are you saying mean while he did 2 others?

  72. Sorry to keep harping on this, but I still don’t know what felony Jodi instantly formed the intent to commit following TA’s death. Five member of the jury (or was it seven…I don’t remember) said she was guilty of second degree burglary. The judge’s instructions defined it as:
The crime of Burglary in the Second Degree requires proof that the defendant:
    1. Entered or remained unlawfully in or on a residential structure; and
    2. Did so with the intent to commit any theft or felony therein.

I repeat yet again, what did Jodi have the intent to steal or what other felony did she intend to commit. During the period of time prior to the killing, she was in the house lawfully. Therefore, the members of the jury, in casting their verdict in favor of second degree burglary, must of necessity be referring to the period of time subsequent to the killing. If, for the sake of argument, we say that Jodi, immediately following the killing, was in the house unlawfully, then from that moment forward she formed the intent to commit second degree burglary, the jury is saying. I guarantee that the jury will NOT say that they believe she formed the intent to steal Travis’ gun because that pretty much collapses their premeditation verdict. There has to be a separate felony they believe she intended to commit, and she formed the intent to commit that mysterious felony the moment she was no longer in the house lawfully.

Please, someone tell me what specific felony or felonies Jodi intended to commit after the death of TA, during the period of time she remained in the house unlawfully (which is itself a debatable point).

  73. Yes he did two other cases………..State vs Ficklin CR 2004-023628-001 ( 2010) and State Vs Miller CR 2006-112056-001 ( 2011)

  74. just reading above and thought i would make a comment… I find it funny how you can look on so many facebooks and find comments, pictures and posts, condoning the very thing they are against. The pictures and likes of the women with guns referring to facts burn me once shame on me burn me twice again.. holding a gun. Women promote violence all the time, its just a different story when its not happening to them.

I also think its hysterical that part of the circumstantial evidence was how she was a stalker, one of the reasons being because she got into his email, and checked his facebook and phone. I am the least jealous person and i still check my husbands info. And yes, i sneak when i do it. I hardly feel like im stalking, im just making sure everythings going as planned. For those who would then say, well he is your husband. Ive also done it to every other relationship ive been in. To say she snuck in the fuckin dog door is just overboard, until i see a picture of jodi with her head caught in the door. Nope, I don’t believe it.

One last thing, Ive noticed the majority of the witch burning society are older women. ANNND, i hate to say my husband is anti-jodi. it really sucks because we have gotten into numerous arguements about the case because, i also hate to say, hes just a media pawn that doesn’t see things for what they are. I watched the HLN shit show when travis’s sobbing sac of fake laughter and tears, while the media played a clip of jodi in court looking like she didnt have a care in the world. We all know what HLN is about but, i guess i like to be sickened, the way people will word something to sway you into their beliefs is just downright pathetic. I feel like anyone that falls for that kind of mind control should be put in the same kind of hell they are requesting for jodi.

  75. fred it was felony murder, they tried to say that she broke in to commit a crime like she snuck in

    • The felony occurred the moment she had a weapon in her hand, she was no longer in the house lawfully. I’m not saying I agree with this…but at that point the origin of the gun or knife doesn’t matter.

  76. I have been reading these laws. It seems that premeditation does not have a time frame, so if someone feels they have to kill another in self defense, it then becomes premeditated murder, because they had the thought before it happened, to kill the other person. It could even be a split second him or me thing. Please feel free to correct me if I am misreading the laws. Another thing is, Jodi stated she took Travis’s gun from his home and threw it in the dessert. That would constitute burglary. I actually asked this question when I heard her say it on the stand. I asked if they could use that against her as felony burglary and apparently the jury did just that. My question is now, if someone can kill someone else in a split second him or me decision, is there any such thing at all as self defense?

    • i believe what they were saying was that she it was felony because she came in with the intent of taking his life, which is like burglary. murder is a felony and really maybe i dont understand it because it sounds pretty much like one more charge to soup more shit on her

      • This is the law in Arizona Chrysz :The main difference between first degree and second murder is “premeditation”. Under Arizona Revised Statute 13-1105, first degree murder is defined as:
“Premeditation” means that the defendant intended to kill another human being or knew [he] [she] would kill another human being, and that after forming that intent or knowledge, reflected on the decision before killing. It is this reflection, regardless of the length of time in which it occurs, that distinguishes first degree murder from second degree murder. An act is not done with premeditation if it is the instant effect of a sudden quarrel or heat of passion. [The time needed for reflection is not necessarily prolonged, and the space of time between the intent or knowledge to kill and the act of killing may be very short.]

    • To succeed, a defendant arguing self defense must show that the killing resulted from a reasonable use of force to resist a reasonable fear of death or bodily harm. The defendant cannot have instigated the threatening situation. The degree of force used in self-defense must be proportional to the threat perceived, and the threat perceived must be something that would place a reasonable person in fear of death or great bodily harm. Mere words or insults do not suffice.

The defendant’s reaction to the threat cannot take place after the threat of death or bodily harm has passed. Many states require that the defendant attempt to retreat or avoid danger if possible before resorting to the use of deadly force

      • thats some bullshit, just like when my ex would start his shit, and i would get lucky enough to call the police to have him removed from the home and they would say, “we cant make him go, all we can do is suggest you stay somewhere else, when it was my fucking home. in order for me to not get my ass beat, i either had to stay and face the wrath for calling the police, or let him stay in the house i paid for.

        • Chrysz,

Now you understand why police rarely side with the woman……… They want a texbook self-defense or dometic violence. It’s civil matter and they don’t like to get involved………. therefore the woman ends up suffering. This is why it’s imperative that we work together to change the laws. I also think that law enforcement should have to seek DV and Self Defense Training from experts in the field, not their B.S. that they learn in the academy.

      • So FUJ, in other words, what the jury is in effect saying, that she could have chosen to run down the stairs and out the door rather than shoot him, so therefore she premeditated killing him? Even though he may have caught her and thrown her down the stairs or choked her or anything else?

        • and again thats shit if that’s their theory, fight or flight, i had to calculate my every move when i would run out of the house to get to the payphone to call 911, sometimes a corner means anything, staircases doors, keys all kinds of things take into factor. and i almost went to jail once because i begged the police to just get him out of my house, because if he stayed i was gonna kill him, they didnt give a shit,

        • Yes, that is exaclty how it was explained to me by three state police officers this weekend. Don’t agree with it………… Bacially if your in this situation your FK-ed….. according to the AZ laws.

          • Damn FUJaun,
            That’s just down right depressing!

Why did they go throuh all of the BS about the gas cans, retur of one???
All of that BS, color her har, rent a car farther away, not a red on??

I believe if she wasn’t defending herself, (and I guess all of tht doesn’t matter )

As far as cutting his throat, she was really into Mormon more than he was. That’s how it usually is when they are so called Converted.
She took it litterly, like to save his soul??

I wish that they would have taken finger prints. They SHOULD have. Especially on the back license plate. Someone did that, who was seting her up.
I think we all pretty much agree that there’s a lot more than we will ever know.

I WISH they would have another trial and call all of his “so-called” friends to testify undet oath.
That’s the only way we will get the truth.
Jodi knows the truth and she’s afraid for her family.IMO

  77. im just being bitter bertha now, but how can jodi be so manipulative, when no one (but us) believes her, and travis is dead and still has all those fools believing hes a saint. Aww well travis only wanted anal because she seduced him. travis only liked hearing her because she sounded like a 12 year old having an orgasm. Travis didn’t mean to degrade a woman he was just trying to get her out of his life. poor travis.

If we were the same type of people as all these jodi haters, and the malicious type like them, if they unleashed us all i believe most of them would shut the fuck up

    • Sorry Chrysz I would NOT call TA a saint, far from it! Nor do I think that Jodi deserves the death penalty, but what this law basically states is that anyone that protects themselves from an abuser by killing them is going to wind up with either life or the death penalty. How fair is that?

      • i by no means think that shitstain is a saint. nor do i think anyone here does. wait

      • Debbie.

Agreed, TA wasn’t no FKen SAINT……… far from it leading a double life or dual personalities. AZ laws are messed up, and I don’t agree with this verdict, the jurors are ignorant……… and I don’t think they understood DV or self-defense. Just looked at the photos and sat back and said Hmmm M1 . They didn’t even ask the judge for materials or questions or for anything to be read back to them…. FK all those jurors this isn’t over yet……… Keep the faith my Jodi Supporters.

        • The law in AZ where you can have the jury ask 200 questions, then the prosecutor gets to come back and answer them sucks.

Like you said it was HLN’s questions, because when the state was though, the talking heads were so disappointed and were saying why didn’t he ask this or that, sooooooooooo, the jury and HLN got that chance. Some questions were repeated in the same wording!
Why did they have so many questions to the witness, but when deliberating they had none?

  78. They should just make a new jury instruction for today’s idiots….which side do you like better, defense or prosecution?

  79. Hi everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. During these days I had a little time to cheer up because after Jodi’s beredict was read last week,I was devastated. I was very dipressed, but I feel better now and with more hope and faith. I wanted to share this article from CNN back in 2010. I’m pretty sure some of you know about this women, “The Blue-eyed butcher”. I’m going to copy and paste some of the content of this article and then on the bottom I will post the link.

    http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/11/03/texas.susan.wright.sentence/index.html

Houston, Texas — A Houston woman known as the “blue-eyed butcher” was resentenced Tuesday to 20 years for stabbing her husband some 200 times.

Susan Wright was convicted of first-degree murder in 2004 in the stabbing death of her husband, Jeffrey Wright. According to testimony, she buried the body in the backyard of their Houston-area home.

The same jury that convicted Wright sentenced her at the time to 25 years in prison, but an appeals court overturned her sentence last year, saying her attorneys had bungled the case.

A new jury was seated last month to determine Wright’s punishment, with possible punishments ranging from community supervision to life behind bars.

During more than two weeks of dramatic testimony, family members, Jeffrey Wright’s ex-girlfriends, and neighbors of the Wrights squarely divided over whether the 34-year-old victim was a loving family man or a violent, cocaine-fueled abuser.

A medical examiner testified he was able to count 193 wounds on the body, with the actual number of stab wounds well in excess of that. Defense attorneys claim Wright killed in the heat of passion after years of beatings and rapes.

Prosecutors argued Wright was tired of married life, and angry at her husband’s drug use and frequent late nights out. “This was not a battered woman — this was divorce by homicide,” said Assistant District Attorney John Jordan during his closing argument on Monday. He asked jurors to sentence Wright to no less than 45 years behind bars.

Among the witnesses not called in the 2004 trial was psychologist Jerome Brown, who interviewed Wright days after the killing. Brown diagnosed Wright with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, and told jurors last week she was in a “dissociative state” while attempting an elaborate cleanup after the killing.

Brown also testified that Wright told him her husband was asleep when she retrieved a knife from their kitchen and began to stab him. This differs from Wright’s tearful testimony at her original trial, when she said she killed her husband in self-defense after he stood over her with the knife and said “Die, bitch!”

Prosecutors have scoffed at the idea that the 5’4″, 120-pound defendant could have overpowered her 6’2″, 220-pound husband, and argued to the jury she tied him to their bed before killing him. They also suggested she may have drugged him with gamma-hydroxybutyric acid, known as the “date-rape drug,” low levels of which were found in Jeffrey Wright’s system.

Because Brown didn’t testify in 2004, prosecutors did not have access to his notes. Last week, however, Jordan questioned Brown about the discrepancy in the defendant’s stories and about a telephone call from her original defense attorney, Neal Davis, on the eve of the trial. Davis had just read Brown’s notes and realized they were detrimental to his client’s claim of self-defense. The call was tape-recorded by Davis.

Brown admitted he responded with an expletive, and then said, “I’ll take a look at my notes and see if there’s any way to get around that problem.”

Also new on the witness stand were two former girlfriends of the victim, whose colorful testimony drew occasional laughter. Misty McMichael testified Wright beat her repeatedly during their two-year relationship and tried to control her every move.

Prosecutors called the woman’s story a blend of fiction and exaggeration, disputing her claims Wright that threw her down a staircase 104 times and kept her locked in a room above his family’s flooring business. As she sparred verbally with prosecutor Connie Spence, the judge scolded McMichael, saying she was turning the hearing into “a circus.”

Another woman, Marcy Holloway, came forward to prosecutors only recently, and testified last week that Wright was a patient, caring boyfriend with whom she broke up only because “I could not handle being with a man better looking than myself.”

Wright’s new defense attorneys argued that she has been punished enough, and asked for probation. “Her bedroom was a hell chamber. Her house was a prison. She’s been in the penitentiary,” said Jonathan Munier, adding that Wright has also signed away her parental rights. The Wrights’ two children have been adopted by Jeffrey Wright’s brother.

“He’s the damn devil,” continued Munier. “And how do you kill the devil? You can’t. He’s still here, still tormenting her. What more can she lose?”

Wright was given a chance to address the victim’s family after the verdict was announced. “I just want you to know that I’m sorry. I’m sorry he’s not here,” she said softly. “I’m sorry you don’t have your son, and your brother.”

The five women and seven men deliberated for more than 10 hours over two days. Wright will be eligible for parole in 2014.

    • Seen that movie a few times, and it’s been on at least twice since this trial has started.

      • I think there so many things in common. The difference was that she stabbed him 199 times, and in her case I believe that she had a fair trial both times.

        • She was also very paranoid and thought he was going to come back and kill her after she buried him in the back yard. He would wake her up in when he got home and force her to have sex. Also, he was on drugs ( cocaine I believe)………. She was a mess for a while, and should exhibits of being a battered women.

          • But i bet you that if she had Juan Martinez as the persecutor, she would it have the Death Penalty.

            • Audrey, you can bet your life on that one…………. JUAN is a slime ball all for stroking his ego to move up the ladder. He could care less if a women was beaten , raped, or abused in some other sort of fashion.

              • Poor Jodi, I don’t know what was the worst think that happened to her, if TA with his abuse to her, or Juan with all his lies, arrogance, and dirty tricks he played in the court room.

                • I would say JUAN bc not she has a M1 charge and maybe looking at life in prison with no parole, or DP…. I think I would take the long distance abuse. I would not want to live behind bars for my rest of my life…………

    • Gee,
After reading about Susan Wright in Houston, where I lived all of my life except now we
live in Spring, just seconds from Houston, I have more faith here now.

It isn’t good but beats the hell out of what Jodi is getting,
I now some of you have said since te verdict, you wake up depressed.
      I understand, I do too.

Jodi needs another trial and away from Phoenix and a sequestured jury.

I don’t see why all of the pictures need to be shown.
With some of the pictures they went overboard IMO.

ANd they NEED to have TA’s “family and friends” testify where they were whenTA was
killed. I know I’ve saod that before, but how can it be fair if all of those assholes get on TV and tell what a great guy he was and how awful Jodi is.

They need to tell the jury how they told Jodi she should stay away from Travis, how bad he was, AND then turn right around and talk about how awful Jodi is. I’m sick of them and they’ve talked way too much with this trial still going on.
      Very UNJUST!

  80. I’ve just had a thought!
Remember when Nancy was about to have a fit thinking she wasn’t going to get
1st degree. Well, she said premeditation can be in seconds, Vinnie the same and so all of the talking heads went with that.

I think juan knew he lost the jury on premeditation, so he went with that premeditation
can be seconds and the jury went with that.

    What do you think???
That is total BS because what is protecting yourself, defending yourself??
I really need help on this.

    Any answers?

That isn’t the law, is it?

    • Aly scroll up a little bit and read what I wrote about self-defense and what Debbie wrote on pre med

    • Apparently all you have to do is reflect on the thought of killing someone. Meaning you could think to yourself, “I’m going to kill him” and then do the deed. It is kind of confusing to me too though. A lot of people are saying since she slit his throat, she had to know she was going to kill him in advance, hence the premeditation. But how do we know that really? Where’s the proof that she reflected on killing him? I don’t believe there is any. It’s possible she wasn’t in the right frame of mind and truly didn’t realize what she was doing when the slit throat happened. I know because it has happened to me many times. I’ve done things without reflecting on doing it. I didn’t even realize what I was going until after the fact. Everyone’s brain functions differently.

      • Remember when JM was questioning Jodi on cross about the order of events & he said there was amount of “time” when she thought to slammed closet door, there a amount of “time” for her to think to get the gun, so forth and so on… He was setting the stage for this premeditation of “time to reflect “. One way or another the jury could arrive at a premeditation verdict… Which they did. I think that is why the defense fought so hard for the experts testimony trying to get the jury to see it was fight or flight response. You can relate, they didn’t.

      • Britney, 🙂

“truly didn’t realize what she was doing when the slit throat happened. I know because it has happened to me many times.”

I’m very tired this evening and when I read this it made me smile….I know how you meant it but the first time I read it my mind was like, huh?? haha!

Seriously though, who could ever know what was in the mind of someone during a fight for one’s life? Who really would stop to reflect what the outcome of your actions will be if one is in full fight mode? Plus one’s mind is not working normally during the fight or flight moments, blood is leaving the brain, going to the extremities to ensure one is able to flee or fight. So how does one pause and think?

As far as the throat thing, I’ve always had a difficult time wrapping my head around Jodi doing this. If she did, she did, but it is such a far out there, over the top, masculine kind of act. And to get the incision so precise as this was, using a kitchen knife that had been dulled by cutting rope earlier in the day seems …. off.

It’s not as though Jodi moonlighted for a Mexican drug cartel and was learned in this ….. or did she 😉 😉

    • Aly-
You are probably right. All the new Ideas that Juan had to bring in to trial came from HLN. Not only that, he probably had Nancy Disgrace on speed dial. Not to mention all the questions from the jury were very similar to the ones they show on HLN.To me there is absolutely no dout that those jurors saw media coverage.

      • Audrey,

You got that right! NG is JM’s PAL (Personal Ass Licker). HLN is probably throwing a party for Juan!!!

        • No doubt Natalie. They will probably serve their next victim’s blood for drinks.

          • @ Natalie,

“NG is JM’s PAL (Personal Ass Licker)”

            hahahaha!!!!!

            Travis was Jodi’s PAL too!!!!

….. that boy liked tossed salads …. 🙂

    • Aly, I heard that also.

If that is in fact the case, that pre med can be made in seconds then grabbing the steak knife off the dinner table and stabbing a partner to death because the pasta is not al dente could be considered planned vs temp insanity?

Who could get to use self defense or crime of passion, or the old standby *snapping* if pre med can be made in seconds? I found that confusing also.

I always thought pre med was a plan in one’s mind to inflict harm, that one was cognizant of their actions and knew the action would likely cause the death of another. And usually are at the scene prepared with a weapon or tools to make it happen, a get away plan, alibi, hiring someone, etc. but most of all have mulled intent to cause harm.

Maybe AA or our other legal stars will enlighten us.

        • Aly, no I was not suggesting that Jodi’s case should have considered temp insanity. I was just mulling the frustration of learning how per med can be made in the moments prior to killing someone.

  81. “Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.”
~ Andy Defresne (Tim Robbins) The Shawshank Redemption

Hope is the vital foundation for all future plans and dreams. Without hope, there is no reason to believe life can be better. Hopeful people never give up on their quest to improve life’s circumstances for ourselves and others. That my dear friends is exactly what we are here to do…

  82. Glad you liked the Jon Stewart. I’m fuming and soooo disgusted! I’m in delayed mode because my 91-year old dad was extremely ill for six days. I can’t believe this mess of a trial and this mess that is our society. Other countries are laughing at us! Even they know that jurors “cheat.” Check this one out.

Jodi, there are some bad people in this world, but Justice has always prevailed in the face of evil and it will for you too. Please keep hope and faith in the good of people. Just as we see the good in you.~~

  83. my last post for the night…some people have never experienced abuse and some have, some have witnesses and some do not. some do not understand your reaction when forced to save your life. Then to top it off they want to blame you for your reaction.. that what you did was too much.

Your mind is filled with fear, and there isn’t just one form of fear, there are many. The fear that makes your gut clench, your heart feel like its risen into your throat, and until you feel your body freeze all the way up to your spine, only some know about those fears. Those don’t always come with a shove or a punch or kidney blows but they are devastating regardless. Then when someone comes along and tells you that you are wrong for reacting finally instead of cowering? That is even more devastating then the actual harm you suffered. You blame yourself enough and now you have a whole crew of hating murder hungry witch mobbing stone age hypocrites? Am I concerned on jodi’s withdrawal from reality? not in the lines of trying live day to day. As far as the TA killing team. Well… I’ll see them in hell because I know what it feels like to want to see them as dead as they want jodi

  84. Chrysz,
I can’t imagine how Jodi must feel.
There was one thing that really stood out to me in the text is when travis,
said she would feel the wrath from him????
    Wrath from him??
There were several other things talking hate to her. I guess she’s used to these
hatefull talking idiots that really don’t know what the hell they’re talking about.

She is so much smarter and kinder and it’s killing them!!
It WILL bite them one day.

    • good read thanks the world should read it to just think of the violence the Muslims woman go thru they have it bad there

  85. OK I am at the point that I just give up trying to post from the flippen phone..but I will continue to read everyones post.

But I do have something to say and hopefully it ill make sense.

Last night Jose B. was on CNN. He more or less said Jodi put the needle in her own arm with that interview last Wed. JM will use it against her.
Now I am very sad for Jodi..But I still understand why she did it.

    • That is sad Cindy, and right now only God knows. Let’s hold good thoughts & pray Mr. Baez is incorrect on that. Like you, I understand that she wanted to get a message out to DV victims. Her timing however for her own well being may have been ill advised. There is a certain something about that girl that I can’t quite put my finger on. There is such a sweetness mixed in with her obvious feistiness, along with a classically tragic bent that for me makes her incredibly heroic. And so in that way, I see her as an archetype, if that makes any sense.

  86. I will keep candles burning and say prayers for Jodi and her family* today. It will be a difficult time….I have no illusions. This is a bend in the road on the journey to Jodi’s freedom. Of course, this is not the end, there is much to do and much to be done. I know she will prevail and the truth will be known. So I stay positive, send good energy and have faith that justice will be done.

    Hugs and prayers to all.

*Arias family and “family” of supporters.

  87. I have been questioning this whole case myself regarding the intruders as well as the part regarding the slashing of the throat. It is a blood atonement in Mormon religion from Joseph Smith’s teachings- this was the atonement for adultery and abusing/using women in the days when Mormon religion was first founded. I am sorry but that is too coincidental to me… I mean how often do you hear about someone slashing someones throat? And who could imagine doing such a thing? I cannot imagine it and I have even entertained the idea that Jodi might have been possessed by some bad spirit that was maybe punishing TA for disgracing the Mormon religion…. this case was not fair as we all know.
    Amy-

    • oh the reason I started reading this was b/c of Kavonna Arias. I went to her sight. It is amazing how real it looks. I did notice that there are some pics that are posted several times and I still don’t know which person she is proclaiming to be in the pics. I mean if she is related to Jodi she would have a photo taken of them together you would think…. right? so who are the ppl in the photos and which one was she pretending to be? It really doesn’t matter, I am just amazed at how some people will do anything for the oddest reasons however, I think one of hers is the donations? I guess? … ? I mean what is she hoping to gain besides that ? I don’t understand cuz she doesn’t seem to be bad mouthing Jodi but she is lying. How do you all know she is a fraud and how can we get that page taken down or out her?

  88. I cant believe Nancy Grace went so far as to go behind bars and tried to turn the women prisoners where Jodie is at against jodie, I mean really just because Jodie flipped Nancy the bird in court does she have to go this far to get her back !!
