1. The silence in this case is deafening but that’s probably just my lack of patience since this silence can obviously go on for another several months with no end date.
   However, what is really more deafening is the absolute uncalled for silence about the Mutant Ninja Turtle boy proceedings, right?

   Frank – I have heard that there is a twitter campaign to kick that guy Barwood off of Twitter. I would think you would have heard about this?
   I would imagine Jodi’s appeal will be ruled on this month sometime.

     Nope, I had no idea.
     Although I had a disagreement with him that was an absolute unacceptable NoGo and a disappointment for me and made me leave his FB group like 2+ months ago or somethijg I still respect him as a reasonable and educated man in general, one I can relate to on a similar level.
     VERY unlike the well known and unmatched intellectual dwarf pack on Twitter who might be behind this. These people are really an absolute insult to even traces of intelligence, decency, intellectual honesty and education or for mankind in general and they are even to fucking dumb to realize it and think they are smart lol, so it does not surprise me at all if this is going on. Precise and reasonable thinking is not for them as well as free speech isn’t. Dark age fork-swinging brain switched off lynch mob types with Neanderthaler genes/intellectual abilities. You get more intellectual feedback from a piece of wood.
     I didn’t notice it though. Twitter is not for discussion.
     Only state of the art morons like them whose attention span does not exceed the length of a limerick or even less complex statements would discuss complex matters like Jodi’s case on Twitter, or anything that goes beyond “I just had a successful dump”. 🙂
     I’m not kidding, I had one of their top morons with the attention span of a fruit fly in George’s group who seriously asked me to write shorter statements (as opposed to connect several related matters like intelligent and scientific educated people wouod do to evaluate complex matters) since following more than one sentence went way beyond his intellectual capabilites loool. Just wow, I have no understanding nor respect for such degenerated people

     BTW, I’m not so sure about your optimism regarding the appeal court. That can go on for months to come. I can only guess how poor Jodi must feel while waiting for a decision thar might impact the rest of her life.
     However, as I said above, why is there so much silence about Martínez’ case/charges/trial?

3. With regard to Martinez, I have a feeling that many people may be thinking that his current status may be as far as Arizona is prepared to go with him. He is now relegated to an unglamorous department of auto theft. I would literally be surprised if Arizona disbarred him because they are probably worried about having to replace him. This is a bad reason but the only one I could think of. This was indeed a demotion no matter what the AG called it.
   I thought I had heard that Jodi’s appeal was slated to be ruled on this month at some point which is why I said that above.

   • OK, let’s see, I didn’t read/hear anything about any time span, much less a specific month they are going to come up with any decision but I was pretty much busy with other stuff and traveling the last 3 months. I hope you are tight but my understanding atm is it’s still an open end procedure.

     I think Martínez has open charges regarding several different matters which are totally independent from his demotion, right? I heard nothing about them being dropped, rather the true or false PR statement that this demotion was done to make him available for these charges, time – wise. However, they are still thete but silence has covered the corruption infected lands of Arizona…

     BTW I’ve no idea if that is what you were talking about but today someone posted a link on FB, a link to a change.org petition, basically “accusing” George of having either a different, educated or any opinion at all lol – with zero signatures so far. 🙂 This petition might even be too ridiculous and dumb within their ranks where intelligence is really not a cultivated feature to begin with.
     As I said the average of these people are caricatures from people who already had no significant brain regarding the original. Basic concepts like independent, precise and educated thinking and opinion making processes are also totally unknown to them, or even basic concepts like free speech.
     I mean nobody from us here demands that they are not ALLOWED to have their pitiful illogical and dumb opinions right?
     Waste of genetic material and lesser beings, that’s basically what I see in them and any minute discussing with them is wasting lifetime you could spend productively with banging your head against the wall…
     I’ve no fucking idea why George does even bother and gets entangled in their ridiculous circular and illogical “arguments” which make no sense whatsoever, true for 90+ % of these human caricatures – yet they repeat them all the time.
     But they don’t even understand basic ideas of logic argument chains and syllogisms/etc., and all what is connected to this topic. They mix up presuppositions out of the blue with no evidence whatsoever and even plain assumptions with facts and evidence etc., and they are just too dumb to see their own core logical fallacies, and it’s a real pain in the brain to talk to them.
     They are truly dumb people, to the core, just as an obvious and objective fact, and absolutely not to mock them for the heck of it.
     Many of them, especially 5-6 of their most active brain failures, remind me very much of discussing with believers who make ridiculous circular arguments like “God/Bible is true because Bible”, that’s how they “think” and it’s the maximum “reasoning” they can pull from their sad excuses of brains, really a pain in the brain.
     And I told George that allowing this over and over, even after explaining it to them why they make no sense at all and should reconfigure their flawed reasoning is a fucking waste of lifetime.
     At some point you simply have to call out these ridiculous illogical people and their senseless arguments mercilessly and demand a full stop and much like in Monopoly ask them to go the fuck back to start with no medal, and this time at least try to think at least remotely logical, as much as that might be very limited by their intellectual capabilites.
     Otherwise it’s an infinite loop of dealing with the very same debunked and illogical ‘arguments”/fallacies over and over and truly a waste of this one life we have.

I’m not posting the link here (look it up yourself if you want or more precisely bother wasting time) since I don’t want to spread her mindless and remarkably primitive filth in this direct way but there is a Nancy DisGrace podcast with Kirk “Mental” Nurmi and other sellouts and troubled people about pedo bear.

   “Surprisingly” with that demented and proven liar cast not really worth listening to and I could only bear like half of this mindless gossip/tabloid/yellow press level crap, even in the car with nothing else to do.
   As a scientist/engineer I’d describe it as “white noise” only for really simple-minded, gullible and mentally challenged people, in other words the typical Nancy DisGrace audience with a brain and attention span like a piece of cheese… and that is probably an insult to the poor piece of cheese right there. 🙂

6. Well well, Juan’s disciplinary trysts with the blogger and others won’t be publicly televised. His disciplinary hearing will be behind closed doors due to sexually explicit information. Jodi sure wasn’t afforded that same courtesy now was she. Still protecting Juan.

   • Extremely disappointing but maybe this will be brought up by her defense. If it is good for Juan that it should certainly be the only just thing for Jodi . . . .WHICH they didn’t do. Juan was busy trying to make himself famous off of Jodi’s misfortunes. Was her character taken into consideration? NO. The whole case against her was made up by a lying and cheating prosecutor only to promote himself. When, if ever, will they take notice????? ARIZONA FREE JODI ARIAS! STOP IGNORING THE CORRUPTION! Those who turn a blind eye are just as guilty as Juan Martinez, imho. Wonder why they are protecting him with all of the dirt that has been presented?

7. They are saying that they are protecting the victims by not televising the hearing. There is also investigation about how the public came to know the identity of the juror who voted against the death penalty. How ironic that the blogger displays others dirty laundry in her blog on a daily basis, but is still protected by the court from her own dirty laundry being distributed. The real person being protected is the latest auto theft prosecutor JM.

   corrupt to the core and worthless trash people like Martinez, Nancy DisGrace, etc., people of that any integrity/honesty/etc. and right to live in a developed not Neanderthaler like society lacking kind, will always exist, and society can easily cope with them and the filth they represent – as long as they are exceptions and have no broad support.
   However, really disturbing are the deeply disgusting people/human trash that supports these insults to humanity and who are insults to humanity themselves. People who are seriously dumb, uneducated and/or not decent enough to do so, people who regard unbelievable primitive sad excuses for human beings like DisGrace seriously as a news/information source while it couldn’t be more of inaccurate disinformation, charlatanery and boulevard of the lowest and most primitive easy to see through level possible, IF you own a working brain and a significant amount of education, or at least some minimal amount of human integrity/decency. You need to be so extremely low-life and worthless to listen to this woman or to praise/support Martinez, it’s simply unbelievable to me.
   Totally independant from this case here btw., just in general and regarding what their depraved demeanor and code of conduct represents and offers to a modern and developed society.
   Without such knuckle draggers who listen to/support/praise people like Martinez and DisGrace (as well as JVM, VinniePooh and Drew, etc.) wouldn’t even exist in public or would not thrive and make a living from being insults to mankind.

9. The AZ Courts didn’t seem to mind destroying Jodi’s life with the awful, disgusting and degrading way they allowed Juan to conduct this sham of a trial. It was a Circus. The Officers of the Law in AZ should be put under a microscope until someone discovers the vast amount of injustice that actually happened in this case (and many others). It is past time for Jodi to be set free. The fact is Jodi shouldn’t have been convicted. SELF DEFENSE IS NOT A CRIME. Still praying for Jodi’s Freedom. ((((((TEAM JODI & JODI)))))))

    Some of this could also be Nurmi’s version of “payback” since he has now given up his law license and is now trying to remake himself although it is a mystery about what he is actually trying to accomplish. I am curious if the rules of privilege follow him even after he is no longer an attorney?
    In addition, I guess I was wrong like many others who thought that the appellate panel was going to render a decision in January.

    • Yes, ethical rules still apply, but there is no way for the Bar to enforce them — only the civil suit, which I believe is on hold.

      Regarding the CoA decision, these assumptions, from whoever, were all totally pointless tea leaves reading stunts to begin with.
      The rules of the CoA clearly state “We”thrive” to come up with a decision withing 6 months” which would be end of April if they use this 6 months pseudo deadine. However, this rule means literally really nothing, because it still can happen on Monday… or in a year or whenever – law people at “work” lol.
      At the end they probably just pull straws, short = new trial, given the decision was not already rendered prior to the hearing on political basis anyway and they are not just playing a con/pretending game right now to not give that impression.
      The latter really cannot be totally ruled out and Jodi and we all might just being played atm.

16. The April timeframe makes a lot more sense as the law, like many other things in this country, moves at a snails pace. It sounds like the actual timeframe for the court is the proverbial.. “when we get to it!!!!”

17. Based on what I have heard on the ABC website, this is very likely a replay of the Friends Speak segment from the ID channel last fall. It appears that most of the same people are talking again.

18. The Bar attorney has petitioned the Arizona Supreme Court to overrule Judge McNeil’s dismissal of the part of the bar complaint regarding Martinez’s sexual harassment of coworkers.
