      • Thank you Justice. I read the argument in its entirety the other day. Even though I have dyslexia, I found it easy to follow and quite captivating. It was thorough made ABSOLUTE sense. If someone like me to complete it (saying a LOT) it MUST be good stuff. One thing I found was that I thought the argument was over when I came to the page describing domestic violence because it, in the beginning seemed like info about that subject…it interested me so I continued. Some people may think the argument ends prior to the description and won’t go further although it DOES…AND it certainly pertains to Jodi’s case. If I don’t make sense here I will explain further.

        • Dorothy, thank you for your validation of the article Justice keeps posting on our behalf. So courageous of you to commit to assimilating what that article promises regarding our right to due process. I am challenged also, so I understand the effort that you made.
          Thank you,
          seabird

          • Thank you to both of you. My brother is also dyslexic so I know the effort it takes to get through (or even just get started on) such a lengthy piece. It speaks so very highly of your dedication. (((Dorothy))) (((Seabird)))

      • I typed a comment re the argument but it disappeared. Same thing happened the other day. Wondering why.

      • Good morning, Justice.
You are a hero to keep this information in view.
I am numb at this juncture.
The events that have transpired thus far defy belief that we still live in America.
I feel great sadness for all concerned.

      • I wonder if any of the jurors read it …hmm the previous jurors. It would be interesting to hear what they think of it.

  1. ♥ GOOD MORNING TEAM JODI!!!! PRAYING AND SENDING POSITIVE THOUGHTS TO JODI!!!!! ♥

Sanity may be madness but the maddest of all is to see life as it is and not as it should be.
    ~ Don Quixote

  2. I have a question and I apologize in advance if this has been previously asked and answered.
If this jury is a hung jury, will there be another sentencing trial?

  3. good morning all could this be the day they come to a verdict? I hope someone reported the addams family to the court for intimidation on thursday.

    • I KEEP wondering WHY that wasn’t addressed right off the bat! I wonder if JSS, in her “warning” or “reminder” to the gallery re: displays of emotion, stated that if they found they may be unable to quash their emotions they were allowed to leave the courtroom? If that was the case, and mind you, I speak hypothetically, I doubt she anticipated EVERYONE would be overcome with emotion simultaneously.

  4. I’m sure that by now everyone is aware of it. I’m also sure that nothing can or will be done about it… Don’t forget who the judge is…………

  5. Praying for Jodi, her family and the jury!!!

I’m also praying for all of us. That we will stay strong and be patient until the verdict is read. My we also turn a blind eye to all the negative that are being said. We need to keep out thoughts positive and our hearts and minds full of Jodi and her family.

Let us not circum to the evilness around us!!!!!

    • Absolutely Cindy. We just need to focus on Jodi and seeing that she receives Freedom ASAP!
I am hoping that the jury has not been affected by the many media with their relentless campaign against Jodi and then also by the Alexander family and friends. I seriously have my doubt. You can’t erase what your eyes see. It is sad that this is happening in our country and I’m deeply disturbed at how easily people have jumped to the wrong conclusions about this case and also about JODI! Jodi has deserved a fair and just trial and she has not received that in the State of Arizona. This is Justice
at its lowest level of all times. So much corruption and so many misguided and deceived people. . .SMH
SHAME ON THE MEDIA AND SHAME ON ARIZONA! SELF DEFENSE IS NOT A CRIME!!!! WAKE UP!!!

  6. You know I was thinking maricopa county is really dumb.. Jodi is from california. If she had premeditated Travis’s murder she would have waited until he went to california that way if she got caught there would be no death penalty.

    • OMG, I never thought of it that way. Yes!!!! You are so right! Who risks commiting a crime in a state which has the death penalty when they can commit it a few days later in a state which doesn’t??? A good question for those who still think Jodi premeditated this 🙄 🙄

  7. It STILL makes me wonder HOW the jury could decide sentencing after SO MUCH MORE info was presented and proved during THIS trial which WASN’T brought forth before the jury that convicted her. It was a TOTALLY different trial! IMO anyway.

    • The State forcing this jury to accept the verdict from the first trial is crazy and absurd!!! The first jury made a decision on false & tampered evidence. The State has put this jury in a very serious position because whatever their decision, it will all fall on them. I have read people saying they would not be putting Jodi to death but it would be the State. I hate to tell them when they die and face the Lord, the State will not be beside them, they will be on their own. If they sentence her to death, they are murderers, period. There is no way I could ever accept the responsibility that has been forced on them. They are pawns in this circus. I am sick of watching the corrupted Arizona Justice system and their pompous #$$e$!

      • It even confused me prior to this trial and following the guilty verdict of the first jury. I recall writing a comment (way back then!) something to the effect: How is another jury going to decide the fate of the defendant when they wont hear the ENTIRE case?
Personally, if I were actually a juror NOW and had heard all that was revealed but hadn’t heard ANYTHING from the first trial I would have TOO many questions regarding how on earth the previous jury found her guilty.

        • Dorothy, I’m afraid if you and I were on the jury they would replace so Quick our heads would spin!

      • Yes, EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE JURORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF JODI if they unanimously vote for DP….Just the same as if they PULL THE LEVER/TRIGGER THEMSELVES!!! There is no death without each and every vote – THEY ARE EACH RESPONSIBLE !!! And yes, they were told that they must “accept” the criminal trial verdict, but the court can not control someone’s mind or thoughts…it is a free thinking man/woman that can decide that the first jury may have not gotten it right and this would influence their decision on whether to put her to death or not….Each juror has a right to his/her own vote….And yes, there is sooooo much more evidence that came out in this trial than in the criminal trial but unfortunately we will have to wait for the appeals for this injustice to be rectified…

        • I just pray they realize they can make their own decision with out being swayed to one side or the other. It is their right.

        • YES, BB!!!! There’s something called individual responsibility and I hope these jurors realize they cannot hide behind the fact that they have to work as a team during the deliberations. Yes, the decision will be a collective one but each one has a mind and a VOTE of their own. I hope they use that vote wisely…

  8. THE FOLLOWING AMAZING PASSAGE IS WRITTEN BY A FRIEND OF MINE:

    Letter From An Arizona Jail

This is the story of the first of many visits I’ve had with Jodi Arias over the past year and a half and the beginning of our friendship. Getting to her meant leaving the safe east Phoenix suburbs and finding the jail near downtown in what I would describe as the antithesis of Arizona. No iconic desert palm trees, mountain views—not even a stray cactus.

Jodi is housed in Estrella Jail, housing for about 1,000 women. They are the newly arrested, awaiting sentencing in ongoing trials, incarcerated for anything from a probation violation to murder.

Estrella translates to star in English. I found the name to be a bit puzzling. Was this a shining object seen in a dark sky, or the star of the jails? Sometimes I’ve found that people just like the sound of Spanish words and the meaning has no relation.

I have never visited anyone in jail. My goal was to quickly learn the protocol for a seamless visit. A large sign in several places states that felons may not visit. I did have to wonder, was this on the honor system? It seemed impossible they could be doing quick background checks on each visitor.

First stop is a metal detector. Oddly, my patent leather loafers set it off. Then on through an eight inch metal door into an anteroom. It appears as if it is mirrored, but the glass is actually a two-way window that correction officers in the next room watch and buzz groups through into the main visiting room. Visitors preen into these mirrors. It had to be most entertaining to the officers on the other side.

I have now made it to the main visiting area. I reach a correction officer at a desk, say hello, and feign perky as he takes my visitor form. I’m visiting a high profile inmate due to her crime. This means I sit in a phone booth-like room with a glass divider and speak to her through a microphone. These small booths line the perimeter of the room. The majority of the visitors, who are not under these security restrictions, visit at approximately 40 wooden tables filling the middle of the room.

Now, I must say, by this point I am operating in surrealistic mode. I am pretending like I have done this dozens of times before, that nothing shocks me, and that I am oblivious to people watching me walk into a no contact room. In my mind I’ve decided to pretend as if I am meeting a girlfriend at Starbucks.

I am directed to Room B. Jodi is brought into her tiny part of the booth about 10 minutes later and the doors on both sides are closed. It is seemingly a private conversation, but I’m fully aware it’s recorded. Not that I have anything outrageous to share–but if the county prosecutor chooses, he can listen to every conversation. This is the first time we have met, yet talk comes easily as we are both friendly. I was struck by how young and pretty she looked, and how sweetly demeanored she was. I calculated our age difference could easily make me old enough to be her mother.

I was still operating in other-world mode. We spent a good amount of time giggling, not unlike my pretend Starbucks vision. She is quick-witted, funny, and laughs easily. She was someone I wouldn’t mind getting to know better. Just a young girl, really. I left reluctantly when a correction officer announced the visit to be over. I looked back as I was buzzed back through the security doors and waved. She was sitting alone in the room. It must have been a welcome break from 23 hours alone in her cell every day.

I have continued to visit her and we continue our mini-book club discussions, share favorite authors, and talk about art. I tell stories about my family and friends. We have never discussed her trial, the past, or the future. It’s just a brief respite from reality. Even for me. Because I’ve made the decision to visit her, I separate her from her crime. The only Jodi I know is the one I see for 30 minutes every few weeks. I still hold on to my belief that it is not my role to judge, but rather to be an extremist offering love and small kindnesses.

But I would be remiss to ignore the subject of crime value. What exactly are the moral parameters for an acceptable inmate to visit? Am I truly an honorable purist who sees only the individual and not the crime? Would I spend my precious time with a check forger but not a sexual predator?

There have been many lessons in tolerance, and some hard truths for me with this experience in learning the measure of hate that people can hold for criminals. And sometimes hate for me and my choice to befriend Jodi. But I have to wonder, is the hate properly aimed at the person, or should it be aimed at whatever demons or mental illness drove that person to commit the crime? Do people deserve mercy and forgiveness and is redemption possible? I ask these questions constantly.

I recognize the unbearable pain of victims, but I do not understand the bloodthirsty need for revenge. I do believe in the justice system, with the exception of the outdated and barbaric death penalty.

So as I write my letter from an Arizona jail that does not yet have an ending I hope that I remain an extremist for love and for justice. I have changed from a person who didn’t know where the Maricopa County jail complex was located into someone who can easily maneuver a visit with a person convicted of a capital crime and spend 30 minutes synopsizing season two of Orange Is The New Black to her. An irony not lost.

    • Thanks Pandora, Dori really makes one think about being “judgmental” or “non judgmental” and what that means to each of us. It is a good message.

    • thanks for sharing that! I’m pleased that this lady has visited Jodi and given her some relief. God bless her.

    • Pandora, thank you for posting what Dori wrote.

Dori, what you wrote is inspiring and very well written.
Love is the only true morality; your kindness in visiting Jodi is something that I am certain uplifts and helps her in countless ways.
Your time, presence, and sincere friendliness; all of that has given Jodi a lot.

Jurors are walking in for day 3 of deliberations for the #JodiArias sentencing trial #abc15

    • Tammy – if they are dressed nicely, as you say, is that different than any other day? Or are you trying to make something out of nothing? Just asking……..

      • She’s trying to read the tea leaves but you have to be careful bc you just never know….

      • One could hazard a guess that with 2 days deliberations out of the way — plus the whole weekend to think things over independently — they are dressed up to go straight from the courthouse and straight to the TV cameras/studios following a verdict reading late morning or early afternoon. Just a guess…

        • SJ, you always seem to be spot on…. But they did bring food or was it snacks….so perhaps eairly afternoon?? I know you were being sarcastic with the TV station bit. I would hope they will take a few days to truely think about interviews…..

          • No. With the $$$’s undoubtedly offered to them already by the media, if there’s a verdict today, they’ll be doing media interviews today.

            SJ
            Team Jodi #WINNING <<<

            • Agreed – at least a couple of them will probably break their necks to get in front of a camera. Most likely it will be the the ones in favor of DP. But, that’s just speculation on my part.

            • SJ, (got it right this time 😉 I slept well last night) Is the media even allowed access to the jury prior to a verdict?

              • Hi Dorothy!

No they’re not… but it’ll be a free for all after the verdict, as always.

      • seems to me that the juror with the mom that is a psychologist is a trauma nurse herself no mention of domestic violence there

      • We need to be careful to scrutinize the tweets. .. 🙄 the nasties might want to start rumors, create mayhem among the haters.

  15. Greetings from Australia…I have written 3 times to Jodi, just wanted to know if my mail has been forwarded?! I so hate the crazy laws of America…it’s just so cruel but yet so normal where as get convicted for murder here, you can get anything from 8-18 years, we seem to have more compassion but there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t pray for Jodi….my stomache is in knots waiting for a verdict of 25 years so if I’m all nervous, then I know how Jodi is feeling. I hope the jury can see the beautiful heart she has and that her past behaviour does not define who she really is. I am on this journey with her and hope with all of my heart that god gives her that chance.

    • Welcome to our house, Natalia! We’re all family here and always looking forward to meeting new members of our extended Jodi family.

I’m sure your postcards reached her (you did send postcards, NOT letters right?) but depending on when you wrote to her she may not have been able to reply because lately she has been very busy with the trial and has told her supporters to please be patient and understanding…

  16. Hi Everyone.

Lurker here….I rarely post but I’m with you all every day. I feel as though I know you all already!

My thoughts are focused on the best possible outcome…I just want her safe. Will she be in Protective Custody at Perrysville; if she gets life? Cause the death and injury threats seem very real to me. On that Troy Hayden video where she sings…after he convinced her to do it and secretly recorded her (what a DIRTBAG)…….some of the comments are NOT pretty….I truly hope she is protected.

    • She doesn’t need to be in protective custody . The inmates like her . She has no enemy’s on the inside. All the haters are these fat ugly middle aged woman that have nothing better to do than give their money to scammers like the alexscamers and want to be part of something so they join kill jodi websites.

    • Her safety and also the safety of anyone supporting her is of great concern to me.

    • WB,

      first of all welcome!

OMG, you said what has been worrying me all along and especially after I too read those YT comments and some comments on other sites. I am terrified and concerned about her safety. The prison system and the inmates’ mentality is so hypocritical! They seek to make a name of themselves or to appear hollier-than-thou by atatcking other inmates when they themselves are in there for having commited a crime. The thought of Jodi getting hurt in prison is too overwhelming for me and even though can’t stop thinking about it, I sometimes consciously try to push that thought away from me; I have to, otherwise I’m gonna go crazy.
      🙁

      • Thanks Maria!

Oh, I know…..I feel her lawyers need to insist on protective custody .and these threats reported or at least documented for back up.

  18. Sorry for the dumb question but can a penalty phase jury on a dp case nullify the original guilty verdict if they sift thru all the bs and see this was a grossly overcharged case

  19. Hopefully these attention whore jurors are happy with the attention they’ve gotten so far and will come out today and give jodi 25 years with the possibility of parole .People have commited far worse than jodi and have been out after serving 15 years or so . There is no reason why the death penalty should even be an option .

  20. Tammy Rose ‏@News20Chopper 29s30 seconds ago

Deliberations must start at 9:30 because I saw another female juror with headphones on sneak in about 5 minutes ago. #JodiArias

  21. Excited!!! This is a SIGN in my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wild About Trial ‏@WildAboutTrial 5m5 minutes ago

Wild About Trial says the jury to resume deciding “Life FOR Death”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know it’s probably a typo and should have been life OR death but I take it as a SIGN that they will vote on LIFE and NOT DEATH!!!

Whose with me on that???????????????? 🙂

  22. Any reasonable person can see that this is not a death penalty case. I’m pro death but NOT THIS CASE . Any idiot can see that . How do you go from making love and taking names pictures to murder ? Something happened and that something was dick head attacked this poor girl and the poor girl went nuts trying to protect herself . It was too much of a shock for her and she lost her memory . How hard is that too see ?

  23. One question I’ve always had and the dumbass jury shouldve thought about before finding jodi guilty . How the HELL did jodi know travis the dick head would take a shower ? If he didn’t take a shower JODIS dna would be on him so how did jodi plan this case ? This was not premeditated . No way, no how.

    • even if everyone fell for the prosecution bs and lies then this case would be 2nd degree or voluntary manslaughter. If travis sister wasn’t a cop then none of this circus would ever have happened. Equal rights for all??? Don’t sound like it

    • But, Jay, don’t you know…Jodi, being a witch with super natural powers, probably knew she could always use sex to make poor innocent vulnerable Travis do her bidding. She obviously also used those same powers to know that there was nobody home at 5:30 pm when she supposedly applied the final “fuck you” gunshot.

      • Jodi with her super natural powers, certainly did not need to crawl through a doggie door did she or slash tires? She could have mixed up a magic potion, injected it into an apple, dressed up in her best Snow White costume and gave it to Travis as a beautiful offering of her love. Then the seven dwarves could have whisked her away singing HI HO HI HO…….. All of the rumors that have been told and believed by these people who support Travis Alexander, are beyond unbelievable!!! Why, why have they put the money, time and efforts to create their untruths to protect the reputation of an out right mentally disturbed abuser?

      • And she obviously decided to carry on with her supah premeditated plan at 5.30, just a few minutes before the roomates were expected to come back from work coz she knew she had secret magic powers and would wrap it all up and would be out of the door by the time they were there. 🙄

        UGH! Stupid stupid people…..

  24. It is overcast, black skies and raining in Arizona. A picture is worth a thousand words.

    • I think the only people allowed to visit her in the court cell block are her lawyers and mitigation specialist

    • I don’t think so….the sheriff has strict rules for visiting inmates and certainly at the courthouse… I don’t think so…Jodi’s Mom can see her in court though 🙂 🙂

      • See…but not speak out loud…hope Jodi senses her {{{LOVE}}} … so sad for both.

    • No, Sandy can’t visit her 🙁 Jodi’s all alone in there. The holding cell is extremely small, no comfortable furniture to sit on, very little food….

  25. First off this is not a death penalty case . Secondly , it was 8 to 4 for death the first time so it wasn’t really close to have another mini trial . I would understand if it was 11-1 or 10-2 but 8-4 should not waste more money.. 15 years would be more than enough in this case . Let jodi go . This is some bullshit .

This is Day 3 of jury deliberations. Jurors can either sentence Arias to life in prison or death. #jodiarias @jbarrycbs5

  34. CBS 5 News ‏@CBS5AZ 1m1 minute ago Phoenix, AZ

If it’s a hung jury – no new trial. Automatic life sentence. Judge determines whether she’d be eligible for parole.#jodiarias

  35. Maybe the Death people are explaining to the Life people what their own personal life will be like if they don’t vote for death. (I think that may be what happened with the first jury.)

    • The jurors should NEVER consider such things….if they are they are violating their oath to do their jobs..

      • Hopefully they have the integrity not to go there. And I hope a juror would report such behavior. (Was mostly being facetious but am convinced that the Casey Anthony case did play heavily into this one.)

      • That’s not a realistic expectation, IMO. Not unless some pretty drastic measures are taken to protect the process – and that includes witnesses and jurors – from the ravenous hoards lead by the media.

If serving on a jury meant you might have to give up your job – a career/position you might have devoted much of your life to, require your spouse to give up their job as well, pull your kids away from the friends and life they’ve always known, give up your home and move someplace where nobody knows you so that you and your family can start all over again – you gonna show up for jury duty or take your chances that they might see fit to charge you a fine for protecting the life you’ve built for yourself?

  37. These (reporter-type) people following crime, trials, penalties seem to be nothing other than vultures. They make quips about the defendant, and in most cases it is a derogatory comment. All defendants are guilty according to these people. They do not look at evidence or lack of it, the extenuating circumstances involved. All these so called reporters only perceive what comes from the prosecutor in the case.

And, as we have come to learn the prosecutor can be a liar in the first degree. But nothing ever happens to him when he lies: manufactures, misstates the facts, withholds evidence from the defense, tampers with evidence, and destroys the evidence.

    • Carol Handy, I am hoping THIS time the prosecutor will be held accountable for all that he has done

  38. It’s looking more as the hours tick that they are dead locked.
So have they sent a mgs. to JSS regarding this? Does she really have a right to tell them like she did before to go back and try????

      • Ya she will be on her knees begging…
Needless to say we might not hear about if it happen??? I’m trying to remember if all party’s were in the courtroom or not…

        • JSS will not want it on her head even though she wouldn’t care, she has proven that.

        • If they send a message to JSS that they are deadlocked we will hear about it and yes the parties will be in the courtroom and she will give them the charge to go back and try one more time….

  39. Oh to be a fly on the wall of that deliberation room… or maybe not…I don’t know how to deal with bullies…I shut down

  40. I bet a major issue is that the jury has been instructed to accept the guilty verdict from the previous trial. Personally, I would have a VERY difficult time doing that because what was revealed during this trial doesn’t support it.

    • Yes. Maybe the Lifers are saying they want to vote for life because they don’t agree with the verdict and the Deathers are telling them they have to accept the premeditated 1st degree murder verdict and, accepting that reality, she should obviously die. It’s all very fucked up!

  41. After all this time, I finally figured out how to get my iPad to scroll to the bottom when I refresh. If I tap on the date/time stamp on the bottom message, it creates a bookmark for the browser to scroll to upon the next refresh. I don’t know how many hours I’ve spent manually scrolling down with each new refresh. (Off subject but I thought, while we’re waiting, I’d share that bit of knowledge with other iPad/iPhone users who have been doing the same thing.)

    • Justus, lol I was so excited when I figured it put. But I fine it easier to hit the 3 dots at the right hand cornor. I’ll have to see how your find works…

    • Ah, but does that still take you to the bottom if someone recently added a brand new post way upthread?

      • As far as I know, it’s not aware of any new posts. It’s just memorizing a bookmark. (When I’m looking for new posts I follow the post listing on the right side.)

        • Ah, I was thinking of the time/date thing you said you tapped… thought it might look for time date instead of just a place on the page.

    • Thank you for posting that. I tried it on my Nook, and it works. Before now I always had to scroll down from the top too.

    3 jurors are taking a break #jodiarias #3tvarias

      • Productive? I have a list as long as my arm just haunting me…I aught to attend to business but something wants me to not be alone when the verdict is announced…I feel the moment I walk away it will happen…I need one of those beeper things they have in restaurants that notify your seat is ready. Mind you all, I am not being a “vulture” for news…just need to be among friends.

        • We are Jodi’s extended family. Families stick together during times like this….but I would like to have a texts alert myself…. My to do list is getting longer by the day…also. I really have no excuse after all I use my phone 90% of the time!!!

        • I understand, things are piling up around here too. I just want to be with all of you when we hear anything. We just need to remember the Appeals will move on, no matter what the outcome of this is. The vultures and vengeful people believe this to be the end but it won’t be. . .they can mark our words. We Will Never Stop Supporting Jodi!!!! And that really bothers them to their core. Poor brainwashed people. SMH

            • 😆 Sometimes but let’s don’t go overboard!!! I’m sure
they are growing tired just like all of us! We need a glimmer of
light shining at the end of this tunnel of injustice.

      • Cindy, I didn’t notice the question there…”And everything turned out okay?” No, and unfortunately I was alone when the RUDE surgeon told me OVER THE PHONE…perhaps this is why I cling to you guys so tightly…I was SERIOUSLY permanently affected by that…I think

        • (((((( Dorothy ♥ ♥ ♥ )))))

I wanna be with all of you here too. I hope they’ll reach a verdict today, the waiting is too much to take.

    • I have been productive. I am training for my new job but all I can think about is what is happening here.

      ~~{HUGS FOR JODI}~~

  43. I wonder if it would be better if the law was set up so jurors just passed their decision to the judge when the testimony stops instead of going to deliberation. The make-up of a death penalty jury almost insures that the first vote will be in favor of the DP (I have no proof this is true) and what deliberation does is give those in favor of the DP time to convince the others to vote their way. So deliberation becomes a contest to see if those not voting for the DP can withstand the pressure of the majority. Of course, there could be a case like the fictional “Twelve Angry Men” where 1 juror convinces 11 other people to vote not guilty but that’s fatnasy, not reality. Wonder if that ever happened in real life?

    • I don’t know. But I feel that in capital murder cases where the death penalty is on online that there should not be a jury but 3 judges. I do not think it is fair to ask 12 people to decide rather someone should live or die…it is so barbaric.

      • You could be right, Cindy, I think statistics in Arizona proved a judge is more lenient than a jury.

      • ” I do not think it is fair to ask 12 people to decide ” yeah but don’t forget this is a DP qualified jury, when interviewed they all said the believe in DP so…. 🙁

    • Coldcase53, I would expect the pro DP to be absolute bullies and those who believe Jodi does not deserve such harsh treatment yo be more passive…sort of personality trait that reflects their reason.

  44. Hats off to You….DORI. You are the very best and look good in PURPLE as PANDORA…..will soon…hint hint. So very wonderful to see such amazing words. And all who believe in JODI and JUSTICE no matter what happens must be there for HER.If YOU had SURVIVED such darkness would YOU not want help.I live by a saying…..I can always make more $$$…….but if given a chanch to save a person anytime any place … I will Always ! JODI needs all OUR HELP and LOVE so IF YOU can dig deep or at lest send a prayer with LOVE .SHE SURVIVED for a reason and SHE must SURVIVE this. THIS world is better with HER and less with out. BLESS all who are with JODI and BLESS OUR JODI ALWAYS.

3 female jurors back in deliberation room #JodiArias

  46. What a damn shame . This poor girl is not a murderer . She killed an asshole in self defense , give her 25 yrs with parole and let everyone go home . I have a feeling these jurors are loving all this attention they get EVERYTIME they go to take a shit . The media should just go and come back when they hear there’s a verdict and stop paying attention to these jurors.

    • Jay I don’t get that feeling about the jury at all. I really do think they are trying to get to a verdict. Their lives have been turned up side down for a long time….

      • Cindy , than why take so long ? Everyone I’ve asked and told about this case says no way she should get death … this is in no way , no how , no shape no place a death penalty case. Jodi killed one asshole that deserved it for attacking her . What’s there to deliberate ?

        • Jay, I got a different opinion from those I have asked. The major consensus is that she DOESN’T deserve the DP but that the DP will probably be the sentence. This frightens me, saddens me and angers me all at the same time. What does this say about our supposed system of justice?

          • It is sort of like the Mormon/LDS church, if the law doesn’t fit the situation then they can change it. No problem-O!

    • When it comes to TA and June 4th , I really like the way you think Jay 😉 😉

I don’t know what the fuck is taking these jurors so long!!! UGH!

  47. I’m going to say it again folks . I know what study’s show and stuff but that’s for the guilt phase . The longer it takes the worse it is for this poor girl . This is in no way a death penalty case and anyone with no bias knows this . These attention whores want to give her death so they can get even more attention from all of JODIS haters. Yeah , let’s ask each juror if they would personally inject jodi with the syringe . I bet you none of them would do it but when it comes to voting for it they have no problem . What’s the difference ? Your still killing a poor young girl that I my eyes did what I would do when a big fat asshole attacked her.

  48. I’m willing to bet if someone offered the alexanders 100 grand to let jodi go they would jump on it . They didn’t care about travis and are just hungry for money. I bet if we were in Kuwait where you can pay for blood money they would jump all over it and take the 100 grand and let jodi go free.

    • Rumor has it they have already made 2.5 million last time I heard a total. $100,000 wouldn’t get their attention, IMO. That would be just bungee jumping money for them. I would like to know the tally of their fund raising accounts now. Their money train is coming to a screeching halt real soon.

      • They are disgusting, LITERALLY making money off of their brother’s death .And I DON’T WANNA hear once again (from haters) about how poor guys had to give up their jobs to attend trial and needed gas money yadda yadda yadda!!! I’m sure their paycheck and the total of the gas they’ve spent does NOT equal $3 million 🙄

NOT to mention the aprons made out of Travis’ suits, PUKE! First of all, it’s reepy and secondly it just goes to show when it comes to money the Alexanders forget about their pain and seem to be GOOD business people. Apparently, everything can be bought and sold right Alexscamsters????

        • maria,
Every trial I have ever watched, the courtroom, families media aren’t there until
they say a verdict has been made. Isn’t that why they don’t say the verdict until
an hour after everyone has had time to be there?

Making aprons out of his suit?????????????
          OH, dear!!!!
Wear it and wipe thei hands on it, or hang it on the wall?

Are they still living around the courthouse or did they stay outside all night?
Do they know there is going to be a verdict today?
          What is it’s a week?
Are they going to camp outside?
IMO, this IS wrong, but nothing’s been right this whole time.
Why should I expect anything else.

Jodi has such a sweet heart. She’s beautiful inside and out,
The family and friends were all jealous of her.
Too bad, they couldn’t learn how to be.
They’re miserable, not because of TA, they’re just miserable people.
All that they have to do is TRY and they COULD be more like the one that they
          envy so much.

Just think about Jodi and cutting her hair so that others that have lost theirs
          can use her hair.
You don’t have to be in jail to fo this, but how many would do that?

          I love her art.
Anything about Jodi, probably, if anyone could spend a day with her, she could make them feel good. I love and admire her and wish everything good for her in the future.

  49. Got to run for a short while but will be back asap…Don’t let anything happen while I am gone 🙂 🙂 LOL !!!

Many fake news accounts floating with false verdict announcement in #JodiArias There is no verdict yet.

      • The nurse is the daughter of a psycholgist, isn’t she? The psychologist on this jury is only a 30-something woman, I think. So a nurse and a psychologist on jury. People that are supposed to help others.

      • Poor things, Scoopy has zeroed in on them hasn’t she? Oh the glares must be something else.

  58. HLN is doing its thing replaying Juan’s glory in making Jodi cry on the stand in the earlier trial. Joey Jackson’s program. Most of the program is focused on Hernandez trial.

    • Must be warmer where you are than it is here. I went for COLD weather comfort food. Roast chicken SOUP!

        • Hooked on this stuff this winter – make a bunch of it every ten days or so. Can’t send it, CC%#, but I can tell you how to make it. What the hell – we’re just killin’ time here:

I buy a family pack of chicken thighs, bone in, skin on. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. In the bottom of a 9×13 pan, put 20-30 cloves of garlic (don’t worry, it slow roasts, different flavor) and 5-10 sprigs of fresh rosemary (I have several rosemary bushes) You don’t have to peel the garlic, it will be strained out later.

Lay your chicken thighs over the garlic and rosemary, skin side up. Cover entire pan tightly with foil and slow roast at 225 for two and a half hours. Afterwards, set chicken pieces on a rack to cool and strain the juices in the pan to add to broth later.

Once the chicken has cooled, discard skin, take the meat off the bone and set aside, put bones in stock pot and cover with a quart of water. Simmer for about a half hour and remove the bones. Add one med-large diced onion and reserved juices to broth and cook for 10 minutes. Then add a package of frozen green beans and two diced red bell peppers to the broth and cook 10 more minutes.. At some point during the process you also want to have BROWNED 6-8 oz of sliced crimini mushrooms in a skillet… not sautéed but toasted them up a bit, adds a lot of flavor.

Once you have completed the cooking time for the beans and peppers, remove from heat and add the chicken and the mushrooms. That’s your soup! I usually cook a bag of Pennsylvania Dutch Dumplings or extra wide egg noodles and store them in a separate container so they don’t go all mushy in the soup. Just add it in small amounts as I’m heating the soup.

And also a seasoning I use in this fairly liberally – it’s like my new favorite seasoning blend – is BADIA Complete Seasoning – very fresh green flavor to it.

        • I have done a huge pot of cabbage soup every week. Rosemary is fabulous. Wish I had a bush of it.

    • CC53 that’s why I don’t buy things like that…. I think I put on 15 lbs. in the last 4 months…. So I do understand what you are saying.

  59. CBS 5 News ‏@CBS5AZ 2m2 minutes ago Phoenix, AZ

Jury will likely deliberate until 430-5p if there is no verdict. Verdict will be read one hour after a decision has been reached.#jodiarias

  60. Anything much been going on? I’ve been on the road the last 4 hours travelling for work.

    • Hopping through the halls of the courthouse……. No wonder typo elf went on vacation, between the two of us he is a busy elf. 😉

  61. We may see a mssg to JSS on a deadlock this afternoon and then she will give the Allen charge to keep trying…

    • In what percentage of cases, does the Allen Charge actually bring a jury around to a unanimous decision? Anyone know? I cannot imagine how further deliberating can change anyone’s mind. I suppose it must, otherwise, why else would the court do it? I need to do some research, I guess.

  62. Pandora,
Thank you so much for the Twitter updates. It’s great to read them all in one place….not to mention seeing so much love sent Jodi’s way in one giant, warm hug here ❤️

  63. I’m surprised that the jury is taking this long. The prosecution says Jodi was cruel in how TA was killed. Seems to me the state the prosecuter and the judge are the cruel ones for allowing Jodi and her family to twist in the wind this long on a DP trial.
