  1. It’s so obvious that Martinez got a lashing from the state DA at some point for his childish bickering and potential alienation of the jury. Unfortunately he toned it down at the end. Death penalty is completely out of the question now. All it takes is one to hang the whole deal. Hopefully there will be no compromise.

The FACT is that No One was there to prove Jodi was not in fear for her life. Travis abused her previously. Casey Anthony walks and this girl may be convicted? That would be a travesty. My real concern is that Arizona is tougher than virtually any other state.

    Jury nullification would be justice.

  2. there’s a lot that’s not right in this case ……..she even said at 1. in her 3 stories that somebody came out and play is the gun at her .maybe ,there is another person involved but she can’t sSY WHO ,or even better yet can’t rememberdo to mind control .I’M NOT trying to get anybody way off track here but ,for some reason I just can’t put my finger on this 1.and how could that Judge just allow Juan Martinez to keep babbling on and on and on like HE’S IN kindergarden .Maybe I just watch a lot of conspiracy theory with Jesse Ventura .This sure is a high profile case … not to get off track but I just can’t imagine how she could do this and pull his body down that hallway ….So just keep in mind we’re not in control .Bilderbergers ,the elite ,the government there in control .Anyways R.I.P.Travis Alexander ….And Jody my prayers are with you .accept Jesus in your heart now it’s a free gift .
