     I actually did have a power failure last night. Shut the damn furnace down long enough that the heat stored in the house lost its advantage over the falling temperatures. It won’t be warm in this house again, I fear, until the outside temps rise above 60.

     Anyway – today I’ve been caught up again in that project I mentioned.

     Gus Searcy said in one of the pitchforks interviews that Mimi is Dave’s sister. Not really sure how much Gus would know about that, though, so take it as you will.

     I gotta scroll on down and find out what happened today!

   • Not I BB. I only saw that one post one time when James said he knew for a fact and there is only one way someone can know for a fact and that is to be there at the time in my opinion.

   • Nope, he just came here, wrote that sentence and left.
     I think it was that ” for a fact” that made everyone go hmmmm… But deep down I believe he only intended to convey his belief that ”Jodi is innocent” but embellished it with a phrase that made some people here think there was more to his sentence.

   • Maybe he’s like me and knows it as a fact in his heart of hearts.

     • You could be very right…It was just a statement that just blew me away…..

111. As much as I would like to be able to watch this – and try to gauge if the jury is listening from Juan Martinez’ expressions – I wish they had banned cameras from the first trial. I think it would have been much better for Jodi if talking heads like Nancy Grace hadn’t had video that they could edit and manipulate to spin testimony to their liking.

     I think that posting tweets from three different sources is a great idea for validating the accuracy of the tweets’ contents. Thank you, Pandora, for taking the time to do this for everyone.

     I just hope the jury IS paying attention.

     • Trying to do two things at once never works for me…..I left one key phrase out of my first sentence: As much as I would like to be able to watch the proceedings today, I understand why the media is not being allowed to broadcast the court sessions – and I believe it would have been better for Jodi if this ruling had been made in the guilt phase trial, as well.
