  4. Only finding two Jake Thompsons, one is a 20 year old baseball player and the other wrote a book on wealth and life insurance, doesn’t appear to be very old either

      • Yes Cindy it is. I have to say it was the BEST thing. No major accidents and no people dying in their cars fro carbon monoxide poisoning. Some people do not know to keep their exhaust pipes clear of snow. They sit in running cars when they get stuck and end up victims of the blizzard. The roads were clear for efficient clean up… it all worked out quite nicely. AND it was nice to have no reason to go anywhere. 🙂

          • Ugh…Ice is so much worse… hope you are safe and your power stays up and running. AND all your trees survive. We are expecting more snow Friday. Not sure how much though.

  6. OK, this is the most ridiculous trial ever!!! I wish someone would know exactly how much money was spent today for this farce… Seriously. How many 1000 dollars?

    • Well they’re having to import the bishop twice, since he couldn’t finish today and couldn’t get weekend lodgings in super bowl city

      • The Bishop will probably want a new computer thrown in as well as his expenses & court appearance money, so he can build his own porn collection even further. So far, I don’t believe a word of his testimony. But then he too, is in the pocket of Juan geezer called “Juan”.

        • No they are all being backed by a extremely large corrupt-oration that filters money in when they need major smoke screens created. These people are devious, dangerous and should never be trusted by anyone. Remember when you vote for a President. If the candidate is a white man with a big crooked smile on his face and professes to be a Christian with family values but hides behind a veil on the weekend every one better vote: NO WAY FOR HIM!!! I’m telling you these people are EVIL!!!!! Do not tell me this is not connected.

      So I think Deanna Reids family is high up in the church..they didn’t approve of Travis! Deanna certainly comes across as priviledged. I wonder who Deanna worked for that “transferred” her to Mesa?? There is a temple in Mesa.. not one in Riverside.

                As a reply down tread I suggested the Defense should subpoena Deanna’s father. He would be the best witness that I see who could verify what a scoundrel Travis was.
                Wasn’t it testified to somewhere that Deanna’s father disapproved of Travis’ ‘occupation’?

    • she’s sort of a broad shouldered girl – as am I – and we really only ever saw the top half of her on the stand…. in that pic she’s still a big girl on top, just looks narrower below

      • Journee when she was in court last time her case was allot fuller. But that picture today didn’t show if she had stress lines. I’m sure her daddy had allot to say to TA…. Way more then will ever come out.

        What a line of BS JM had her feed the jury today.

  10. I could be very wrong here but I think a lot of Deanna’s testimony today backs Jodi’s Testimony on TA whether she wanted it to or not. She stated that TA didn’t like to hear about men she was dating. He kept his private life very private from her. They argued a lot and on and on. Sounds almost like Jodi all over again.

    • Debbie, I don’t think your wrong at all. I think the jury saw that TA used her just like he did every other girl. I still find it odd that they “hung” out after she broke up with him and she knew he was dating Jodi. Not saying you cannot be friends with a ex but if they are dating someone else…. I have a gut feeling that they were still having some form of sex….

    • I agree Debbie, It seems he gave NONE of his women prefferencial treatment…he treated them all the same …with utter disrespect. He was quite consistent in his operation. It backs up everything Jodi said about Travis and the way he treated her…except she, Deanna denied TA ever was violent with her. BUT…maybe she will come around with the truth. After all, it was difficult to admit he and she fornicated together. Maybe the weekend will give her some time to come to terms with how he treated her. Why would she want to protect such a scumbag…ugh

      • Dorothy when Deanna spoke at TA’s funeral, in her eulogy she said that TA was on the wrestling team at school and liked to come home and practice his moves on his sisters. They never noticed his violence, it was just part of the way he was. If he held her down and yelled at her he was never going to marry her she would have said okay fine and waited and got up She would have seen it as one of his wrestling holds not violence.

    • I absolutely agree Debbie. There’s an undisrupted pattern of behavior when it comes to Travis. He treated all the women in his life the same with the exception of being much more cruel to Jodi, because she knew his darkest side.

  11. Doesn’t the title ‘Bishop’ usually suggest someone important in a church, like the Catholic church; they have some authority.

    A Mormon ‘Bishop’ is nothing more than a Boy Scout, Girl Scout, Sunday School Teacher, Principal…, who act in the capacity of a confidant.
    He has no authority, can not enforce behavior, can not do ‘checks’ on people to see if they are behaving, can not make sure ‘sinners’ stay out of their temples. He only knows what some of his group might tell him, and reading what Witness I said, bishops aren’t told a heck of a lot by their group.
    I don’t see this man telling the truth just because of a no-longer existing title.

    None of the witnesses for the State have told the ‘ truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth’; they only tell the part they are forced to tell because they are put face to face with it by the defense attorneys.

  12. It’s time for Witness #1’s wife to write her personal, sworn affidavit explaining the exact situation and exactly how she comforted Diana who was so upset for an hour!!!

      Both her’s and her husband’s reputations are on the line.

  13. Trying to think here. . .has the State brought forth one witness that is clearly with out one shadow of a doubt honest? The answer is NO. The only professionals that the State brought forward to testify are professional LIARS! If I am wrong please tell me. Every single one the Frog has brought forward has proved that they will lie, cheat, and steal to see that a completely innocent woman gets the death penalty.

    • Not to my knowledge.
      Even the K-Mart gal couldn’t tell the whole truth that some of the registers didn’t move with change of location!

      The overwhelming impression I have is that it’s one of: if the defense attorneys don’t ask, then don’t tell.

      They do not understand the concept of ‘the truth, the WHOLE truth, and NOTHING but the truth!.. 🙄

      • I apologize for saying above that a witness must abide by the oath they take to tell the whole truth. My daughter struck down my belief!
        A witness only has to answer the question posed to them…I get it: if they know something that would help/hurt the defense (in this case) they don’t have to say it all…just answer the question!! The truth be damned!

        No wonder this trial has taken forever.
        We have to wait until one of Jodi’s attorneys comes up with the RIGHT question to ask the witness. Even if the witness knows something they can’t just blurt it out!
        The prosecutor will just yell ‘object’ the judge will say ‘disregard’ and they’re off to the races again.

        • I bet this trial is driving her crazy at times. She really should be keeping us on track more. We see something that isn’t fair but it is in a court of law…

          • In a court of law it is a game of chess (I wish I had learned more) and I am remembering something about ‘check’ which is like ‘gotcha’ and then the game continues until a player says ‘check mate’ and the game is over.
            This I can see clearly in Jodi’s trial.
            The State said ‘check’ at the end of the guilt phase.
            The Defense said ‘check’ after the evidentiary hearing.
            We are waiting with baited breath to hear the Defense say ‘Check Mate’ and the Defense (we) win!!

            • There is actually a brilliant British musical called “Chess.” I found it by accident and thought, no way. I know little of chess, but this is not possible.
              I was very wrong!
              The plot might as well have been built around the “triangulation” among Jodi, Deanna, and Travis. The theme song is “I Knew Him So Well.” It is basically a psychological plot that is brilliantly carried out. I’ve never watched it as an entire production (chess? I don’t think I could hang through it.) But the music and lyrics on the Youtube single are fantabulous. My favorite Youtube version is sung by Susan Boyle (Runnerup of Britain’s Got Talent ~2006) and a male in drag (well known to the Brits).
              I guarantee it is worth the effort to pull it up!

              Our communal mission could use some uplifting irony, toungue-in-cheek!

        • Carol – I’ve been wondering where Cheryl has been the last few days, been wanting to ask her a question. Would you mind passing the question along for me?

          I am wondering about these affidavits. We have assumed that there were several (and of course we may be wrong about that) but only a few have been brought up in court. What I am wondering about is whether the affidavits mentioned in court, the portions of them shown to the jurors as part of Geffner’s questioning, will that be all the jurors see of those affidavits? Or will the jurors get to see *all* of the testimony (as accepted by the court of course) from those sworn affidavits?

          IOW do sworn affidavits have to be presented and argued before the jury for the jury to know anything about them? Or can the jury just view them as they are permitted to view physical evidence?

          • Under the ‘Best Evidence Doctrine’ the jury sees the ‘Document’ the WHOLE affidavit because it is the ‘best’ evidence.

            Chery is working, but she is at my ‘beckon call’ when it comes to Jodi’s case!! 🙄

            • The affidavit has to be mentioned in court through a witness’ testimony.
              Since the defense rested, and since all the other affidavits were not mentioned they would not be seen by the jury.
              Ugh!

            • I mean, I’m assuming there are at least a couple of affidavits from friends of Jodi’s that did not SEEM to be discussed with Geffner, But Juan took an out-of-the-blue dig at Matt the other day, something about how Matt would lie for Jodi, that would have no meaning at all unless the jury is being called upon to weigh Matt’s veracity for some reason. And since Matt hasn’t testified….

              So that’s why I’m asking specifically about those affidavits we assume to exist (17 missing witnesses, after all) but have not been discussed in court.

              • If Juan goofed and mentioned Matt’s name in front of the Jury (do you recollect) then it can come in…but, if that is true, why didn’t the Defense catch it?

                • Then the question of bringing in that affidavit is up to the Defense to get it on the record.

                  Sometimes it worries me that they just haven’t quite seen the light.

                • I was wondering about Matt, he was supposed to be the recipient of the
                  message in the magazine that Geff knew nothing about. I am wondering
                  if the pros. is going to call him. I remember Martinez saying “do you know
                  how he feels about her now”.

                • Then WHY isn’t the Defense noting it for the record???

                  Certainly, if the jury doesn’t know who MM is and he is referred to by JM then the jury as a right to know what MM said.

                • I guess for all I know Matt’s affidavit was introduced, and it just wasn’t clear that those were his words. But if that’s the case then it was another situation of JM blurting out the name of an anonymous witness.

                • Journee, the way it happened as far as I can figure out was he questioned Dr. G about the magazine, then the juror had a question -#11. Who was the recipient of the coded magazine message Geff- I don’t know. Then on followup, either his last or second last question, he brought up the question above. Then court ends for the day. I don’t know that he was referring to an affidavit, but the magazine.

                • Yeah, but did JM only bring up the magazines in cross because of an affidavit from Matt? IMO that’s what we can’t be clear on. The magazines don’t seem to have a context at all, as something to present to Geffner. Not to me, anyway.

                  When they were going through Witness #1’s affidavit, they referred to it as such quite often, but when talking about Matt and the magazine the word affidavit is not brought up.

                • Okay, so the context was the change of story, aka Jodi is a liar.

                  well, shit – DT should have raised holy hell when JM mentioned Matt in juror question follow-up. Jurors didn’t ask about Matt.

                • At Jodi Arias Updates @jodiannarias on Twitter, recent posts explain that Jodi never wrote that coded message, and in fact years earlier than JA’s arrest, a different person testified, in JSS’s court, to having written the message in the magazine.
                  • The recent tweets on the Jodi Arias Updates site also blame Nurmi for not making this known to the court.

                • Tweets do not say the coded messages pre-date Jodi’s arrest, just says it was a case from years ago.

                  IIRC, weren’t they actually identified as magazines sent TO Jodi at Estrella? NOT saying Jodi wrote the messages – we all decided here a long time ago that it isn’t Jodi’s handwriting in those magazines. Just saying that if I’m remembering right, they WERE Jodi’s magazines, and another inmate there at the time used them for her message.

              • Journee, could it be that the Defense doesn’t want to use these other affidavits because they want the Jury to realize the extent of the bullying (threats of death) and that these other witnesses are afraid to testify?

                After all, Juan’s activity in front of this Jury has not been pretty!

              • Yes, Journee, I made a mistake when I said ” years before Jodi’s arrest”; I was trying to quickly post the gyst of what was said on that Twitter site, in case some readers were not aware of what is posted there.
                I’ m not able to answer your questions because I need to research and “brush up” on the whole matter.

      • Are we all aware that Chris Hughes founded a charter school in Utah a few years ago called: Soldiers Hollow Charter School? A search for “chris hughes + child sex abuse brought that up. Further search revealed that complaints had led to an FBI investigation. At that point details became scarce. It was published (Salt Lake City news media) that a current administrator was removed (jailed?). Chris Hughes was taken off the Board of Directors. Beyond that – leads went dry.

        • Yes seabird, we did know about it and you are right the trail ends, doesn’t it. The Cashes have never missed one opportunity to profit off of anything, any place or anyone. Who else in the world would think at a time of tragedy when their dear Best friend forever is murdered they stop to think about checking his computer and cleaning it up under the guise of proving Jodi Arias is guilty? To me they should have been top on the Suspect List. You know, If the bloody boot print fits they might as well wear it.

        • Yes, we are aware and it is something that has never stopped bugging me. I mean, when a defense witness is on the stand Juan will do anything and will mention any other case/seminar/work that witness was ever involved in! I would expect the defense team to dig a bit further into that scandal Chris was involved in, but of course henever actually testified at jury presence – but during an Evidentiary Hearing.

  16. The witness they need to recall is Pseudonym.

    Let’s get jiggy with the names of all those tween–teeney sites and the url’s of those sites where he was getting his masturbation material from that came out of some of those boxes that were on their way to the attic the day Jodi surprised him in his bedroom, when he was on his knees.

    And then those boxes d-i-s-a-p-p-e-a-r-e-d.

  17. Here is what I have found so far on Deanna family

    Mother -Brenda Ann Reid 61 years old
    Hector Montgomery Reid 62 years old ( assuming her father)
    Elizabeth Reid ( no age yet, but could be her sister)
    Daniel Fredrick Reid ( 39 years old, assuming her brother)

    Still gathering information….

    • It’s too bad they can’t call Daddy up to the stand. He did not like Travis at all. In her own words. Then to find out he had sex with her and wouldn’t marry her…hummm.
      So they didn’t have vaginal sex until what year? But I bet they were or he was doing a lot more then just kissing… It seems that Travis didn’t like having what most people would call normal sex. It didn’t just start with Jodi. Why don’t they call all the other girls on his list to the stand???

      • Cindy I do believe that today Deanna said there was lots of oral sex between her and Travis…. just more of what Jodi said. All of her testimony when questioned was very similar to what Jodi has said, Deanna just seems to be confirming a lot of it whether she wants to or not.

      • It would be possible to subpoena him (Deanna’s father) wouldn’t it?
        Wow, that would be a sensational witness:
        ‘How did feel about TA/’
        ‘Did you view him as a good Mormon match for your daughter/’
        and on and on…

    • Extremely interesting comment, FUJUAN, about:
      “Hector Montgomery Reid 62 years old (assuming her father)”, meaning Deanna’s father.
      …It seems to me ((a Catholic)) that the primary reason for the existence of the entire Mormon (((cult))) is to populate the country with as many Mormons as possible in order to obtain POWER to put a Mormon in the White House & other political places by voting. …Using multiple “wifery” and exponential numbers of children accomplishes this, sort of like the Muslim religions, with only the elite having unlimited multiple wives. …And, Warren Jeffs married all but two of his late fathers wives.
      …Many, many, many children may have the same family name of the father. …Shared genealogy.
      …Can someone find out if the “Montgomery” name in “Hector Montgomery Reid” is in any repetitious or shared genealogy with “Bill Montgomery”, the person most responsible for insisting on death penalties for Jodi and other women??? …Seeming to focus on death for women???
      …I am curious about this because the name “Montgomery” is a strong family last name and is not usually just plugged in ((as a middle name)). …It may indicate connections to a line of Montgomery family last names, perhaps Billy Boy Montgomery.

    • Jodi testified to having helped Travis put boxes in his attic on the day of the masturbation incident.

      Flores responded to a juror question that there was nothing at all in the attic.

        Unfortunately when Jodi tries to tell the truth the other side won’t listen.

        • Yeah, if they would have organized their search party in Yreka, they would at least have had a chance of finding the gun.

          Pawn shops or gang club houses.

          • Jade there wasn’t anything done about that gun. I know this is silly but was TA,s mothers or was his gun ever registered?? If Travis bought it wouldn’t it have to had been???

            • I believe Jodi started to testify to the fact that TA got his gun from his grandfather but was not allowed to say it ……

            • No, nothing found registered under his name. And his mom’s was a revolver.

              But these are the kind of guns you don’t register–Saturday night specials. Remember also his sister was a cop.

              Jodi knows where he got that gun from. She was just about to testify where and Martinez almost ripped his pants flying up to object.

      • He also testified he did not actually go up into the attic he popped his head up there and looked around and didn’t see anything.

  20. Where are all those boxes that were being moved into the attic the day he wanted Jodi over there to help him? This is the same day Jodi caught him by surprise when she returned, flogging his flag pole to the photos.

    Then the Alexanders form this posse allegedly looking around his house for the Yreka gun after the new owners are there. And conveniently they are given what was found in the attic instead of that being turned over to the court. These owners that adore Martinez, Flores and Horn.

    That’s quite a story that wasn’t widely publicized.

    Why wasn’t there an inventory of what was in that attic? And why wasn’t the defense notified?

    You can bet your booties photos of little kids were in those boxes.

  21. OK I picked up on something the Bishop said. He said he took his computer in and there was no “child porn” folder. Any teen?? Or how about any porn?? The way it was stated it sounded like no porn….

    • Someone is lying then because the report says that the Bishop did in fact talk with Travis about the child porn on the laptop. Why are there so many lies around Travis that if none of them weren’t true to begin with then they would never have been brought up in court.

      but witness #1 said that TA left him a sticky note at 2:00 AM in a panic. Witness #1 is a computer whiz so I’m thinking T-Dogg went to get Witness #1 to fix it for him.

          Witness #1 is Marc McGee ( i believe now lives in New Zeland)

          David Parker ( who is David Vernon Parker son lived with TA)

          TA did not live with JAKE … Jake moved in around Sept and TA moved out in Aug

          Then they bring up this cousin…. everyone on this team of LIARS is passing the buck about the porn onto someone else….

          • Does anyone know what Marc McGee’s background is? There is a very well known, well respected LDS historian and PhD with same name but his last name is hyphenated and so I don’t think it is the same guy but I do want to know that background of this witness # 1 for a reference point on his credibility. All I can say is this :

            Dear Marc McGee and your wife,
            We here at JAII beg you with all our hearts to come forward and take the stand and verify your story and show the world that it is not you that is lying but Deanna and Parker that have colluded together to deceive….Jodi Arias’ life is depending on the mercy of people like you who are the only ones who have direct knowledge of Travis Alexander’s true behavior and actions. Please, Please, Please heed our call to come and take the stand and take a stand for the truth and for justice. Without you, Jodi could be unjustly and viciously killed for something she didn’t do…..

            • I still think these affidavit witnesses hurt Jodie . If I were a juror I would wonder
              why they did not come forward. They have a good reason , but the jury is unaware.

              • Joan, the fat lady has not sung yet. There is one young Mormon juror who, although new to the fold, would understand why the hesitation to speak out against the fold; not to mention the disgusting haters and peons like Chatty Cathy playing her destructive games with peoples’ lives.

                  interested in criminal justice. I did run across this Chatty Cathy blog.

                  I cannot understand anyone wanting to see someone put to death and

She acts like a child most of the time, and of course, since she lives in Utah, and most probably is Mormon herself, she seems to think just like the cheating lying prosecutors in AZ.

Judicial Misconduct – My reasoning why JSS didn’t determine the penalty after the first mistrial and let Juan pursue the death penalty – We all know that the Alexander Four have extensive criminal histories ranging from drug use, drug possession, drug manufacturing, criminal conspiracy, burglary, assault, etc. We also know that all of Jodi’s witnesses have been threatened with death or fear the threat of death if they testify, yet all of the witnesses for Travis have been allowed to graciously testify without so much of a word about death threats. This would tell me that Jodi’s witnesses were threatened so only Juan’s side of the story would be told and heard by the jury so that the Alexander siblings could get their wish of death for Jodi through Juan’s malicious prosecution of Jodi. JSS could have determined the fate of Jodi after the first mistrial but given the fear that the Alexander Four emit about theirselves and the death threats surrounding anyone that sided with Jodi, JSS was also most likely scared into allowing Juan to proceed with his prosecution so that JSS wouldn’t need worry about death threats if she decided to penalize Jodi with life or life with the possibility of parole. I think the JSS is scared to death of the Alexander family. If she is in fact scared to death of them then what does that say about family overall? I mean look at their past. Their Mom and Dad were drunks and meth addicts. Their Mom shot up their Dad’s car, their Dad came back after their Mom with a knife, not to mention the Alexander Four’s criminal past. Out of nine family members only three didn’t fall into the trap of drugs and the crime world. Make that two because Travis was slipping into that world. Travis’ violent family past did in my belief culminate with his attacking Jodi on June 4th, 2008 where Jodi defended herself against an other extremely violent and prone for violence family. A past that can be proven just by looking at their family history.

    • Did the Alexanders live in Riverside at that time? if so, then Hector Reid would no doubt know of Travis familys dysfunctional and violent past.

      • Patty, they did live in Riverside. The father was married for the third time by age 29 and then he took off leaving the meth-addicted mother with the kids in a cockroach-infested house where they lived until they lost it, and they lived in a camper shell in the backyard of an aunt’s place for over a year. TA ran away from home at the age of ten to his grandmothers and told her he was living there from now on. His grandmother practiced the religion, but doubt that she ran in the same circles as the Mr. Reid. TA and Deanna met when she was eighteen I think in high school.

For what?? All the trouble it is going to cause him, really? Is that why he would want to lie? Makes no sense for anyone to offer any information if they weren’t involved…there’s no motive to get involved, period…so when someone does you listen… unfortunately he was made out today to be the liar and bad guy…He and his wife need to come here and straighten out things and set things straight with who is telling the truth and what TA did to Deanna………Jodi’s life depends on people like him and his wife….

    I agree why oh why would someone come forward that lives in another country if it wasn’t true?? It’s beyond common sense.

  30. check on scoobies twitter yesterday, scroll down to immediately under the pictures and click on news link from Jodi’s trial and you will see close ups of Deanna on the stand yesterday. I remember somewhere during the time of trial last year that Travis had made comments about uncomplimentary remarks about Deanna in terms of her crazy behaviour. I think we got a glimpse of what she can be like in her first day of testimony. It seems like there is a grain of truth in many things.

                  When I say Mimi was the smartest I mean that by seeing through him she (at least) did not encourage any kind if sexual activity with him; otherwise we would have text messages, e-mails etc of that nature. To my understanding, whatever traces of communication between Mimi and Travis were found (if any, I’m not clear on that) weren’t “scandalous”. Or else DT would have included her in that list of the 10+ women Travis was sexting.
                  So to Mimi’s benefit, she was capable of keeping her purity by seeing through TA. Which makes her both lucky and smart.

She actually thinks Deanna’s answer in the old interview was truthful, instead of a flat lie, so therefore the DT’s effort to impeach her failed. So why is she being interviewed by a local TV station? In all the Phoenix media, is there even one other person besides Michael Kiefer who isn’t an idiot?

    Somewhere in the journals of Travis or Jodi it was written that Travis was taking the dog to his grandmothers’ before Cancun. Didn’t it come out that Deanne was supposed to be checking on the dog? Seems a discrepancy here. Were Deanna and Travis more on the outs than anyone is saying?

    • Deanna moved back to California two weeks before Travis’ death, so if SHE was to be watching the dog, TA would still have had to take the dog to CA.

      And as to your speculation about that relationship – yah, that’s kinda where I’m sittin’ with it. The timing of Deanna’s move back to her family, after Travis basically stole her youth and ruined her for the life her family raised her for, puts Deanna AND her family on my suspect list.

I’m willing to bet daddy had more then one conversation with Travis. I’m sure she came home a broken woman. Hummm now my mind is going back to the cashes getting into TA’s computer remotely. I always thought that TA did something to one of his boys. But the more I think about it no jury would convince a father for that. OK maybe but it wouldn’t be much.

      • Only two weeks before? Interesting timing. Travis even made Jodi crouch down in the car once when he was afraid Deanna would see Jodi. Seems Travis was afraid of Deanna and there is evidence to show that. The warning email Travis received was a Mormon warning. I doubt the defense ever tried to find out who sent it. I don’t even think Jodi would realize that should be checked. No idea where this could fit in now, but Jodi and her defense team ought to be made more aware of these things. Deanna coming back on stand should/could open up more chance for JW to leave doubts in this jury’s mind, or more.

          • I’ll bet you do!…it was a Mormon email threat to Lisa to stop seeing Travis; it was a very angry, threatening (church-wise) email.

          • Yes. It was actually sent to Lisa. I was mistaken. I find it interesting that Deanna has been forced to show up in court again. This seems like possibly Juan and his greed giving a chance for another can of worms to be opened. I agree that Deanna could have slashed tires. Jodi may not know who but in her letter to grandma she is either consciously or unconsciously throwing suspicion on Deanna. But it’s not just suspicion it’s supported by Travis’ words at least partly. Deanna did show defiance on the stand when the judge had to admonish her. She’s hiding something.

          • I have always always believed that e-mail is the product of a scorned woman, of a possessive JEALOUS woman to another one (Lisa) who was now threatening to take her place in Travis’ life.

            That e-mail was written by a woman who (having nothing else to guilt the new love interest of Travis) knew that a girl’s virtue /virginity/ abiding by the Law of Chastity would be the only argument to use, sort of emotional blackmail to make Lisa take a step back. That’s why tehre is so much “religious language” into that e-mail, it’s an appeal to Lisa’s mormon emotions – the writer wants to make sure Lisa will be haunted by guilt thoughts.

            It’s not a vindictive, you’re-mine e-mail to me. So, it couldn’t have been written by a guy claiming Lisa back.

            It’s a step-away-you-whore-this-man-is-mine kind of email. IMHO, of course 🙂

          • It has always been represented that it was the same person who wrote the emails and slashed the tires. It could have been two different people because there were so many reasons for a whole bunch of people to be mad at him.

            • Would Jodi have written something like that?I do not think so because Travis had her convinced that anal and oral sex were not as bad as vaginal. Would Deanna write something like that? It is possible because she mentions that she is wasting her time…. in other words if she sleeps with Travis he will not marry her, she found that out the hard way. Deanna was raised in the mormon church she knew all about the compromising her salvaltion and breaking of the covenants because she had been through losing her temple recommend for a time. I think that email was sent as a warning to Lisa to step back and be careful what she is doing because she too could wind up a spinster.

              • It could also have been Sky Hughes that wrote it. She has openly said that because of what TA did to Deanna she would never let her sister date him if she had one. I tend to see this email from the viewpoint of someone trying to protect Lisa from Travis because they called him an insidious man.

    • Deanna was looking after the dog at another time and she found Jodi there baking cookies and on Travis’s laptop. Jodi had no idea she was going to be there, Travis had never said anything about it to her.
      According to Deanna. Jodi was not supposed to be there at the time.

      • Another instance of Deannas word weighs more against Jodis..who says that Jodi was uninvited? Deanna was snooping on Travis while he was away.

        I wonder if Deanna had access to any programs that monitored Travis online laptop activities that would have alerted Deanna to someone using his laptop and was the real reason why Deanna showed up. If Deanna was looking after Travis dog and she had everything she needed for his care at her house then why else would be Deanna show up at Travis house if she didn’t in fact have some of monitoring what Travis was doing and when he was online using his laptop.

        • According to Deanna, TA had asked her to look in on the dog because he didn’t trust his roommates to do it, Now here is the funny part. She then stated that she lived over an hour away from him. So Travis would ask her to drive all that way to check on his dog and then drive back? Why when Jodi lived so much closer?
          Wait a minute here…. Deanna also stated she had a key to TA’s house. Didn’t Jodi say somewhere she didn’t have a key? She didn’t need one because the house is always open?The house was all locked up when Mimi Hall got there. Most places that I know of, when one goes out they have to use a key to lock the door from the outside.The roommates always went in through the garage so they just used a code to get in.

          • Seems to me that Mimi Hall said she was surprised that the front door was locked when she got there and she could see napoleon running around inside so figured something was wrong/

                • Now, how to find out if the doors had deadbolt locks which means they have to be locked from the outside with a key(or inside if someone goes out a different way) The doggie gate has always been a bone of contention with me.Would Jodi be in a knife fight with Travis and have the presence of mind to put up the doggie gate when she left? IF she did lock the front doors why was there no blood on the doors?

              One can say JUSTICE has not been served in this case from all that has been learned in the past 2 – 3 years by those searching for the truth. If the TRUTH had led to Jodi we would not be here still searching…
              DO Jodi’s supporters also have to FIND the real murderers?
              In the process do Travis’s supporters, using aliases, have the right to defame Jodi’s supporters?
              It is OBVIOUS that the Travis supporters are AFRAID of the TRUTH coming out!

          …Well, I remember reading (someone correct me if I am wrong), that at least one of the computers that Travis had, (actually) originally belonged to Deanna and I think had her name as the person who originally uploaded her identification as its owner. …So, I feel sure that she could have uploaded or had installed any kind of internet tracking device (probably even a secret camera) to transmit back to her (miles away) by internet or wi-fi. …Of course, I don’t know if this tracking technology existed (before) 2008. …But, I have seen these things like baby monitors that transmit the audio/video back to the owners’ cell phone & the owner can see a burglary in action or maybe keep track of the babysitter 24/7. …And, even be able to have kept watch on Travis without him ever even knowing anything like that was in his computer. …And, and, and, it would probably not have left any of that audio/video stored on the hard drive for anyone to fine. …The police would not disclose that, (IMHO). …They may not even have had an icon (for the program) displayed on the screen. … (I am just guessing).

              …With Newmeister’s incredible knowledge of computers, he may have found a program that could monitor some of TA’s online activities & transmit it remotely, (and may talk about it if it could prove something) but I think that info would not necessarily be saved to a hard drive. …So, he would have had no (reason or advantage) to tell anyone. …I think BN is an incredibly good defense witness. …Perhaps someone could ask him if such a remote monitoring program was found on one of TA’s computers or possibly deleted by police.

  37. This is about the computer that was in Deanna Reid;s name. Let me start off by saying that I cannot comprehend anyone buying a computer for a friend as a christmas gift. Most of us have limited amounts of money to spend on a friend at christmas. Since she had the computer put in her name, she likely did that so she could pay for and have programs installed such as microsoft office which is only free for a short time, She could also have had what is known as a keylogger installed on the laptop. This is a program that can be accessed remotely by someone with a password, It can be attached to such things as messengers, email, notepad, wordpad, microsoft office,or anything else one uses to. It is a hacker tool and is mostly installed by people spying on people in the family or their spouse if they are suspicious of them.

      Lindstrom said early on that in the guilt phase, the state gets the first and last words because the greater burden of proof is on them. But that in mitigation the defense gets those first and last bites of the apple, because they are now presenting their case for mercy and the greater burden is on them.

  45. I am watching a video The Mexican Mormon War (Drug Cartels vs. Mormons) by Vice. The host said that Mormons aren’t allowed to own guns. How can that be true when all the mormons associated with this case all had them? Does anyone know if that is true?

    • Apparently, Mormons make up their laws as they go along depending on the needs of any ward or sect. That’s my guess. Just this week they decided to accept the gay lifestyle. Everything they do, is to further their long term plan to take over this country. Nothing in the Book of Mormon has ever been proven to have any fact base so who knows. Maybe they are truly ALIENS from a Planet Kolob! Maybe when they remove their magic underwear a green alien life form appears ( that is why they can’t take them off LOL).

  46. Weird little observation that made me laugh this morning:

    My cousin had two sons that looked absolutely nothing alike. Then ten years later along came one of those surprise babies, another son, who’s face is a blend of his older brothers’ faces, the previously ‘missing link’ to make them all look related.

    This morning I saw a photo of someone who could be the ‘missing link’ between George Zimmerman and Travis Alexander, if they were brothers. Chaz Bono.

      • I just hope by the time her girls are ready to marry that they also will leave the church. She didn’t say if she was still married. I don’t know very much about if one leaves the church if the other spouse is frowned upon. I do not know of any other faith would not let a family member in the church. That’s just nuts……..

It was very interesting, and when he was excommunicated by the church for asking the wrong questions, they told his wife that she needed to stay and just find another husband so she could go to heaven. Cathy and Lee Baker had a TV show that I never watched so don’t know if they were Mormon then or not.

          He points out in their gospel,, that during the time they were most heavily practicing polygamy their scripture said they shouldn’t and now that they are not practicing it, their scripture says its okay.

    Everyone pointed their fingers at Jodi Arias and she was subsequently arrested.
    This concerted effort must have been orchestrated.
    Who else did these friends speak with that night, during that day, during the previous night?
    These ‘friends’ were all Mormon and all of them must have been familiarity with Blood Atonement, since it was a huge part of the beginning of the Mormon Church’s history.
    There must have been a huge warning from someone (Zackery or Enrique of Flores) that this might have been one of those events; they all must have had an INKLING to the man Travis was in private.
    This was at a time a Mormon was running for President against Obama, and I seriously doubt if most Mormons would vote for an African-American and were hell bent on defeating him.
    The fingers pointing at Jodi has disturbed me forever.
    Obviously, a newbie to the faith is not respected, there has to be ancestry to be accepted.

      • Yes..its quite clear they all had their storys straight before calling 911. Flores even says that in interviews they all said the same thing. Clancy Talbot even called Flores from Utah to tell him that she had seen Jodi at PPL meeting and that Jodi had been in contact with Ryan Burns while on the road to Utah. She said that Ryan told her Jodi left CA on June 3 but didn’t get to Utah until Thurs. June 5. Why did Clancy stick her nose into it and call Flores??? She was planting more info for the set up.

          Was it suggested to her by ‘someone’ that she ‘might want to let the police know her thoughts’?

          It would be very interesting to see these ‘Travis Girls’ put on the witness stand with pertinent questions asked and under critical cross examination to boot.

        Travis didn’t understand any of the religion:

          • Mormons do not let a member go; they like to add members. So they would have held on to Travis and HIS future family. I do not think that Mormons care one bit if one of theirs goes off course. They keep them all close, no matter what they’ve done.

            We have a member of the family (husband’s side) that have grouped all of us in their ‘family of Mormons’ whether we liked it or not. Increasing the number in their family increases their after death family…whatever that means.

            I just do not think they view CONVERTS like Jodi the same way…they are suspicious of them.

              She probably thought: Why do I need an attorney;? I did nothing to Travis!

              She was SO YOUNG, SO NAIVE, SO INNOCENT, SO VULNERABLE, It breaks my heart.

              • Carol, I don’t think Jodi was even in any conditions to even be interviewed. She did not know what the hell happened.

                I just deleted my thoughts about all of this due to the fact that we all know Jodi was set up. Now the DT needs to keep her off DW. I have a gut feeling the jury knows there is something not right and will not vote for death.

                I know the verdict will be over turned but if JM walks away from this without any thing happening to him for all the misconduct he has displayed in this trial……

              I do know it’s been discussed here a few times, and somewhere along the line someone found something to indicate that she had been.

              I’m pretty sure even a PD would have caught a missing miranda. Pretty sure Jodi would have had to sign it, so there’d be a copy recorded.

                  The guilty always ask for a lawyer, but it’s the innocent who need lawyers the most.

              Also thinking it only makes sense to record the suicide thought if the report included notes of any kind of follow up on the thought and the only thought *I* know of is Flores asking Jodi on the phone if she could think of any reason that Travis might hurt himself — or something to that effect – it was in the same conversation that led to Jodi telling him about TA’s financial problems, worried about losing his house, borrowing money from a well-to-do friend. I don’t recall seeing ANY notation in the report of any investigation in to Travis’ financial situation, any pursuit whatsoever as to who Travis was borrowing money from – you WOULD THINK, wouldn’t you, that a thorough investigation would have certainly followed that path to it’s conclusion, right?

              Yet there’s nothin.

And could this accident be a warning to Flores?

    • weird – I got about 2 minutes or less of Snell and I guess I accidentally clicked something else and saw this twenty five minute analysis of the shower scene photos that purports to prove that Travis had already been tortured before the shower photos, that all the other blood in the suite happened before the shower photos, shows how bruises and other signs of struggle, as well as body parts of his attackers ant their weapons, all photoshopped out by the crime lab… very weird. Anyway, they say he never got out of the shower at all.
      weirder still, I wanted to tell you what it was called and it’s not showing up in my browser history, just snell… and I only just came from there. WTF
