in Latest News by

Today’s 2013 replay rolls on with the continuation of Dr Richard Samuels’ testimony and the start of Kermit’s cross.

Many of Kermit’s “trial performance” videos are now used in law schools all around the world. They are shining examples of how not to conduct yourself in a courtroom or handle a cross examination.

  1. Congrats Chrysz! 🙂

    LOL SJ!
I bet Kermit could write so many books on how to become the WORST Prosecutor ever!

”Guidebook to Courtroom Rage: How to Lose Your Temper In Less Than 10 Seconds”

  2. I am rewatching some testimony today and I can’t help to wonder how the trial would be different if there was a “real” judge. I have followed some other cases recently online and the judges actually have a backbone and don’t tolerate BS. And they actually pay attention to what is being said in their courtrooms and are able to keep the attorneys in check. Just my two cents! Have a great weekend all.

    • Vicky, pickles was non existant in the trial. She was just like a plant in the courtroom: for decoration purpose only! I have watched A LOT of trials (not only ones that took place in America) and I have never seen anything like her.

  3. Hello my lovely cyber family & friends!

Ohhhhhh how much I have missed you all!!!

Ok, here’s my news in a nutshell:

Was out of town last weekend, came back and when I finally powered up my laptop… TRAGEDY!!!! My hard drive was dead!

SJ, sent his special tech team peeps to revive it: They did their best! They tried everything!: cord to cord resuscitation, electric shock, open disc surgery… finally after hours and hours of waiting and pacing, the head chief came out of the ER and gave me the bad news… my baby died. Not only was the hard drive dead BUT the motherboard has about 3 months only!

SJ already sent me cord chip flowers for my loss… 🙁

Now I am on a loaned laptop and will have to see what I am going to do (eventually, I will have to give this one back).

So, if anyone has e-mailed me or pmed me on fb: I haven’t seen anything yet.

Well, off I go to catch up (and boy do I have a lot of catching up to do… bare with my many comments to come…).

      • SJ,
Thank you! Yes, it is a tragedy. Seriously speaking, I have been crying not only because my laptop died at the worst time ever (economically speaking) but also because I lost a lot of my files and data..)

        ATTENTION my friends:

ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILES!!!! I didn’t… and now bam! I have to start from the getgo (when I get a new pc).

      • Thanks for bringing us up to date, Pandora, amid the chaos! Sorry to hear of it. Hope things have a good resolution. Sending my best!

    • Pandora, glad to see you back! You have my deepest sympathy on the passing of your laptop 🙁
And especially all of your data, files, pictures. I know your pain it’s happened to me about three times.

      (((((PANDORA♥))))) (((((SIS)))))
