Jodi Arias Retrial, Day #20 (12/11)

.
Welcome to Day 3 of the Evidentiary Hearing.

With the blatant prosecutorial misconduct, corruption, coerced perjury & evidence tampering that’s been brought to light during this hearing, it really is only a matter of time before the wheels well & truly come off lying bastard Martinez’ BS circus bandwagon.

    • I think we’re anxious and curious to see what will happen today!

      Hi there D!!!! Welcome 🙂 🙂

      • Hi maria, what did happen, anything? I had to go to bed. I should be asleep now, woke up with it on my mind. At some point the judge has to get that DP off the table, it’s ridiculous the way they’re dragging it out.

  1. :-). I don’t post often, but I am usually here keeping up with the goings-on. Just signed on and saw no one posted so I took the opportunity to try to be first commenter. :-).

  2. Good morning Jodi, Sandy, Bill, family, DT and team Jodi!! I hope everyone had a restful sleep.

Mr. Prosecutor aka the “slimy frog” I have a message for you: “oh what a tangled web we weave when we set out to deceive”.

  3. Your welcome D. Should be a interesting day. I wounder how many lies the frog can pull out of his bag today….. He certainly had a few days to come up with some……

  4. I cannot believe all he has gotten away with already and I cannot believe there has been no punishment for all the unprofessional behavior and perjury. This has been the most unfair trial I have ever seen.

    • IMHO This trial is headed to a mistrial. It’s just a matter of time. I personally don’t want JSS to end up sentencing Jodi. I want Jodi to have a new trial…..

      But what do I know..

    • It’s actually mind blowing, and down-right scary, what all has gone on in this trial. This would never fly in my State……at least I would hope not.

  5. I don’t want to piss in anyone’s cereal but I am so disappointed in Arizona’s corrupted justice system that I fear that the prosecution, the judge and all that have been involved in this bogus trial (and want to kill Jodi) will find a way to get out of their fuck ups! Their jobs are on line… they’ll do whatever it takes to ‘worm’ themselves out of this. I wonder how far ‘up’ their ‘powers’ of authority reach… at some point they will hit the wall of fair justice, that is a sure thing! Just hope it’s really soon!

    ((((Free Jodi)))) ♥

    • Yes, Pandora, I think Martinez is going to make this very ugly.

We’ve seen what he’s capable of when it comes to getting a guilty verdict at any cost – won’t WON’T he do to save his own sorry ass. This will be very ugly.

      • Journee I think you are right but I honestly think the DT has the goods on him. How many times did the DT file the same motions and JSS just ruled against time???

        • Oh Pandora,
They have gotten away with so much already so I have that fear as well. This isn’t the first death penalty trial that the State has gone under misconduct scrutiny in Arizona. They HAVE gotten away with it before so your fear is justifiable. Let’s hope our fears will be proved wrong.

  6. Cindy, I have been meaning to ask you, you use to have a ‘brother’ here. I think it was Al. Am I mistaken? Have you been communicating with him? If yes, send him my love and tell him that he is very missed here!

    ((((Cindy & Cindy’s JAII brother)))) ♥

    • Sorry honey he isn’t my biological brother. Al was just one of my family on the site. No dammit I haven’t heard anything more then you have from him. I do hope all is well with him. I honestly think he’s out here just not communicating.
No one could have been this invested in Jodi, the trial and just walk away…..

I often think about him also..

        • I sort of remember someone named (((AL))) on site, have not seen any comments in a while. Guess AL is just catching up on reading. …I do that sometimes. …I admit there is a lot of stuff here that I cannot possible read & keep up with. …Especially when the trial got into all these tweets & re-tweets. ..But, we all seem to be headed in the right direction, telling the world that the one person who is MOST TRUTHFUL (as much as humanly possible) & innocent, is Jodi herself. …Drop in (((AL))) & say hello, click-click on the REPLY & POST COMMENT buttons.

  7. Didn’t we end with the POO aka dumb s*** crying I didn’t do it??? I don’t push any keys on that computer….

I would love to seenone of the DT to just ask him who did?? There were 4 peoplein the room at the time. Three of you have have testified under oath that you didn’t do it..so who officer is left??? Hummmmm.

Now I have been thinking about this for a week now…what expert could the frog possibility get to discredit Brian’s testimony??? Someone from the FIB or Oh wait hasn’t Brian done work for those departments ???

  8. JM’s strategy has always been to confuse the jury and deflect from the real truth. KN and JW need to be on it with all the details to un-confuse the jury….Go DT ! 🙂

  9. My morning Inspirational read LOL somehow it spoke to me (this coming from the plumber’s wife 😉 )

“The road to Easy Street goes through the sewer.” ~John Madden
It’s often enticing to dream of Easy Street as having finally made it. But Madden reminds that it’s no picnic getting there, and you have to pay your dues. Things do become easier, but you may have to put up with a lot of stinky situations before getting there. Most people will give up before getting there, and spend too much time in the sewer, thinking that Easy Street is just a pipe dream. But the unpleasant parts are just a way of weeding out those that really want the prize from those that only talk about wanting it.

Jodi and her Defense Team have certainly had their hands full trying to weed through all of the poo that has come flying at them through out this trial!!!! It is time for Jodi’s easy street! My prayers are with Jodi, her family and her Defense Team! One step at a time, forward we go. . . . .♥

  10. Technology is a black and white issue and the evidence cannot be swayed by a bullying little man who can push around his mouth piece witnesses. He can dance and hop around all he wants, it doesn’t change the facts.

Nurmi and Jen, take no prisoners today. Don’t be at all nice to these liars!!

    • The cold hard facts only matter if the judge is capable of understanding the technology. If she isn’t, or chooses to pretend she isn’t, the it boils down to which expert she chooses to believe.

        • Well, lol, I have no doubt that someone’s telling her what to do, if that’s your question.

But I”m not sure any kind of mentor could replace the EDUCATION she might need to sort out the technology here, to determine which experts are to be believed.

JM is used to snowing juries with fancy footwork, ‘dueling experts’ are part of every trial. One major trick he relies on is discrediting the witness. But he faces a problem with that HERE because the state often relies on BN’s expertise – if he succeeds in undermining BN’s credibility to the extent that he appears to be TRYING to, he could very well put his own past convictions in jeopardy.

So what we might see – which could actually be very entertaining if we could actually watch it – is attempts to confuse the judge with ‘stupid’ – kinda like he did with the Snow White debacle.

          • Very, very valid point…now that would be a snow ball effect..hehehe. I don’t think that she is buying into it besides I’m sure she knows that Brian would never ever put his reputation in danger.

I wish we could watch it live also…but…

      • She didn’t get to be a judge by being a dummy. If you listen to those judges speak of Martinez about his five other cases of misconduct in the higher court, she is not the first to have problems keeping him in line. I believe I saw in her eyes, a complete understanding of what was happening.

I cannot wait to hear from his expert to see what they have come up with, but I have absolute confidence in BN and his work.

  11. SW my heroine is now exposing Jarrett & Jen for accusing the defence of releasing the juror’s name and all the fallout of her good name. How far will these #@%^^ _ go is starting to really blow my mind.

    Another Inconvenient Truth.

  12. I don’t know how these things are supposed to work, what the protocols and procedures are, but it seems to me that, if the judge is to be the decider, the finder of fact in this case, she should be asking direct questions of these witnesses, especially if there is disparity in what they have to say.

    Wouldn’t you think?

      • I don’t understand why the Frog is able to ask questions, isn’t it all about his guilt? To me it seems strange he is allowed to drill the experts, but then again I’m not up on all the things about the law.
And then the Arizona Law (or lack of) is really a WEIRD experience!

        • Think of him as a lawyer representing himself –

of course we all know what they say about THAT, but in JM’s case there’s probably no one else who’d represent him anyway.

So that’s why he gets to ask questions – this is a legal action against him and he gets to defend himself.

          • Seems he would be smarter than that. I suppose in his eyes their is no one better than him. Hopefully his arrogance will get the best of him. 🙂

    • If I were JSS, I’d listen to pros and defense experts, then appoint my own expert or experts to investigate and report to me. That way she’s off the hook. Is there some reason she can’t do that? My impression is that courts often hire their own experts, but I could be wrong.

      • I am not a computer expert at all but I understand that Perry admitted there was porn on TA’s computer, and his testimony of deletions had to do with BN’s working copies which are irrelevant. Florinna admitted that he was the one that woke the computer at the scene. Just a lot of smoke. So far, it’s not even a close call. They also smashed the camera and lost SIM cards conveniently.

I agree with Journee, get ready people: this is going to be UGLY. That SOB frog will twist everything around and will have others lie too. make no mistake. 😉

Let’s just pray (for there’s nothing more we can do) that someone in a superior post is watching this mockery of the American judicial system and will soon take action.
    🙄

    • Hi Maria, I too hope that this mockery of a trial will indeed draw attention by an unbiased party who will set things straight. It is a classic example of our “injustice” system.

Flores: he doesn’t know if anything was preserved from the video camera before Melendez “broke” the camera #JodiArias

      • Exactly!! Okay so everyone is pointing the finger at the other side, but BOTTOM LINE is that the evidence was tampered with the the detriment of Jodi’s defense and ability to defend herself in violation of her constitutional rights. If the court concludes that it can not be determined whose fault it is, that is a side note to the ultimate fact that this exculpatory evidence was not available to her for her defense and the court must remedy that with a new trial …

        • A new trial won’t do her a damn bit of good if that crook of a prosecutor is still at the helm.

Having someone make a judgement in this matter who is not qualified in this and is probably not quite getting this doesn’t seem legal…IMHO

    • That’s what I was saying earlier – ‘legal’ maybe but somehow not proper, the judge should at least be asking questions of these experts IMO

      • The judge hopefully will get a lesson, maybe an out line, to educate her. This is beyond most people. If she is ethical at all she will recuse herself on the grounds that she has no understanding of the topic at hand and how detrimental a qualified judgement is to the fairness of this trial.

    • I don’t know if it’s legal or not, but it sure makes no sense. It takes specific knowledge of a particular field to understand all this computer mumbo-jumbo, how can she decide who’s telling the truth?

Wow, Willmott shot up with a jection. Her seat rolled back into the table behind her it was so powerful and quickly executed. #JodiArias

  163. BB asked earlier if anyone knew if the first Defense atty. said anything on the stand about who handed the computer over to her, was it JM? and gave them authorization to turn it on. I couldn’t find it.

    • Schaffer said DT never touched it, it was JM looking at it. She said Flores found the power cord and turned it on. Same with the phones.

      • Thank you 🙂 So it is a he said she said and frankly I do NOT believe Flores when he says it was the defense team that handled and turned on the computer. He is taking a fall for JM in return for ?????

    • I actually want to know if the first defense atty stated that it was JM that touched and handled the computer and not her……anyone know?

    • Here are the tweetis as to what Schaffer testified:

The computers were still on when Schaffer and Parzych left the room where they examined computers. Now Martinez does cross.

  164. About Perry Smith:

I don’t know the fellow and I have nothing against him but I have to say that fixing/ building his own computers doesn’t qualify him as an expert in that field! Nor can he question Bryan Neumeister’s knowledge and expertise in the computer forensics field.

    Example:
I sow/ design a lot of clothes from ‘scratch’, it doesn’t mean that I can go against Giorgio Armani and claim that I use my pink sowing machine and make the same quality of clothing as his team does… I’d be laughed out of his building!

  165. The longer this goes on the more likely that those who have the knowledge of the coverup and misconduct by the state will consider their own culpability in this mess and want to correct it………after all who wants on their conscience a death sentence on someone who did not receive a fair trial…….

    • Sorry, but I have to disagree.

The people who have taken the stand for the state and told LIES knew all along that Jodi was facing a possible death sentence. They did it anyway – for reasons that were apparently more important to them than morals or integrity or their own consciences.

      • You are correct. But there are others that no doubt have knowledge of this and it is those that are going to start leaking out ……….not necessarily those that took the stand………if you have knowledge and say nothing you are culpable in the death of Jodi Arias whether or not you take the stand…….I could not live with myself if I knew and said nothing….there has to be others like that as well.

  166. I’ve been doing some research on incinerator. It is part of a program called System Mechanic by iolo tech. iolo tech was founded in 1998 and System Mechanic was there #1 prog. The incinerator is a way to directly delete files bypassing the recycle bin. The razzamatazz by techtot is transparent in the respect that the tweets make it sound like it was part of Windows OS, and it was supposedly introduced after WinXP when in fact it’s not in windows it’s in System Mechanic, which I believe came out in 1998 and was used for years before WinXP. TA probably used it to shred his hobbies.

  167. The jury for Jodi’s first trial must feel incredibly stupid for being so completely duped by Juan Martinez and his lies and his accomplice in crime Sherry Stephens.
How ANY one with even ONE functioning brain cell could find Jodi guilty of premeditated murder or murder is any way, shape or form isn’t working with a full deck.
I wonder how many of those jurors would still find Jodi guilty of anything.after what has been discovered and testified to in the sentencing phase. How can they live with themselves knowing they were conned by a two faced, abusive, dead pedophile and the most corrupt prosecutor and Judge I’ve ever seen.
