While neither “magic” nor an “instant fix”, the law of attraction can be very powerful, if the principles are applied correctly. Put basically — you attract into your life whatever you think about… and your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest. The fact that the majority of haters are miserable sons of bitches is not a coincidence :mrgreen:

Here’s one of my favorite LoA quotes which sums it up nicely:

The law of attraction cannot change anything in your life that you hate, because hate prevents the change from coming. Since the law is giving us exactly what we are putting out, when you hate something the law must continue to give you more of what you hate. You will not be able to move away from it. Love is the only way.

If you focus completely on the things you love, then you are on your way to a beautiful life.

There will only ever be one outcome here, and it will be positive.

WE ARE TEAM JODI – AND WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS.

Zach Billings was one of the roommates that discovered the body on June 9th – or so he says. The thing is, when asked about the last time he saw TA (as noted in Gloria Esteban’s police report), he stated Thursday morning, as he was on his way out to pick up his girlfriend. Assuming he didn’t mean Thursday June 5th, we’ll take that to mean Thursday of the previous week – that being May 29th.

Now, when asked the same question by NG, he says he last saw him on the Sunday.

Billings also stated (in the same police report) that he did the laundry on Saturday June 7th, then when asked again he changed it to Wednesday June 4th.

In a follow-up interview (further on in the report) he then stated he wasn’t positive he’d done the laundry on Tuesday morning… but went on to say the clothing found in the washing machine was either TA’s or Enrique’s because  TA “would never wash his whites with colors”.

Even though Billings is a dumb as a box of rocks, I’m not saying he was directly involved in the events of June 4th 2008, but I’m quite certain he knows a lot more than he’s letting on. I actually think he intended to do the laundry on the 7th… he saw all the stuff in the machine… then he went into the bedroom & bathroom to investigate… hence the shoe impression found on the tiled floor in the bathroom – see pic below…

So it’s highly likely that he made the discovery a few days prior to everyone else, but decided to keep quiet about it for reasons only he knows.

Prosecutor Fail – the long and the short of it…

Going on Martinez’ performance to date, we all know what a below-par prosecutor he is… and how Jodi has run him ragged all week… but it’s always good to see all his shortfalls explained in detail.

With that in mind, check out the following overview of Martinez – kindly posted here yesterday by UNF – and see how many you can relate to.

“Some notes on the performance of prosecutor JM (by a non-US law student):

1. JM is a painting-by-numbers type lawyer; more a mechanical grafter than natural talent.

2. During XE, his method dictates that one must keep the witness on an extremely short leash, allowing yes/no answers only, without elaboration. This indicates fearfulness of losing control, due to a lack of ability to intelligently improvise on the basis of any unexpected information which may emerge.

3. However, there are some major problems with following this rule of thumb too rigidly:

– A) in order to paint a coherent mental picture of the guilty scenario for the jury via only yes/no answers, the formulation of the questions put becomes extremely important. To do this properly, one must have a masterful command of the facts, a vivid imagination, unbreakable focus and a clinical command of the language in use. JM is rather weak on all 4 here, but ‘compensates’ by hardly listening to the witness and persistently trying to modify his questions after having gotten the answer. He thus wastes energy fighting the witness instead of skillfully eliciting the testimony required to prove his case.

– B) the witness, if allowed to elaborate, may inadvertently offer evidence favourable to the prosecution. It appeared to me that several times he has thoughtlessly prevented JA from helping herself to more rope (pun intended).

– C) if done in an over-emotional manner (JM’s voice often cracks up with frustration) in front of a jury it comes across as bullying or unnecessary hostility, thus generating reactive sympathy for the defendant.

4. He lacks grasp of the English language, often struggling to find words to express himself. JA is well ahead of him on this front and has the (for JM, infuriating) knack of making it painfully obvious by fixing on the subtle difference between what he said and what he wished he had said.

5. He appears to have a short temper and something of a sensitivity about being Hispanic, as seen by his accusatory jibe that Nurmi thinks “all people with Spanish names are the same” after innocently mixing him up with Flores early in the trial.

6. He would evidently benefit from having assistant counsel but apparently ego does not admit this. Possibly connected to his hinted inferiority complex.

7. He is not enjoyable to watch and his excited voice not scoring points will grate on the jurors ears, so they tune out his noise as much as possible.

Well… I think the little guy has finally lost the plot. Shouting & gesticulating for 3 hours about gas cans, number plates & gas station receipts just ain’t gonna a cut it with the jury… that’s assuming they didn’t fall asleep during his latest jizz-less performance.

All it proves is that Martinez has no evidence. He’s trying to win this case based on assumption, speculation, hearsay & hot air. But there’s just no way all 12 jurors are gonna be convinced beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt. He knows that already. He’s known it for a long while. So has everyone else.

AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN.

I know it must be beyond infuriating for the TravisTown haters & pedo-huggers, knowing they’re not gonna get the “result” they want… but they had better get used to it – and fast.

Latest score after 4 days?

Jodi 4 – 0 Martinez.

Yesterday, Jodi once again successfully derailed the Martinez 3-ring circus and accompanying sideshow.

Here’s one of the more pertinent questions he asked…

“So what exactly happened at the time, if nothing happened before you knew nothing was going to happen? Yes or no? Right?”

Jodi 3 – 0 Martinez.

Let’s get ready for a repeat of that today, as Jodi takes one step closer to victory with day 4 of her cross examination. Hopefully, lunch will be included.

Jodi Arias Trial – Day 22

A new week, and day 2 of Jodi’s cross examination begins.

As I said yesterday — before you can convince anyone of anything, you have to be 100% convinced of it yourself… and this is where Martinez struggles. He knows this wasn’t pre-meditated murder… as much as he’d like it to be… so he has to put on an act and pretend it was. This is precisely why he’s continually losing the plot and (in turn) losing the case.

So let the little guy carry on with his aerobic styled pissing match antics, and Jodi can continue to knock him flat and stamp “dickhead” on his forehead multiple times.

I can’t really see either of them changing their approach this week – and why would they?
