     • Yes, that is Miss Lucy

       • I have a Boston too!! YaY! She’s my Belly. She had her 10th birthday in October. Miss Lucy looks like a pup. So adorable! How old is she?

         • She was a pup in that picture, grown up girl now with another youngun to boss around – Tucker is traditional color black and white and is 8 months old now.

           • I am tempted to get another one but I’m not sure Belly could handle it. Belly is also Black and White. AWESOME dogs…Belly is right here on my bed with me all snuggled up. Did you get them from a breeder?

             • Lucy still hasn’t decided whether or not Tucker should live here, or live at all for that matter, but she hasn’t killed him yet either. And he is finally learning some manners with her (might have to do with the fact that she’s coming in season and he’s such a hopeless optimist, lol).

               • no plans to breed – but don’t tell Tucker! His hope is teaching him some respect!

         • I have a Boston Terrior also. ( I mentioned that here once.) She really does watch t.v., and especially loves Animal Planet. She insists upon burrowing under the blankets at night.
           They are an extrememely expressive breed.
           She totally flirts with my boyfriend and makes the most lovey- dovey kind of expressions.
           We want to get her a companion dog, but it will have to be a male so she doesn’ t get jealous_ and small and docile because we have cats who the BT drives crazy, and the BT is high- energy.
           The name Belly is cute. Mine is Jessie, but we also call her Bug, Piglet, Bologni Butt.

88. Hi All ! Well, here are my thoughts so far about today’s testimony: Dr. G is pointing out the following points about Jodi and her relationships and how this reflects on who the aggressor really was in her relationship to T-Dogg:

    1- Jodi had a long history of abuse starting w/parents, then moving onto Bobby, not so much Matt (although he cheated on her) and then finally w/TA – Darryl was the only one that never abused Jodi and she wanted to marry him but he wasn’t ready 🙁
    2- Jodi from early on as a result of this abusive and controlling behavior by others towards her developed depression/anxiety
    3 – Jodi was NOT a manipulator, nor was she aggressive or angry personality (despite two small incidences that she relates about kicking a door/wall – Dr. G states is not a pattern and not directed toward people)
    4- Jodi is a people pleaser as most abuse victims are, they tend to go overboard in doing things to make others happy, like spend too much money on them, change their looks, etc.
    5- TA was a total manipulator/controller/abuser as evidenced by CASH emails –
    6- TA abused and used and controlled Jodi per Dr. G and other’s words

    All of this fits perfectly into the TRUTH that Jodi did not set out to kill TA but was defending herself from TA when he attacked her. You can not look at those photos and see anything evil or manipulating about Jodi. But if you notice or remember most all of the photos of Jodi and TA, TA is NEVER smiling only smirking like an arrogant manipulator. So hopefully those will be shown as well. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Can’t sort the wheat from the chaff, yet apparently – EVEN when this penalty phase has brought out so much more evidence.      • Jodi has been portrayed by the media as a sex kitten and Travis an innocent Mormon…Just by reading the texts he sent to Jodi lets me know he was abusive to her…Jodi tried in every way to give her love to him and he took full advantage of the situation…He knew she loved him throughout the whole relationship and she would do anything to please him…How could a religious man call a woman a 3 hole wonder to his friends is not very Mormon like to me…The anger he had towards Jodi when he stated she was the worst thing that ever happened to him was his way of redirecting the focus of the anger he had for himself because he loved having sex with her..He was conflicted with his sexual desires and religious beliefs so, I could see that as a reason for him to verbally, mentally and even physically abuse her…I highly doubt Travis was a virgin until he met Jodi but, that’s what the media wants to portray… And yes, Jodi lied about killing Travis and she also tried to cover up her tracks…She was terrified…But, is she guilty of murder or self defense? That is the question….I don’t believe she would have killed Travis if she didn’t fear for her life…Travis wasn’t ashamed of Jodi..He was ashamed of himself..He wasn’t hiding her, he was hiding from himself…He had to protect his image and Jodi got in the way….In other words if Jodi is a liar he was the biggest liar of them all..He lived a double life at the expense of a beautiful young woman…The only mistake Jodi made was not going to the police immediately….I do not believe she would have been convicted of murder if she had…

214. I have to admit, I have never been in an abusive relationship myself. Never been hit or physically touched in any way. Sure, I have been “used”, but nothing that I would call abuse. I did however grow up watching my mother get the living hell beat out of her – alcoholic dad. I remember being terrified of him (my dad) back then. It DOES leave a lasting mark on ones’ spirit.

     I guess my point is that although I have personally never been abused in a personal relationship, I can not fathom the lack of compassion and human understanding by people toward Jodi. How anyone can sit in negative judgment after the plethora of evidence against TA toward Jodi just boggles my mind. The lack of human empathy in our society scares me. This case SCREAMS abuse on every level.

I’m very sure that Jodi would have to pay for her meds. if she is even receiving them.

221. T-Dogg’s early days were no different. He is buying a ring and proposing to Linda in Jan 2002 and Deanna Reid testified that they were dating 2001 – 2004. Two young women who thought they were the only one and in a serious relationship.

     Linda Ballard Boss – NAG Show – Yes, I – – I remember when he bought that ring. I knew he was planning on proposing to me. And we thought about getting married in February of 2002. So I think it was January that he bought the ring for me. And I actually started to have doubts about whether I wanted to continue the relationship. And I broke off our relationship before he had the chance to propose. But that ring – (they dated for about a year)

     Deanna Reid’s testimony: Several weeks after I had been home from my mission, we started talking again, and I would see him at church. So we began talking and being friends again.
     JM: And as you began to talk and you became friends, did this become more than a friendship?
     DR: It did. Yes, we began dating again.
     JM: And about when was that, if you returned in, what, the end of 2001, when would this be that you started to date again?
     DR: In the beginning of 2002.
     JM: And when you began dating in 2002, was it a situation where he could date other people or just you, or were you guys exclusive, or did you talk about it?
     DR: At that time, we were exclusive, when we started dating again in 2002.
     JM: So it looks like from 2001 to 2004, you`re dating in southern California?
     DR: Yes.
     JM: And during that time, you and he are dating exclusively, then, right?
