  1. Why is the type of lubricant Jodi used when she was 17 years old even matter? Why is her sex life 20 years ago the least bit pertinent to this case? I’m a little…alot amazed that them at this questioning is even allowed inallowed?

  2. I must thank all responsible for making these videos available. I was supposed to be in that jury, but declined, for personal reasons. Enough said. On the flip side, I am trying to keep a non biased attitude watching this, and I must confess, the prosecutor is getting on my nerves! He’s overbearing and acts like he’s got nothing to incriminate her with, except he’s trying to catch her on a technicality, which is low for a prosecutor. If the outcome turns out in favor of Jodi he’ll have nobody to blame but himself.
The thing is, if he fails to prove without a shadow of doubt that she intentionally killed him, she will not be convicted. My two cents.

  3. Here’s another dumb – stupid – idiotic question from the prosecutor: “Then if nothing happened before you know that nothing’s going to happen now, right?” You don’t have to be a psychologist or battered women’s counselor either to be aware of the fact that an abuser, by definition, is becoming increasingly more abusive and not staying at a consistent level of abuse?
He’s pulling these questions out of the hat!
What a dumb inference! This one really got on my nerves!

  4. If only you WERE on that Jury, Georgie … πŸ™ Lets hope he gets on everybody’s nerves on the Jury. He makes my brain hurt. And his song and dance routine about his antics, his demeanor, can’t recall exactly the word that Jodi used… but he went on and on and on.. making himself look stupider and stupider.. and just what has that got to do with anything about the case… arrrgh he makes me want to SCREAM!

  5. IF HE EVEN TRY`S TO SCREAM AT THE LADY THATS ON THE STAND NOW 3-26/27 THAT WILL BE THE END OF MARTINEZ SHE HAS EXPLAINED THE WHOLE REASON JODI HAD TO PERTECT HERSELF…AND THE WHOLE TRUTH ABOUT THE REASON TA. WAS A MEAN ABUSIVE PERSON…AND SHE IS NOT GUILTY OF MURDER 1 SELF DEFENSE IS NOT A CRIME…THE ONLY CRIME SHE IS GUILTY OF IS LYING TO THE POLICE…..

  6. I don’t think camping on this Snow White scenario i(Day 41) is beneficial to the prosecution. Is that the best ammo he’s got, to draw some parallel with a fairy tale? The prosecutor should have tweaked his delivery when dealing with Alyce LaViolette, knowing she is well aware how to deal with individuals with anger management issues. They should have had a female prosecutor questioning her if they wanted to be more effective. I think the deal is sealed, Jodi has the favor of the jury.
